People are going to be rising to the occasion if a war does start because of that guild in Nyxhaven. Without a doubt in my mind I believe it will cause a surge in hunters to appear.
I think there are always people waiting in the shadows for something major like this to happen. Otherwise they would already be helping out with quests.
I didn't hear Lukas say anything back as we walked away but I did look at the crowd that was over by the board. It was a decent mix of people over there looking at it so something has to be posted.
Oh wait, I never turned in the quest.
