Chapter 433 - Chapter 430: A Night for Three

After breakfast, Kitazawa headed to the Hokage's office.

When he pushed the door open, he saw Konan sitting on the sofa.

She was wearing a women's blazer and a pencil skirt—she didn't look like an Anbu ninja at all, more like the Hokage's secretary.

Kitazawa's gaze fell on her long, shapely legs wrapped in black stockings.

He walked over, sat down on the sofa, and pulled her into his arms.

"Any important documents today?"

As he lightly stroked her stocking-clad thigh, he asked casually.

"No." Konan shook her head.

"If nothing's urgent, then work can wait." Kitazawa chuckled. "I've got an idea for a new jutsu."

"A new jutsu?" Konan rested against his chest and looked up at him. "Can I help?"

"You can." Kitazawa nodded. "I was planning to have you help from the start."

"Then what do I do?" Konan asked, curious.

She knew Kitazawa was extremely talented at creating jutsu.

But she wasn't.

Logically, she shouldn't be much help.

"This new jutsu is called the Yang Seal," Kitazawa said.

A long time ago, he'd wanted Yūhi Kurenai to learn the Strength of a Hundred Seal.

The benefits were simply too tempting.

Just the "staying young forever" part alone was something no one could refuse.

But the Strength of a Hundred was notoriously difficult. Kurenai definitely wouldn't be able to learn it.

Yesterday, Kitazawa had gone to the moon.

While transferring dōjutsu power to Hyūga Hinata and Hyūga Neji to awaken the Tenseigan, he'd gotten an idea.

His chakra was now virtually endless—he could absolutely share chakra with Kurenai.

In simple terms: if she couldn't learn it, then she didn't have to. He could just carve the seal directly into her body.

But the Strength of a Hundred required the user to finely regulate their own chakra to keep their body at peak condition and preserve youth.

Having a huge amount of chakra wasn't enough—it had to circulate properly.

After thinking it through, Kitazawa landed on fūinjutsu.

Because even without the user, a seal could still run on its own.

Like the Eight Trigrams Seal used to restrain a tailed beast.

And that was how the Yang Seal was born.

In effect, it meant Kitazawa would seal his own chakra inside a target's body and set it to circulate autonomously.

But the Yang Seal had two drawbacks.

First, it consumed more chakra.

Second, the target couldn't store their own chakra.

In other words, every so often, Kitazawa would need to replenish the target with chakra again.

Still, compared to the benefits, those drawbacks were trivial.

"Lie down," Kitazawa said, giving Konan a light tap on the hip.

Konan immediately rose from his lap.

After Kitazawa made room, she sat on the sofa, slipped off her heels, lifted her stocking-clad legs, and lay back.

She looked up at him, waiting for the next instruction.

Kitazawa sat on the edge of the sofa, close against her waist.

He raised a hand and undid the buttons of her blazer.

Soon, the white blouse underneath was revealed.

Kitazawa placed his palm over her chest.

With her breathing, he could feel the subtle rise and fall of her skin.

Chakra flowed into his palm.

A stream of chakra spread along her smooth skin and fanned outward.

Konan's expression stayed calm as she watched him.

The chakra made her feel a faint, unfamiliar sensation, but nothing more.

She didn't know what it was for.

But she trusted Kitazawa, so she said nothing and simply lay there obediently.

Kitazawa's hand moved upward along her skin.

He cupped her cheek, then finally rested his fingers against her forehead.

A second current of chakra seeped in through her skin.

After that, Kitazawa took her hands.

Then, at last, her feet.

When Konan felt chakra spreading from the soles of her feet, her long legs trembled slightly, and her toes curled instinctively.

"I carved the formula into six points on your body," Kitazawa said with a smile as he released her foot.

Konan froze for a moment—now she understood why he'd touched her chest, forehead, hands, and feet.

But… what was the point of carving formulas into those places?

"You'll see in a second." Kitazawa read her thoughts and began forming hand seals.

Warmth spread through Konan's body.

She lowered her gaze and saw a faint seal pattern blooming over her chest.

She didn't need to guess—she knew the other five places had patterns too.

In the next instant, the patterns extended, flowing until they reached every part of her body.

Soon, all the markings linked together.

Kitazawa reached out again and placed his palm over her chest.

A massive amount of chakra surged in.

Konan's breath caught.

Her face showed pure shock.

So much chakra—poured entirely into her body—what was he doing?

A moment later, Kitazawa stopped.

And slightly to the left of Konan's chest, a tiny red, heart-shaped mark appeared.

"Perfect. First try, and it worked," Kitazawa said, breaking into a grin.

The little mark also lent Konan an extra touch of allure.

Konan, meanwhile, stared at her own body in astonishment.

The moment the heart-shaped mark appeared, she felt refreshed—clear-headed, energized.

Then she realized her body had settled into an optimal, peak state.

