Took a while, but we finally reached the end of this season! :D
On to season 3!!
I did struggle a bit with this chapter, not sure what to add or change.
Side Question: What are your thoughts on the Wishing Stars? Hate them, like them or have any questions about them? (or one specific Wishing Star?).

*At an open area outside and far away from the city.*
Pigsy is standing on a ship that looked like a drone while being busy cooking some lunch for everyone.
"Alright Mr. Tang, let's start you off with something easy." said Sandy, giving Tang a small dumbbell, but Tang collapses to the ground right as he takes it.
Further away from them, MK and Miwa are busy fighting against Mei, who goes on to summon her green dragon.
"Monkie Kid! Luna Kid! So it's come to this!" Mei gives a villainous laugh while playing as a villain until she notices that they are nowhere to be see. "Wait where-where did—"
Looking around, Mei doesn't notice MK having turned himself small as he was running towards her.
Miwa on the other hand, came out of a shadow portal under Mei and went for a punch right at her.
Mei reacted quickly dodging her punch and went to swing her sword at her, aiming for Miwa's weak spot being her left arm.
"Not happening!" Miwa summoned her spear, having it change into a whip and wrap around Mei's sword. Going then on to throwing her away.
Miwa smirked when watching Mei being thrown across the ground, satisfied. Though, that didn't last long as Mei charged right back at her. Going on to fire a huge green blast at her.
Miwa's eyes widened at seeing the blast coming towards her. Reacting quickly and out of pure instinct. The faint golden seal on her forehead got another crack as two huge, star-like monster hands appeared from out of nowhere and blocked the blast head-on.
After taking the blast, the huge hands disappeared and Miwa fell to her knees out of energy. Sweatdrops running down her face as her skin for a moment changed color before going back to normal.
"W-What was that... How?" Miwa were too exhausted to think straight until she heard someone running towards her.
"Nice try Luna Kid! But I'm not gonna let you or anyone stop me!" Mei charged right at Miwa, aiming to strike her down.
But just as Mei got close to her, MK transformed into a giant fat MK behind Mei as she and Miwa stares up at him in shock.
Mei and Miwa yell in horror as giant MK falls down on them. Creating a huge smoke cloud that covered the whole area around them.
"BOOM! VICTORY!" MK cheered in a deep voice while in his giant form.
Miwa used the shadows to get out from under him, along with Mei as they lay exhausted on the ground.
"Never.... again.... I'll take my parents training.... then end up under a giant MK.... again." said Miwa trying to catch her breath.
*After training.*
Miwa, MK, and Mei are relaxing back at the drone-like ship eating some food and drinks that Pigsy had made.
"You two totally got the hang of this mystic monkey business!" said Mei with a big smile. "I mean, I still can't get over the crazy sick move Mimi did earlier!"
Miwa gave a small smile, though she let out a small sigh. "What was that even? That has never happened before... yet I feeling like I've done that before... But where... and when?"
"Daw, thanks Mei!" said MK, smiling at her.
"Monkie Kid! Masters of staff, king of clones, growing big and small! Hero of the universe! Luna Kid! Daughter of Monkey King! Master of shadows and mystics! Not to mention with the most cutest monkey face! Heros being smart enough to move the training session out here so we stop smooshing the city real bad!" Mei kept praising the two to no end.
Miwa gave a light chuckle along with MK, scratching the back of her head before Mei pulled them into a hug.
"We've got this guys!! Soon, Monkey King won't need to even come back from vacation, mwuhaha!" said Mei, letting out a laugh.
".... Right." Miwa pulled away from the hug and got up, walking away from the others as she looked towards the city.
MK looks down at his cup of water with a sad look which Mei notices along with seeing Miwa walking away causing her to raise an eyebrow at the two.
"Oh, uh, yeah, guess you're right." said MK, trying to play it off.
"Hmmm, something is clearly wrong here." said Mei, glancing from Miwa to him.
"W-What? No, nothing is wrong." said MK, giving an awkward laugh.
"I don't believe that." Mei then let out a gasp. "Have you asked Mimi out yet?"
"What?! Me asking Miwa out? No, no, no there is no way I could ask her out." said MK, quickly trying to shut down this topic. Though he did take a short glance towards her.
"Why not? You've known each other since you were kids. Even now you two are fighting and training together." said Mei giving him a questionable look. "Is it because she is the daughter of the Monkey King?"
