3rd Person POV

After Kaito made his speech, Mina went up to the podium with everyone thinking she was about to end the meeting. Instead, Mina said, "Everyone, now that you've heard from our staff, let's hear from you. First up is Ayana, and then the rest of the team. Now, young lady, come on up."

Ayana soon walked up to the stage and stepped behind the podium.

She began speaking, saying, "First off, I must apologize to the team. I'm sorry it took me longer than you expected to find the team you've always been looking for. I'm sorry it took me a while to unite these two great groups of people. To be honest, I was distracted, and now High Spice and I are dating. At first, we just flirted, but soon we began fully dating. I wanted to spend more and more time with her, causing me to push back the job I was supposed to do."

She began crying, making everyone look at High Spice with stink eyes.

Spice quickly tried to defend herself, saying, "Hey, let her finish, you guys. It wasn't all bad."

Ayana continued, saying, "Spice soon got scared of Ham catching on and running out of patience with me. She asked me to find the team an organization to work with. She even said that if our business together was done, she could make the rest of the team appoint me as their personal manager, and we'd be together no matter what."

Ayana smiled and blushed.

"After that, it only took me a few days to find Dark Wear Fashion. Now we're here. I apologize again. I'm sorry to all those who had to wait."

She bowed in apology and saw everyone nodding as they listened.

Soon, KiWi got up and skipped toward High Spice, getting faster with each step.

Then, when she got close enough, she drop-kicked Spice in the face, launching her through the air.

Spice cried out in pain as she landed directly on ImP's fist and received Gray's kick to the stomach. A fight immediately broke out as High Spice started fighting back while everyone on the team wanted a piece of her.

Only Vic and Mama Blues, though disappointed, were mature enough to try and stop the chaos. Mina soon sent staff members in to break up the fight while Ayana laughed awkwardly at the situation.

Ayana Hiraga POV

Before I met those fifteen girls, I was simply the inheritor of my father's nearly bankrupt agency.

We represented celebrities and athletes, but our clients kept getting poached until we were left with almost no one to represent. When my father died and I inherited the agency, I was already experienced in the industry because I had interned and worked under other agencies, mainly sports agencies.

That's why I transformed our company into a sports-focused agency that specialized in various sports and competitive games in order to attract more clients.

With favorable contracts and reliable ways to secure organizations and funding, we escaped bankruptcy. Soon, we even became highly profitable despite remaining a relatively small agency.

That's when I met a group of talented athletic Uma Musume who would change my life.

Not only did my agency gain fifteen talented new clients after the tryouts, but I also entered the Free Style Running scene. It was massive, and everyone at the agency agreed it could bring in incredible amounts of money.

Still, they were unproven talent in the eyes of professional teams. Local and international organizations wouldn't even give them a tryout.

That was also when I started getting to know High Spice.

At first, I thought she was an arrogant bitch who believed she could do whatever she wanted and get away with it. Then, all of a sudden, she kept visiting me, talking to me, and finding reasons to see me.

Outside of her personality, she was adorable too, looking like a confident Rice Shower. Then I began seeing her caring and kind side, and I loved how awkward and cute it was.

Eventually, I agreed to go on a date with her after a long day.

And I wasn't excited or anything.

I just happened to put on my best outfit because that's what you do on a date.

It wasn't because I wanted to look good for her, okay?

I wasn't excited, and my heart definitely wasn't racing throughout the entire date.

I was just nervous.

Yeah, nervous.

Still, I had so much fun seeing her every day that I forgot to do my job. I left most of the work to my employees.

They didn't do well.

Some even tried convincing the team to split into different organizations or drop the performance requirement altogether. They were quickly berated and verbally destroyed by the leadership group of the fifteen.

Even then, I didn't step in.

Instead, I found myself wondering if Spice would stay with me after everything was over.

And you did not hear that from me, so don't you dare tell anyone.

I kept putting things off and focused the company on training the fifteen while continuing to manage our other clients.

At the same time, I spent more and more time with her.

Soon, during a dinner between the two of us, she finally told me it was time to take finding the team an organization seriously.

I immediately thought she was breaking up with me and started crying.

That was when I realized I was truly in love with High Spice.

I even asked if she was dumping me and if she would leave me once I found them a team.