And it wasn't fading.

As long as the chakra Kitazawa left inside her wasn't completely used up, this state would persist.

"The Yang Seal has three effects," Kitazawa said with a smile. "First, it keeps your body in its best condition."

Konan nodded unconsciously.

She could already feel that much.

"Second, it preserves your youth."

"What?" Konan's eyes widened.

Her emotions were usually steady—rarely did she show strong reactions.

But this time, she couldn't hide her shock and excitement.

As a woman, she couldn't resist the temptation of eternal youth.

More importantly, with the Yang Seal, she could stay by Kitazawa's side without ever worrying about growing old, losing her edge, or fading.

She knew exactly what her greatest advantage was.

"Third, it gives you a certain level of self-healing."

Kitazawa took her wrist and lightly drew a line across the back of her hand.

A cut opened—

—but in less than a second, it closed again, leaving no scar.

"Thank you," Konan said seriously, looking straight at him.

"There's one drawback. Every so often, I'll have to replenish you with chakra again." Kitazawa pinched her chin with a teasing smile. "Which means you won't be able to leave me for the rest of your life."

"I never planned to leave." Konan's voice was cool—yet unwavering.

"Good." Kitazawa leaned down and kissed her.

Konan's lips parted immediately as she returned it, clinging to him without hesitation.

Only when a knock sounded at the door did the long kiss finally break.

Konan sat up, fastened her blazer again, and slipped into the shadows.

"Kitazawa."

The door opened, and Shizune walked in. "We just received the latest intel from the Five Kage Summit."

Kitazawa nodded calmly.

"The summit is over. The Fourth Raikage and the others have each returned to their villages," Shizune said, taking a deep breath.

"I know." Kitazawa waved it off. "You can go."

Shizune froze, as if she wanted to say something, but in the end she said nothing and left.

A moment later, someone knocked again.

White Zetsu—dressed in Anbu gear—entered.

It pulled out a scroll and handed it to Kitazawa.

Kitazawa opened it and began to read.

The scroll recorded what the Fourth Raikage and the others had discussed during the summit.

None of them had noticed White Zetsu's presence.

Which was only natural.

Even in the original Five Kage Summit, White Zetsu hadn't been detected either.

If it hadn't revealed itself, they wouldn't have even known such a creature existed.

"A chakra cannon?" Kitazawa thought for a second, then remembered.

He hadn't expected Kumogakure to actually have a chakra cannon.

But it didn't really matter.

Its power was enormous, sure—but at best it was comparable to a Tailed Beast Bomb.

For Kitazawa now, a Tailed Beast Bomb wasn't a big deal.

He could dodge it, and even if he tanked it head-on, he could come out unscathed.

"Keep watching them. If anything moves, report to me immediately," Kitazawa said, closing the scroll.

"Yes, Hokage-sama," White Zetsu replied, then turned and left.

Kitazawa thought how absurdly useful White Zetsu was.

With it, he could track the movements of the four great villages anytime, anywhere.

The only question was when they planned to finally show their hand—or start the Fourth Shinobi World War.

But at the very least, it wouldn't be before the New Year.

Just building a chakra cannon would take months.

Kitazawa nodded.

That was exactly what he wanted.

"Konan, I'm heading out for a bit," Kitazawa said as he stood.

"Mm." Konan reappeared in front of him.

After leaving the Hokage's office, Kitazawa headed straight for Kurenai's office.

No point waiting for a "better day."

Since the Yang Seal had worked, he should give it to Kurenai.

After all, he'd created it for his woman in the first place.

The Yang Seal was, by nature, something that benefited others at his expense—it would consume a lot of his chakra.

"You came at the perfect time!" Kurenai said with a bright smile the moment she saw him. "Our Film Department's first movie is officially finished today!"

"So fast?" Kitazawa was surprised.

In his memory, filming a movie took a long time.

"This is the first film with a huge number of ninja involved." Kurenai shook her head. "It's not fast at all."

Kitazawa paused, then understood.

With Shadow Clone Jutsu plus Transformation Jutsu, they could slash production costs—and time—dramatically.

Special effects were even simpler: just simulate them with ninjutsu.

"When are you planning to release it?" Kitazawa asked, then suggested, "Releasing it within this year would be best."

After the New Year, there was a good chance the Fourth Shinobi World War would break out.

If that happened, nobody would be going to the cinema.

"Then next month, on the first!" Kurenai thought for a moment and decided with a wave.

"Works for me." Kitazawa smiled. "We'll go watch it together."

"Mm." Kurenai nodded, then asked, "What did you come to see me about?"

"I created a new jutsu—Yang Seal," Kitazawa said.

"Yang Seal? Does it have anything to do with the Strength of a Hundred Seal?" Kurenai asked, puzzled.

"It has similar effects," Kitazawa explained.