"NO! Her being related to him has nothing to do with it." MK exclaimed but let out a heavy sigh. "..... I already tried asking her out, but she—"
"You already did?! When? Why haven't you told me any of this?!" Mei grabbed him and started shaking him violently.
"Mei! We aren't dating!" shouted MK, which made her stop shaking him.
"What? But how come? When you ask out someone you like, it clearly means they are dating right after." said Mei, growing a little confused.
MK sighs at this. "When I asked her, she didn't give me an answer. She just straight up disappeared into a shadow portal. A clear sign that she rejected me and isn't interested." A sad look on his face when looking at the ground.
"..... Oh." Mei looked at him, then over at Miwa before back at him. "MK, how did you ask her?"
"Huh? What you mean? I just asked her like any normal person would." said MK, looking at her.
"Out in the open, or somewhere alone?" Mei went on the asked.
"I asked her out in a grocery store when helping her buy some groceries." MK answered.
Mei gave him a deadpanned look, processing to then slap herself in the face with a long groan. "MK! That is the worst way to ask someone out." Lets out a frustrated sigh. "She didn't reject you when using the shadows to get away. She left because you caught her off guard like that and in a public area."
".... Oooh." said MK, now feeling very stupid and embarrassed about this.
Mei rolled her eyes, then have him turn around and pushed him towards Miwa. "This time, try and be more observant and don't mess it up."
MK got pushed towards Miwa, taking a deep breath when walking over to her.
"It's already been weeks since I last spoke with Dad, let alone saw anything of Papa." Miwa let out a sigh. "Maybe it would have been better if I hadn't gotten my memories back. That way, I wouldn't feel like I'm being abandoned again by another family..... A broken family."
MK cleared his throat, trying to gain her attention. "Miwa, are you doing alright?"
Snapping out of her thoughts, Miwa turned to look at MK, who was standing beside her. "As alright as I can be in these situations we've had these last few weeks."
"Yeah, I know what you mean." MK turned his attention to the city. "We need to be ready to take down Lady Bone Demon, hopefully before things get worse. With Monkey King not around it's all up to us."
"Right, we can't rely on any of my parents to help with this." Miwa narrowed her eyes at the city, her body slowly seeming to fade a bit. "I can't trust them ever being around. I've survived this far without them, I can survive without needing a family. Like I always have."
A concerned look was on MK's face, going on to slowly place a hand on her shoulder. "I also wanted to ask you something else."
"Hmh?" Miwa gave him a puzzled look. "Ask me what?"
A small blush started growing on MK's face. "Well, remember how I asked you out, and then you left right away with your shadow powers?"
Miwa slowly froze up at that memory, her face turning all red. ".... Y-Y-y-y-yes?"
"I wanted to apologize for that, I shouldn't have asked you like that out of the blue. Let alone in a grocery store." MK scratched the back of his head.
"No, no, it's fine MK. No need to apologize." said Miwa, not wanting him to feel bad about that. "..... I should be the one to apologize.... I-I shouldn't have left you like that."
"But I was the one who asked you in such a public space." said MK.
"And I left without a word, in that public space for all the see." said Miwa.
The two looked at each other and then started laughing at how stupid they were being right now.
"But really, it's fine MK. Water under the bridge as they say." A small smile on Miwa's face.
MK looked at her and slowly took one of her hands in his. "I know I messed up the first time. But Miwa, if we..... when we have defeated the Lady Bone Demon. Will you go out with me? You don't have to answer me right away."
Miwa looked at him, both of them blushing. Her tails slowly wagging behind her. ".... Sure. I'd love to go out with you. For real this time." A big smile on her flustered face.
"Great!" said MK with a big, bright smile on his face. Letting out a chuckle in excitement.
"Hoho, snack break!" Pigsy's voice could be heard, snapping the two's attention back to the others as they went to join them, each grabbing a bowl and digging into the food.
"Happy tummy time!" said Sandy grabbing a bowl, ready to eat.
"Looking good Pigsy!" said Tang already beginning to eat from his bowl.
Mei took a glance over at MK and Miwa, slightly wiggling her eyebrows as she had been spying on them this whole time.
Both of their faces quickly turned all red, avoiding eye contact with each other as they ate their food.
"Did we miss something?" Pigsy asked.
*Spider Queen's lair.*
The mayor drops the cube in the furnace along with the lantern while the Lady Bone Demon drops the crimson jimson weed into the furnace too.
