Velia stops once again as she looks around. "I had a feeling that they weren't the only ones." Velia says while drawing her sword instantly.
I didn't know what was happening just yet since I didn't think anyone or anything was following us again. It is late which makes sense that we'd encounter more monsters but I don't hear anything.
"What do you mean?" I question with a bit of confusion in my voice.
She rushes past me and all I can hear is the sound of metal clashing against metal. "Sharp instincts girl." A man says with a serious tone in his voice.
I turn to see that a man with strange fur armor is standing a few meters away from me with his sword up against Velia's. He had a strange wolf like mask on that covered his face completely, it seemed kind of robotic in all honesty.
"I figured scum was watching us. I didn't expect it to be an easy night." Velia responds with the same tone as before.