"Then can I learn it?" Kurenai's eyes lit up immediately.

She'd wanted to learn the Strength of a Hundred for a long time, but she just couldn't master it.

"You can," Kitazawa said, walking over to the sofa. "I came specifically to teach you."

"You're the best!" Kurenai leaned in and kissed him on the cheek. "Then let's do it now!"

"Lie down," Kitazawa said, pointing to the sofa. "You don't need to learn it. I'll just carve it into you directly."

"…Huh?" Kurenai didn't understand right away, but she still did as told.

Kitazawa repeated the same process on her.

Once the heart-shaped mark appeared, the Yang Seal fully formed.

Only then did Kurenai understand why she didn't need to "learn" it at all.

This Yang Seal was… completely useless for the caster.

In the entire shinobi world, aside from Kitazawa, nobody would willingly do something like this.

No one else had that much chakra to spare.

"Thank you!" Kurenai stood up, genuinely moved.

"So how are you going to thank me?" Kitazawa pulled her close and gave her hips a playful squeeze.

"You'll find out tonight." Kurenai shot him a look. "Be in my room at nine."

"I'll be there on time," Kitazawa said, his expression full of anticipation.

"All you do is take advantage of me!" Kurenai smacked his wrist and stepped back. "But I do have something I want to discuss."

"What is it?" Kitazawa withdrew his hand.

"What the Film Department should do next." Kurenai hesitated, then asked, "Should we make a movie about the Second Hokage?"

"That kind of film isn't good to do back-to-back," Kitazawa said after thinking. "I think we should do a TV series."

"Sure." Kurenai complained, "Most TV shows these days aren't even that good."

"What kind of series do you want to watch?" Kitazawa asked with a chuckle.

"I don't know." Kurenai thought, then shook her head.

"Then what novels do you like?" Kitazawa suggested. "We can adapt a novel into a series."

"That's a great idea!" Kurenai immediately started thinking.

Kitazawa's mind flashed through a lot of novels from his previous life.

But he only remembered the rough plots—trying to reproduce them word-for-word would be nearly impossible.

In the end, he dropped the idea.

There were plenty of novels in the shinobi world anyway—Jiraiya had written several himself.

Kurenai could just pick one to adapt.

"Take your time. I won't bother you. See you tonight," Kitazawa said, pinching her cheek lightly before turning to leave.

As he walked down the corridor, he fell into thought.

He'd suddenly realized he'd become… oddly idle.

He still had four system tasks unfinished, but all of them required time—there was no rushing them.

Kitazawa casually called up his status panel.

He had previously tried to synthesize Truth-Seeking Orbs, but after obtaining the Tenseigan, he'd automatically mastered them.

Now, his strength felt like it had hit a bottleneck.

The next step up was the Ōtsutsuki clan's various dōjutsu—and the Rinne Sharingan.

But the Rinne Sharingan was the ultimate eye awakened only after consuming the God Tree's fruit.

Kitazawa had no way to eat a God Tree fruit.

Maybe Kaguya Ōtsutsuki would trigger a related system task.

Which raised a problem: how was he supposed to release her?

In the original story, her escape required a Ten-Tails jinchūriki.

But now there was no Ten-Tails jinchūriki.

Kitazawa rubbed his chin.

So… he'd have to directly undo the seal?

Then he remembered the Sage of Six Paths in the Pure Land.

If it came to that, the Sage would definitely intervene.

Kitazawa let out a quiet sound of realization.

Logically, after everything he'd done, the Sage should have known about him long ago.

So why hadn't the Sage come to see him?

Was it because none of this involved Kaguya Ōtsutsuki yet?

After all, everything Kitazawa had done so far benefited the shinobi world—there was no reason for the Sage to stop him.

With that, Kitazawa knew what he should study next.

Yin–Yang Release.

Yin–Yang Release was the fusion of Yin Release and Yang Release—the power to create form and give it life, to bring things into being.

Truth-Seeking Orbs were created with Yin–Yang Release.

Beyond that, there was also the Sage's staff.

Kitazawa planned to use Yin–Yang Release to create a few powerful ninja tools.

From what the original story showed, tools created through Yin–Yang Release far surpassed anything forged from chakra metal.

Before he knew it, night arrived.

After dinner, Kitazawa returned to his room and continued researching Yin–Yang Release.

There was still plenty of time.

The night deepened.

Nine o'clock.

After finishing his shower, Kitazawa headed for Kurenai's room.

During the day, she'd said she would "thank" him tonight.

Now it was finally time.

With anticipation, Kitazawa pushed open the door.

The moment he did, he realized something was off.

Because there were two people on the bed.

Kitazawa's eyes widened instinctively.

The lights were off, but to him, it was no different from daylight.

What he saw was Tsunade and Kurenai lying there with their eyes closed.

Both wore thin sleepwear, no blankets, their graceful figures exposed to the air.