"At last... It is time." Lady Bone Demon spoke.
Putting her hands together she blowed a blue smoke, summoning some demon bones. A blue tornado comes out of the furnace before Lady Bone Demon turns around looking at the Spider Queen, struggling to get out of her grasp.
"B-But I got you ingredients! I-I-I'm the Queen! You promised me, MY DESTINY!" Spider Queen exclaimed.
"A promise that I did not break, my queen. This is your destiny after all." said Lady Bone Demon in a calm tone.
Strings appear out of the furnace, aiming straight at the Spider Queen. But before the strings could even grab her. A yellow light appeared from her star necklace, then sucking her into it in the blink of an eye. A yellow shield around the necklace, making the strings unable to grab it.
"What is the meaning of this?" Lady Bone Demon asked, not pleased by this.
"Sorry about that, Lady Bone Demon." Huangse appeared out of no where, having already grabbed the three glowing items on the table and now the necklace.
"I didn't think you Wishing Stars would go against destiny, let alone go behind my back." said Lady Bone Demon.
The Mayor stood ready to attack, should his lady just say the word.
"While it is true that the Spider Queen and her spider demons have reached their destiny in their use for you. We think using our powers to help power your mech here. Will be of much more use than these four."
Huangse walked over to the furnace, dropping a blue and purple string of hair. The power of four of the wishing stars causes the furnace to destroy itself as it summons a huge monster-looking mech.
"The others and I would never go against destiny. All we do is follow and see where it goes. The spider demons are of no use to you. And wouldn't give as much of a power boost unlike ours." Huangse gave a small bow. "But I am sorry if I made myself seem untrustful to you in sealing these guys away behind your back."
"Hm, you Wishing Stars have always been a mystery to me. But as long as we still have the same goal and you keep your word in what destiny has planned for me. I'll keep following the steps it will take to kill that wish." said Lady Bone Demon, now walking towards the mech.
"Great to hear!" said Huangse with a big smile before then disappearing with the four items.
Blue lightning was then shot out into the sky, catching Miwa's and the others' attention.
"That's probably not good!" said Mei as her bowl of noodles slames into MK's face.
A small blue spider mech suddenly appeared at the desert ground.
"What the—" Miwa was cut mid-sentence as she and MK felt a striking pain in their heads.
"It's her!" shouted MK and Miwa, both struggling from the pain.
"Spider Queen?!" Mei exclaimed.
"No... it's something... worse." said MK, narrowing his eyes at the spider mech.
"Way worse than anything else we've faced." said Miwa.
MK and Miwa jumps off the drone. MK uses his powers while Miwa summoned her spear, both aiming to destroy the mech, but when they strike it, Miwa's spear disappears as a blue seal appears with golden inscriptions written below.
"Come on!" said Pigsy.
"Right!" said Mei.
The group was about to join in to help them when suddenly the drone gets pulled back as Tang tries pulling it away from the glowing seal.
"Tang, what are you doing?!" Pigsy shouted at him.
"I gotta bad feeling about this Pigsy!" Tang shouted back.
Miwa glared at the spider mech in annoyance. "I'm getting so tired of spiders and all of this shit."
The Spider mech goes on to attack Miwa and MK again.
MK tries using his powers to strike the mech with a powerful blast, but for some reason he is unable to do it. "What?"
Miwa also tries summoning her shadow spear again, but just like MK, she isn't able to do it. "What's going on?"
In their confusion of their powers not wanting to work, the mech topples onto them.
"KIDS!!"
"NO!!"
"MK!! MIWA!!"
The others shouted out in horror and worry for the two.
The spider mech cracks as Miwa having transformed into a huge bear and a giant MK finally destroy it. But in doing so the seal once again appears and takes their powers.
Both Miwa and MK felt their energy getting drained as they almost fell to their knees with sweatdrops running down their faces.
"Something isn't right. Doing stuff like this shouldn't make me this tired." Miwa thought to herself, starting to grow concerned.
"MK! Miwa!" shouted Sandy.
"You won! I knew you two could do it!" Pigsy cheered.
"Yeah, you guys showed that ittsy bittsy spider who's boss! You both got mad skills to pay the bills yo!" shouted Mei at them.
Tang observed the red light in the spider mech's eye turning off as he turned his attention over to MK and Miwa. "Uh MK? Miwa? I get the feeling you two aren't telling us something..."
Miwa and MK glance at each other, both letting out a sigh. Knowing they couldn't hide this from the others anymore.
