West Blue, Ohara,
Surrounding coastline.
As far as the eye could see, the ocean within several thousand meters had been completely frozen solid into ice.
Biting cold winds and overwhelming Haki intertwined, and just from the scene alone, it looked as though Orin had been briefly suppressed!
Extreme environments like this had a tremendous impact on the body, and yet Orin was able to fight Kuzan at close quarters in such conditions—an indirect testament to how monstrous his Physique truly was.
"I'm getting goosebumps from this cold. Let's wrap this up quick... Not just to give you a good fight, Kuzan, but also as a little test of my two years of training."
Orin shook out his arms, and the previously laid-back look in his eyes finally sharpened.
Conqueror's Haki surged around him like lightning, raging in the skies above before slowly coiling around his fists.
He turned his head to the side and called out to the nearby Mihawk, who was still dominating a one-versus-many battle with ease.
"Oi, Hawk Eyes, better back off a little from here!"
Just after cleaving down another sword-wielding Marine Rear Admiral with swift precision, Mihawk turned toward him, looking slightly surprised, cold sweat dripping from his brow.
"You're using that move...? Causing a ruckus right after going back to sea?"
"Yeah. Been a while since I came out of hiding. Think of it as a little greeting gift from an old-timer to this new era."
Orin smirked, and the black and crimson lightning crackling around his hand grew even denser.
Hearing their conversation, not just Kuzan—who had just been forced back—but even the other officers locked in fierce combat froze in bewilderment.
Before they could react, the once-unstoppable "Hawk Eye" Mihawk stopped fighting as well.
He unleashed a massive green sword slash that forced back several Marine officers, then swiftly retreated inland, away from the shoreline.
Just as a few tried to chase him down—
BOOM!!
A crushing wave of pressure slammed into their brains like a battering ram!!!
A scalp-numbing sensation...
We're dead!!!
What the hell is this?!
They whipped their heads back toward the center of the shoreline battlefield.
What they saw was the already terrifying figure of Orin, now bursting with even more intense black-and-red lightning.
No, this could no longer be called just lightning.
If one had to describe it precisely...
It was more like—
A thunderstorm!!!
Before this unrestrained, fully unleashed Conqueror's Haki, some moisture-rich Commodores and Rear Admirals were already half-kneeling in agony,
Jamming their swords into the ground just to barely avoid collapsing in disgrace.
And if those at the outskirts were in such a state, then those targeted directly—like Kuzan—
Were feeling the pressure mount like a mountain on their shoulders!
Beneath his sunglasses, Kuzan's eyes were filled with disbelief and shock.
"This sensation... Oi, oi, oi! How the hell do you know that move, Orin?!!"
Orin didn't answer.
His eyes glowed red, and his smile even carried a trace of cruelty.
"Sorry, Kuzan. This time, you're not getting away."
This "next-generation king" began to draw the black and red lightning storm back into his body, condensing it into his fist.
As it compressed to the extreme, a brilliant red light burst forth—
Just like a laser fired by Borsalino—
Even brighter than before.
Even in broad daylight, it lit up the entire coast.
In the next instant—
That terrifying mass of light and figure vanished.
All the officers suddenly felt the crushing pressure lift from their bodies and staggered to their feet, glancing around in confusion.
Only Kuzan remained stiff, sweat pouring from his face as he stared blankly upward with his mouth agape.
The others noticed his reaction and looked skyward as well—
And just that one glance nearly stopped their hearts.
What the...
Is that the... sun?!
High above, tens of thousands of meters in the air—
A dazzling red light streaked downward like the end of the world itself,
Plummeting straight toward the ground—
Like a falling sun!!!
BOOOOM——!!!
The range, the speed—there was no escape.
And that wasn't even considering that the one behind it had already seen through all their movements using Future Sight.
"I spent my whole childhood being hunted down by old man Garp. I've seen this move hundreds if not thousands of times. How could I not learn it... Back then, my Conqueror's Haki was too immature. But now, things are different, Kuzan!"
Garp—despite having no Devil Fruit power or freakish Observation Haki—had already stepped firmly into the realm of Emperor-level strength.
He had truly entered the ranks of the world's top combatants!
"What a terrifying man..."
Watching the light in the sky, Mihawk—who had already retreated a kilometer from the center of the battlefield during the gap in pressure—couldn't help but praise him through cold sweat.
Even though it wasn't his first time seeing it, it still felt absurdly overwhelming!
"Galactic Impact!!!"
The red cross-shaped light struck the ground.
After a brief silence—
A shockwave like a miniature sun erupted outward!
What kind of power was this?
In the face of this human-shaped nuclear bomb, the earth itself was torn apart like paper.
Though not as destructive as Garp's full-powered island-levelling punch,
Everything within several kilometers was already in ruins!
Massive plumes of smoke rose to the sky.
The apocalyptic scene—
Whether it was the residents watching from inside Ohara Island, or the Marines and CP agents still on the surrounding seas—
All of them trembled, mouths agape, completely speechless with shock!
"We're finished. We're finished. We're finished..."
Back on a warship, CP9's usually arrogant chief, Spandine, stared at the scene of nuclear devastation.
Snot and tears streaming down his face, he half-knelt at the bow of the ship, overwhelmed by terror.
Thinking back to the orders given by the esteemed Elder Saint Topman Warcury,
He pushed his fear aside and stood up, turning to shout at the nearby CP agents:
"Notify the Marines on this ship immediately! Head straight for Ohara Island right now! Under the direct orders of the World Government's highest authority, we must stop this battle immediately!!!"
Hearing this furious command, the nearby soldiers—who had just been sighing in relief for not being deployed earlier—went pale.
Wait, did they hear that right?
Stop this war?
Us?!
Seeing his men frozen in place, Spandine nearly lost his mind.
He pulled out a pistol and pointed it at one soldier's head, not even bothering to wipe the tears and snot from his face as he roared:
"This is an absolute order! Until we figure out what the hell is going on, We... we can't possibly go to war with that man—Black Gun Orin!!!"