The fabric was light enough to clearly outline their curves.

Bare, pale skin showed at their shoulders, thighs, and arms.

More importantly, Tsunade and Kurenai were lying together—two beauties with completely different auras, hitting him like a shockwave.

Kitazawa swallowed hard.

He hadn't expected his dream to come true tonight.

He started to reach out—then stopped.

In a situation like this, choosing "who first" was asking for trouble.

After a brief thought, Kitazawa slipped under the covers and lay between them.

Kurenai suddenly opened her eyes.

She snorted and sat up.

Kitazawa felt his body weighed down and looked up at her reflexively.

At some point, her nightwear had vanished.

Pale moonlight spilled over her fair body, making her look even more enticing.

Kitazawa reached out and rested his hand on her rounded hip.

Kurenai looked down at him from above.

With the Yang Seal, her strength had surged—and she immediately showed off her flexibility with bold confidence.

Kurenai lifted her chin and sat perfectly upright.

Kitazawa grimaced, teeth clenched—

—but in the next second, his vision went dark.

Tsunade turned and pulled his head into her chest.

Kitazawa couldn't make a sound.

His face was pressed in, all he could feel was warmth and softness.

The corner of Tsunade's lips curled upward as she gently ran her fingers through his hair.

She glanced at Kurenai—who moved with a serpentlike grace—then looked away again.

After all, she still had a "mission."

That was to properly "punish" Kitazawa… by not letting him breathe for a while.

Kitazawa felt himself suffocating, but he didn't dare protest.

He didn't know how much time passed before the shadow over his eyes finally lifted.

Tsunade and Kurenai switched places.

But Kurenai wasn't nearly as ruthless.

She stared at Kitazawa with flushed cheeks, her eyes still carrying lingering charm.

"Kurenai," Kitazawa said, doing his best to ignore Tsunade's mischief as he looked at her. "Thank you."

Kurenai didn't answer.

She simply leaned in and pressed her lips to his.

Kitazawa, of course, didn't hold back.

At last, the long night reached its end.

A new day.

Kitazawa sat up and stretched.

Even without sleeping all night, he didn't feel tired.

He got out of bed and dressed.

He glanced at the still-sleeping Tsunade and Kurenai, then casually closed the door behind him.

"Where are Tsunade-sama and Kurenai?" Shizune asked, walking out of the kitchen with curiosity.

"I had them head to the Hokage Tower early," Kitazawa said offhandedly. "I've got a task for them."

"What kind of task could make Tsunade-sama get up early?" Shizune asked, stunned.

"I'm the Hokage, aren't I?" Kitazawa smiled. "Even my teacher has to follow my orders."

"If only you could make her stop going to the casino," Shizune sighed, not pressing further.

"Now you're just making things hard for me," Kitazawa joked. "That's the one thing Tsunade-sensei absolutely can't do."

After breakfast, he went to the Hokage Tower with Shizune and Uzumaki Rina.

As for Tsunade and Kurenai… they weren't waking up anytime soon.

When Kitazawa pushed open the office door, his brows lifted slightly.

Besides Konan, there was someone else inside: Nagato.

"Nagato, you starting work today?" Kitazawa asked.

"Yeah." Nagato nodded. "My body's fine now. I can move normally."

"Good." Kitazawa smiled. "Anbu can't be without a commander forever."

Sarutobi Asuma had become a squad instructor.

Kakuzu had gone to the Economic Department.

That left Anbu in Konan's hands.

But since she was responsible for protecting Kitazawa closely, she hadn't really been managing Anbu much at all.

"I'll get familiar with Anbu as quickly as possible," Nagato said seriously, sensing Kitazawa's trust.

"How's your Edo Tensei coming along?" Kitazawa suddenly remembered something.

"Edo Tensei is difficult. I haven't mastered it yet," Nagato said after a brief pause. "Give me another half a month."

"No rush." Kitazawa shook his head. "Tell me when you've learned it."

He mainly wanted to see whether Uchiha Madara could trigger a system task.

Even if an Edo Tensei Madara couldn't reach his peak in life—

[Current Mission: Defeat Uchiha Madara.]

[Mission Reward: Limbo: Border Jail.]

[Accept?]

Speak of the devil.

Perfect timing.

Kitazawa accepted immediately.

Limbo: Border Jail was Madara's unique Rinnegan dōjutsu—his special ability.

It split off invisible shadows for attack or defense, up to four at once.

Those shadows couldn't be perceived unless the target possessed a Rinnegan or Six Paths senjutsu.

Not only that, the shadows could even use Susanoo, and they were immune to attacks that weren't empowered by Six Paths senjutsu.

In the original story, Madara used Limbo to instantly defeat the nine tailed beasts, suppress Uzumaki Naruto, and kill Uchiha Sasuke in a blink.

It was terrifying beyond words.