"A few weeks ago... we met someone..." MK were the first to speak up. "Remember when we fought DBK? I said that he was different. And when Spider Queen attacked and she was stronger? We were trying to protect you all. Keep it a secret."
"But we shouldn't have kept it a secret. Doing that has only made it more complicated and troublesome for you guys." said Miwa, thinking back to Wukong. Since she was still keeping it a secret that she knew he wasn't on vacation.
"Lulu is right, and it's was all connected to this girl... she calls herself—" MK went on to explain until a voice finished his sentence.
"Lady Bone Demon."
MK gasped as he and Miwa see Lady Bone Demon behind both of them, catching them off guard. Before a green blasting light comes from the drone.
"A girl?! Let's get her!" shouted Mei.
The group jumped in the air aiming to attack Lady Bone Demon.
"Guy! Don't do it!" shouted Miwa.
"No, wait!" shouted MK simultaneously.
Lady Bone Demon's hair turns white, using her powers as she pushes the group away before they were stuck to the drone's wall.
"NO!!" shouted MK and Miwa.
"You've done well, MK, Miwa. You've mastered your powers so well! It seems like one of you are ready to meet your destiny and—" said Lady Bone Demon before getting cut off.
"Yeah yeah, destinies, smishtinies! You saw how fast these kids dismantled your little bone toy right?" said Pigsy with a confident smile.
From being cut off when she spoke, Lady Bone Demon used her powers and pressed Pigsy's body inside the wall he was stuck to.
"PIGSY?!" Tang screamed in horror.
"That was part of the plan, I do apologize for what comes next..." Lady Bone Demon continued.
A blue tornado appears once more as a scorpion mech appeared.
"You've got to be kidding me." said Miwa in disbelief.
"It's even bigger than before! MK! Miwa! No!" shouted Mei at them worried.
"That's not good!" said MK, going on to summon his staff.
Miwa on the other hand, wasn't able to summon her weapon. Since it was created from her shadow powers. Which she wasn't able to use at the moment. "This is the worst time to not having a weapon."
Trying to think over what other power she could use, Miwa took a deep breath and tried putting her focus into using her cosmic powers like before she had a weapon. She was able to create a small red star-like shield around her left arm while having her right hand covered with cosmic energy.
"I should have done more training with these powers, as this is already taking a lot of energy out of me." Miwa thought to herself, trying her best not to fall over from using this power.
The scorpion mech attacks MK and Miwa but is blocked by Miwa using what she could of her small shield. Giving MK time to dodge to the side and summon his own clones.
"Let's get to work!" said Artist Clone.
"It's porty time!" said Party Clone.
MK send his clones to attack the mech while Miwa used her powers to strike it down, but none of it had any effect as all the clones disappeared. The seal appears once more.
"What?" said MK in confusion.
Miwa's powers though, acted out differently. Unlike the other few times with her and MK's powers. Her cosmic powers poofed as she fell to her knees, exhausted while another crack appeared on the golden seal on her forehead.
"What is going on here?" Miwa were just as confused but also exhausted.
"MK! Miwa! The more power you both use, the more—" shouted Tang, trying to warn them.
"Powerful I become? Very observant!" Lady Bone Demon told them what Tang had caught on to.
The scorpion mech then goes on and grabs both Miwa and MK in its claws, causing both of them to scream in pain.
Miwa tried thinking up a plan on what to do until she got an idea. Though it was very risky it was the only idea she could think of at this moment. So instead of screaming, she forced herself to sing through the pain, aiming her focus and voice towards Lady Bone Demon. The seal appeared once more to this.
The scorpion still had its hold on her, but everyone around her seemed to have fallen asleep. Not sure for how long, she tried entering Lady Bone Demon's dreams. It didn't work as the seal only grew bigger and she felt herself hardly having much energy left.
Everyone soon enough had woken back up, and everything once more was still chaos.
"Nice trick, little wish. But very foolish of you. Just like one of your parents." said Lady Bone Demon, with a smirk.
The scorpion tightened its grip on Miwa, causing her to scream out louder in pain as she felt the bones in her left arm getting crushed. The golden seal on her forehead appeared, another crack as she was trying everything she could to use any of her powers. Her body switching between her human and monkey form.
"Hm, looks like you still have some powers left in you." said Lady Bone Demon, slightly annoyed.