She responded, "Oh, Ayana, your ass is mine. No matter where I am or where you are, you'll always belong to me."

It made me tear up with joy.

It was exactly the kind of douchebag answer I wanted to hear from her.

Yes, no matter how much of a complete bitch she is, I love High Spice.

Soon after, I began seriously searching for an organization willing to take in my team.

I didn't expect one to immediately fall into my lap.

An organization called Dark Wear Fashion happened to be looking for players to join its team.

I quickly arranged a meeting because they appeared to be a successful company capable of meeting the girls' expectations.

What I didn't expect was for them to completely exceed those expectations the moment I arrived.

I had underestimated both how wealthy the company was and how serious they were about entering the scene.

The only thing I had to do was present them with the girls and explain their demands.

I saw desperation, but also intelligent caution, as they agreed to a tryout and a music video presentation.

They wanted to see how serious we were and whether we could actually meet the standards we demanded.

I informed the girls, and they agreed.

After arranging the tryouts, I helped them with the video production however I could.

I booked a dance studio on short notice.

I rented outfits and lighting equipment that were extremely expensive, especially given the short timeline.

Then I directed and filmed everything using phone cameras because our budget was limited.

Still, as BlaD would say, we rocked it.

Before long, the editing was complete and it was time for the tryouts.

I was proud to watch them not only meet expectations but completely surpass them.

Then came the music video presentation.

Even though I had witnessed the entire process, I still couldn't believe how revolutionary the performance was.

It impressed everyone watching despite being rushed, low-budget, and imperfect.

Negotiations followed, and I managed to secure a great deal that included almost everything they wanted.

The team stayed together.

Their performance budget was approved.

They retained control over who would be cut from the team.

Both sides protected their interests, and both sides seemed happy.

Looking at all that happiness made me sad.

I honestly thought this was goodbye to everyone except Spice.

Then Vic and the rest of the leadership group approached me and made me the team's official agent.

I was happy.

I was also guilty.

Our agency had always been efficient and reliable.

Yet because I fell for Spice and allowed my emotions and paranoia to control me, I neglected my responsibilities.

That guilt continued to grow as I got to know everyone involved.

When I was called onto that podium, I finally let it all out.

And now we're here.

My girlfriend and the rest of the fifteen are either helping staff members or being restrained by them.

I fell to my knees after finally releasing the guilt weighing me down.

I expected anger.

Instead, a gentle hand rested on my shoulder.

I looked up and saw Mina.

"It's okay, Ayana," Mina said. "We see you as a miracle worker. Heck, my dreams and goals weren't even possible until you arrived."

Another hand landed on my opposite shoulder.

Mama Blues.

She smiled warmly.

"Exactly. Our team couldn't even find an organization until you arrived and took care of us. Now we're here, and things are better than ever."

I asked, "So you guys aren't mad at me for neglecting my duties and failing as an agent?"

Mama Blues replied, "Oh, we are. But that's not entirely your fault."

She glanced toward High Spice.

"She was specifically told not to date anyone and not to interfere with things, but she did it anyway. Now she's dealing with the consequences."

I looked over and saw High Spice being restrained by Steel, who was holding her up by the collar with one hand.

She was still thrashing around wildly while King Wild and the others involved in the fight were either pinned down by staff members or neutralized by teammates.

High Spice might be an idiot.

But she was my idiot.

Here's the continuation, edited in the same style while preserving all content and events.

Later

After everything was finished, I planned to visit High Spice in the infirmary.

That's when I ran into Mina again.

She asked, "Hello, Miss Hiraga. May I speak with you about a certain matter?"

My business instincts immediately told me that an opportunity had arrived.

An opportunity to make money.

I agreed, and soon we were led to a separate room for a private conversation.

Mina got straight to the point.

"Miss Hiraga, let's cut to the chase. I would like to hire you and your agency to be our team's primary recruiters."

I was speechless.

This was an incredible opportunity, especially considering the massive budget this team possessed.

It would mean our agency would have priority regarding recruitment opportunities. They would rely on us to find future athletes and staff members, while our candidates would receive consideration before those presented by competing agencies.

It was an excellent deal.

I replied, "That's an interesting offer. What do you want in return?"

Mina handed me a contract.

I carefully read through it.

