Jay Jay's POV
We reached the place it was like having deja vu. It was the same place Yuri's mother took me for dress shopping.
" Jay are you ok?" Mama asked
" Yeah, just excited." I said with a forced smile. Mama just nodded and led me inside.
" Hello po!" The receptionist said.
" Hello, I'm here for a VIP appointment, under the name Mariano." Mama said
"Oh Mariano! Yes, yes Mr Mariano called. Go up to the second floor and I'll make sure an assistant comes." She said
" Thank you." Mama said
We got into the elevator and Mama nugged me.
" Hey you know you can't hide anything from your mother, so spill." She said
"It's just, I've been thinking, how did you and Papa get back together?" I asked.
" Well we talked and cleared all the miss understandings." She said
" But-
The elevator door opened and I saw the same designer that made my wedding dress!
" Hello! Miss Mariano and Uhhh!" He shrieked
"Is there a problem?" Mama asked
" Is...is this your cousin?" He asked, hesitantly
"No, she's my daughter." Mama said pulling me closer.
" Ohh, um how delightful." He said awkwardly.
" If you're not feeling well I could just ask for another assistant." Mama said
" No, no that won't be necessary." He said and led us to the dress.
Mama went into the dressing room, already prepared for her.
She came out in a beautiful sparkly dress, with off the shoulder sleaves and a nice sleek, silky train, and the corset top to die for. The corset was filled with sparkle and gems.
My mother looked like a princess. Dad will inlove again!
" So how do I look?" Mom asked smiling widely.
" Beautiful, glamorous and just wow, dad will faint right there and there!" I said and went to hug her.
" So what do you think?" The designer said
" I'll take it!" Mama said, happily
" Very nice! I'll get that packed." He said and waited Mama to change.
When Mama came out from the dressing room smiling ear to ear so I couldn't help be happy for her.
" Why are you smiling? It my wedding dress." Mama said teasing me
" You being happy just makes me happy!" I said
" Well sooner or later I'll be the one seeing you happy." Mama said
" What do you mean?" I asked
" I sure if I give Keifer the permission to marry you he'll come right now!" Mama said chuckling
" Ha ha very funny Mama." I said half blushing.
" Do you want to test it?" Mama asked with a teasing smile.
" You know what I want to see his reaction, so let's do it!" I said
After getting the dress we sat into the car and Mama took out her phone to call Keifer.
"Hello?" Keifer said through his phone
" Hello Keifer! It Jeana."
" Hi Miss Mariano is everything okay? Is Jay Jay okay?!"
" Yes everyone and everything is fine."
"So what's the matter?"
" Keifer I'm trusting you with my most precious treasure, my daughter."
" Wait are serious."
" Yes I'm serious, I'm giving you permission to marry my daughter."
" Wait really! You won't regret this, I'll love her forever and take care of her forever! 💝 "
" I know you won't." Mama said and cut the call.
We both started laughing hysterically.
" Ugh I can imagine his face right now!" I said between laughs
" Jay you chose the right man." Mama said
" I know ma, I know." I said