MK worriedly looked over at Miwa, not liking to see her in pain and screaming. So he tried working on a way to save her. "Think little, think little!"
Lady Bone Demon turned her attention over to MK as she heard his voice and seeing what he was trying to do. "Oh, trying to shrink? That's not going to work anymore!"
MK then tried to use his gold vision, but it fades out as fast as he used it and soon enough was gone too.
"I'M NOT GONNA LET YOU WIN!" MK yelled out loud, struggling to get out of the grip of the scorpion.
"In your thirst to destroy me, you used all your powers!" said Lady Bone Demon, taunting him.
Miwa growled in anger and pain, hating that she was in this position with MK. Both unable to do anything, but what she hated the most. Her being in this position again of being helpless, not able to do anything about it and no one there to help or save her when she really needed.
She gritted her teeth, her body slowly being surrounded by cosmic energy. The golden seal on her forehead growing more cracks.... until the seal finally broke. Miwa let out a loud scream, eyes glowing bright golden as she were in her full monkey form, breaking the claw that was holding her.
The cosmic energy surrounding Miwa only grew larger with her inside it. Taking the form of a giant red, cosmic, feral-like monster monkey avatar. And a feral monkey avatar it was, going all savage on the scorpion. Smashing down on it at full force until it was destroyed.
"Miwa! Take her down! We know you can do it!" shouted everyone.
But them shouting was the worst thing they could do, as Miwa's feral monkey avatar turned its attention towards them still stuck to the wall of the drone. It changed target and charged right at them.
"MIWA?!"
"NO!! WE AREN'T THE ENEMY HERE!"
"Here... Comes... MONKIE KID!!!" shouted MK, as he had been able to get free when Miwa's monkey avatar form was destroying the scorpion. He picked up his staff and charged ahead to stop Miwa from attacking the others.
Slamming his staff to the ground, MK created a golden light. The others were released, falling back down on the drone. Though they still weren't out of danger yet with Miwa raised up a fist to strike them down.
"MK, do something!" shouted Pigsy.
"And quickly! Before she kills us?!" screamed Tang.
MK used his powers and creates the Monkie Mech. Getting in front of the feral monkey avatar, stopping its attack in the last minute.
"Miwa! Snap out of it!" shouted MK out to her. "They aren't the enemy! They are our friend!"
Miwa however wasn't listening and just began striking down and attacking the Monkie Mech with MK inside it.
"Well, a slight change of plan. But no matter. This will only work in my favor." said Lady Bone Demon, a grin on her face as she waited for the right moment.
"Miwa, please! I don't wanna fight you! We need to focus on stopping Lady Bone De—" MK tried talking her out of it, only for Miwa's monkey avatar to grab hold of his mech and threw it into the air.
Miwa's monkey avatar then jumped into the air after him and strucking him back down with a powerful kick. Creating a giant crater with the Monkie Mech in the middle, struggling to get back up.
"M-Miwa please, this isn't you at all." MK pleaded, not wanting to keep fighting her like this. "I'm sure Monkey King and Macaque wouldn't want to see you like this either."
Miwa just let out an aggressive scream, the monkey avatar charging towards him for another strike. But before she could land another hit, her eyes had changed to red. Stopping her completely with the avatar's fist just an inch from the face of the Monkie Mech.
"Too close, I normally wouldn't jump in like this. But if she had hit him right there. She would have killed him.... I can't believe I would ever say this, but I'm actually thankful that the Jade Emperor locked away this power with that seal." Red Star now in control, the feral monkey avatar disappeared.
With a heavy sigh, Red Star soon after let go of control. Giving Miwa back the control as she fell towards the ground. All her monkey features were gone as she had returned to her full human form, with only her white bangs and freckles.
"Miwa!" MK quickly caught her falling body in Monkie Mech's hands.
But just as he caught her, the sound of an evil chuckle could be heard from Lady Bone Demon. Before the blue seal appeared under the Monkie Mech, almost complete before a blue wave pushed the drone away.
"MK!"
"MIWA!"
"NO!"
"What is this?" MK questioned in confusion.
Just then a giant claw grabs MK's mech before the smoke clears out, revealing a giant mech.
"Now do you understand? From the start, you never had what it took to destroy me! All your powers could do is make me stronger!" said Lady Bone Demon, destroying the Monkie Mech's head, exposing MK in the open.
"Now, I will undo the memories of this world..." said Lady Bone Demon as she appeared in her true form.