The contract contained numerous benefits. There were no vague clauses, hidden traps, or misleading wording. It even included generous salaries and bonuses for every successful hire.

All they wanted was priority access whenever I found talented athletes or staff members who would fit their team. They also wanted assistance in locating specific personnel whenever they needed them.

After reviewing everything, I signed.

Soon afterward, we shook hands.

We were officially business partners.

Mina smiled and said, "Welcome aboard, Ayana. Now, can you please assist our company with recruiting certain individuals for our team? We still need to fill several positions."

She continued, "First, we need a Head of Research and Development as well as Repairs. Someone genuinely intelligent. Next, we need a Head of Sales and Treasury, someone trustworthy who can make this team money and properly manage cash flow. After that, we need a Staff Overseer and Head of Inspection, someone capable of closely monitoring and supervising operations. Finally, we need a Head of Discipline and Human Resources, someone capable of enforcing rules while also listening to complaints all day. Also, if any of my players need to be substituted for any reason, I need you to find replacement members."

I nodded and responded honestly.

"Okay, but it will take time. We specialize in athletes and, formerly, celebrities. Finding scientists, inventors, and engineers will take some effort. As for the financial position, you probably need someone you know personally and trust completely, so I think that's a position you'll need to fill yourself. The last two positions are possible, but a staffing agency may be the better option. As for replacement players, that will need to be discussed with the team first. Still, I'll see what I can do."

Mina nodded in appreciation of my honesty.

"Tonight, there's going to be a meeting. Don't be late."

She handed me a card containing the location and meeting time.

Then she added, "Now go see your douche girlfriend."

After that, she left the room.

I left shortly afterward as well.

I headed straight for the infirmary.

There, I found Spice.

She was lying in a hospital bed wrapped in bandages.

Bruises covered her body. Several swollen bumps decorated her head, and she even had a black eye.

I approached her and asked, "Babe, are you okay?"

She looked over at me and smirked.

"Yeah, sweetness. But next time, tell me if you're planning to drop a bomb like that. Then maybe I'll be prepared for the fallout."

I smiled through my tears and immediately hugged her.

She groaned in pain.

"Babe, I'm glad you're happy to see me, but can you not immediately glomp my bruised chest?"

I quickly pulled away.

Then I looked around awkwardly while laughing.

Seeing nobody else in the room, I asked where everyone had gone.

Spice answered, "They wanted private talks with certain staff members. Vic especially wanted to speak with Hachi. Gray also wanted to discuss tactics with Yuto while Rain watched over her."

She continued, "ImP and KiWi are in their rooms being supervised by Jo and Lily, so they're probably having a great time. Apparently, some of those bitches I call teammates have fallen in love too, so they're off making moves on whoever they like."

She grinned.

"Meanwhile, I'm the only one spending the entire night in the infirmary because I claimed you too early."

I shyly asked, "Do you regret it?"

She smiled.

"Claiming you? Never. Not being prepared for that fight? Absolutely."

I giggled.

The woman I loved was still exactly who she had always been.

I told her, "I'm glad you're going to be okay. I'd hate to leave already, but I have a meeting with the rest of the staff."

She looked confused.

"Huh? Why are you going to a staff meeting?"

I suddenly realized I hadn't told her the news yet.

"Oh yeah, I forgot. Before all this happened, we signed with your organization as its primary agency. Now I have to attend a meeting later."

I smiled.

"See you tomorrow, darling."

Her eyes widened.

"Ehhhhhhh?!"

The expression on her face was adorable.

I left the room shortly afterward to prepare for the meeting.

It had been a good day.

3rd Person POV

Mina sent Ayana to stand with the rest of the staff, leaving her confused about why she had been called over. Nevertheless, she obeyed, unaware of the offer Mina was planning to make.

Mina then returned to the podium for the final time that evening.

She spoke, saying, "Wow, that was eventful. On today's final note, let's have the players themselves say something as a group before we end this meeting."

Soon, the remaining staff members and players switched positions.

The staff took their seats while the players gathered behind the podium.

Standing at the podium was Vic, the team's leader.

As everyone assembled behind her, the group quietly discussed what they wanted to say as a team.

After a brief discussion, they ultimately agreed to simply wing it.

Naturally, they volunteered the calm and composed Vic to do exactly that.

Vic took a deep breath.

Then she began speaking.

"...."