"No..." said MK in disbelief.
MK immediately extends the staff to strike the Lady Bone Demon, but she blocks it with one hand as the last of MK's powers gets taken away.
"What?! No, I can't lift the staff!" said MK as he loses the grip on his staff that falls to the ground, unable to be moved.
In disbelief and panic he doesn't notice that ice starts appearing as it's slowly forming around the staff.
Miwa slowly began opening her eyes, using what little strength she had left to get up. "W-what happened... where am I?"
Looking around she saw that she was in some kind of mech hand that was very close to falling off.
"Please stop!" MK pleaded as ice was crawling onto him. With tears starts running down his face. "No, don't do this!"
"MK!" Miwa quickly snapped her attention towards him when hearing his voice. She tried getting up but almost fell down on her knees from exhaustion, she let out a painful wince as she only now felt the pain from her left arm. Clearly having a few of her bones broken
"No, I need to help MK. I wouldn't let something like this keep me from just that." Miwa forced herself to get back on her feet and began climbing up the arm of the mech, ignoring the pain until she saw him and Lady Bone Demon.
"MK!" Miwa used the last of her strength to rush over to him, and getting in front as she glared up at the Lady Bone Demon.
"Miwa don't!" said MK with worry, already able to see how weak she was and if he could see it. So could Lady Bone Demon which made him more worried.
"Don't ignore your fate child. You can rest, knowing that you have served your purpose. Destiny has found you..." said Lady Bone Demon as she raised a hand towards MK, seeming to ignore Miwa useless attempt on trying to protect him.
Suddenly a golden light appeared from above before it lands in between Lady Bone Demon, Miwa and MK. It melts the ice off of MK as he and Miwa see an injured Wukong.
"D-Dad?" said Miwa, a little hesitant.
"Monkey King? You're really?" said MK, a little unsure but also surprised.
"Destiny cannot be undone, Sun Wukong!" Lady Bone Demon exclaimed.
Wukong sees the staff floating next to Lady Bone Demon, then turns to look at MK and Miwa in her human form, while covered in injuries and her hoodie torn apart, with a bit of blood running down her left arm. He then goes on and gives a smirk.
"Let's test that theory." said Wukong, grabbing MK and Miwa as they escapes the mech by summoning his cloud.
"Wait, no, what are you doing?!" MK exclaimed in confusion.
Miwa didn't have the energy to question any of this, to be honest. She was just happy to see him again.
Flying through the sky with MK and Miwa, Wukong feels his cloud loosing its power. He then spots the drone flying next to them. So he quickly dashes over there as the three crash into the ground. He gets up slowly before he sees that his cloud disappears.
"Worst ride ever." said Miwa, struggling to get up.
"MK! Miwa!" shouted Mei, running over to them with the others.
The group starts helping up MK but hesitates for a bit with Miwa.
"What's wrong?" Miwa asked in confusion, while letting out a painful wince. Holding her broken arm covered with blood.
"You don't remember?" Mei asked.
Miwa just shook her head. "All I remember is being stuck in that scorpion mech's claw, and the next thing I see is me in the Monkie Mech's hand."
The gang gave each other a glance, a little unsure on how to tell her.
Miwa looked at them and a concerned look grew on her face. She had gotten over and accepted what happened with her foster families, but she always knew the look those from the aftermath gave her when she did something terrible to ruin their lives.
".... Am I now gonna lose my friends too?" Miwa glanced over at Wukong, only now taking notice of how injured he looked to be. And the others also seemed to have noticed it.
"Hey bud, Freckles... missed me?" said Wukong in a casual manner.
"Where were you?! You could have stopped this, stopped Miwa from.... from...we could've–We have to go back, we have to take her down." MK exploded in frustration at him.
Miwa grew more worried about what she did, slowly curling in on herself.
"We can't..." Wukong told him as he moved over to Miwa and wrapped an arm around her as he took notice of the bad state she was in.
"NO! I'm going back, I'm gonna get my staff and finish this." said MK about the storm off.
"The staff's gone bud, and I'm in no shape to face her, neither of us are. I didn't get back in time..." said Wukong, annoyed that he wasn't fast enough. Though he didn't stop trying to comfort Miwa who had gone quiet.
"Back from what? Your vacation?" Pigsy asked in a cold tone.
"Pigsy." Tang tried having him back off.
Miwa covered her ears as she already knew what was coming next.
"No! What could've been so important that you'd leave MK and Miwa alone to face that- that–that thing?!" Pigsy shouted as he goes on to point at Wukong. "Your supposed to be their mentor! Along a parent! And you can't even play that part right?!"
A guilty look grew on Wukong's face, being unable to look at the others. Let alone his own kid after having promised himself, that he wouldn't let anything happen to her again.
Sandy growing frustrated at the situation getting worse went to step in. "ENO—"
"SHUT UP?!" Miwa yelled out, not able to take it anymore as tears were running down her face, with her body fading in and out. "I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE, ANY OF THIS FUCKING STUPID SHIT!"
Everyone looked at Miwa, shocked by the sudden outburst. Before then growing quiet as they all started to calm down.
Wukong didn't say anything when she started swearing. Though seeing her fading in and out did have him worried. So he wrapped both of his arms around her, giving her a tight hug. But she instead just shoved him away from her.
Miwa was frustrated by all of this, not sure who or what to let out her anger on. But even if she wanted it, she just didn't have any energy for it.
"We are sorry Miwa, we didn't mean to upset you like this." said MK, not liking seeing her like this.
Sandy went on the clear his throat, gaining everyone's ,except for Miwa's, attention. "I think we should give Mr. Monkey King a chance to explain."
The group looked at each other, then over at Miwa before they then looked at Wukong for an explanation.
"Alright alright, I was never on vacation." said Wukong, letting out a sigh. "During the battle with Spider Queen, I found out Lady Bone Demon was back, she's bad news... I needed something to fight her, something so powerful even she wouldn't be able to win... a weapon!"
"Ok, a weapon. Hey, if you think you can beat her, let's go find it." said MK.
"What?! No! You're not going, I'm going." Wukong exclaimed.
"Wait, what?! You choose me, I can help, we all can!" said MK, wanting to be able to help.
"Yeah, so, here's the problem. You guys, except for Freckles, have this thing called mortality, so—" Wukong went on to explain.
"Your not looking so immortal yourself Mr. King." said Mei as she cleared her throat.
Miwa gave a small giggle at this, seeming to have calmed down a bit after everything.
Wukong heard the giggle but just went on to pat her head. As long as she was getting in a better mood he wouldn't bother about it.
Miwa still batted his hand away from her head, though she was feeling slightly better.
"We can do this, we're stronger together." said MK.
Wukong gave a sigh. "Fine."
MK and Mei cheer, high-fiving each other.
Miwa started getting up but almost stumbled to the ground from still being all exhausted. But MK and Mei quickly caught her.
"We are sorry about before, whatever you did even if you can't remember. Shouldn't get between us all." said Mei with an apologetic smile.
"You sure.... I don't wanna be a burden nor a danger for you all." said Miwa, a little worried.
"You aren't a burden to us. Let alone a danger to us." said Sandy placing a hand on her shoulder.
"You're our friend, we've seen and been through a lot." said Tang with a smile.
"You might be a hotheaded, employ. But I would never see you as a danger to my customers or us." said Pigsy with a confident smile.
Miwa grew a smile at hearing this, tears almost forming in her eyes. But refused to cry again. "Thanks... now, could someone please help with my arm before I pass out from the pain."
"I'll get right to it." Sandy quickly went and got a first aid kit and began putting some new bandages on her left arm, ignoring the old ones along with the scars she already had on that arm.
Wukong cleared his throat. "But it's not gonna be easy. In fact, it's going to be really, really dangerous."
"Ok! So, where are we headed?" Pigsy asked.
Wukong pulls out a scroll and tosses it to MK and Miwa, revealing that it's a map.
"Well, I guess, we're going on a journey... to the west." said Wukong, glancing towards the direction they were heading.
*The Wishing Stars.*
"Well, that took a turn." said Green Star.
"Whatever Lady Bone Demon planned it or not. She already finished the third step before the second step has even happened." said Blue Star.
"Doesn't change anything, if any. It only went in our favor and getting closer to ending that wish." said Purple Star.
"Only two more steps to go, until the final step of ending all of this and have Red Star return back to us once more." said Yellow Star.
"By the way Yellow Star, when are you planning on releasing those spider demons?" Green Star asked.
"When all of this is over." Yellow Star answered.
"Very reasonable, let's just hope these people are able to stop Lady Bone Demon for that to happen." said Blue Star.
"All we can do for now, is wait and observe until then... And hope everything goes according to plan." said Purple Star.
