Life was boring for Bob who lived a simple and honest life. He never liked naming his life simple and honest but he did live a simple and honest life. Anyway, it was better than living a harsh life or an adventurous life filled with challenges.
He called his life simple as he had a good father and a good mother. He was a single child so no one in his family showed favouritism. He never had any haughty aunt nor had any grandparents who hated him. They were normal people who hated him when he did something bad, looked down on him when he lazed around and praised him when he achieved something good or helped them.
So when he who was lived in a middle-class family, without too much money but not in an environment with scarcity of money. So when he was sent to college, he did not have to take a loan as his parents had saved enough money for him. His family believed that it was their duty to take care of his education till he graduates from the college. Since they had no lack of money and they were not old enough to retire as they had him when they were young as their grandparents were supportive of their relation, he was told that he could learn till doctorate without having to care about money or job.
But the problem remained that while they were willing to take care of him, they were not willing to pamper him. So they did not give out too much pocket money beyond what was needed. So while he lived a happy and normal life, he could live the life of enjoyment and excitement of his friends who had to work part time and even take loans to go to college and would party out in nights with all the money saved while working months of part-time job, to just party out a night.
But he who had seen them suffer, preferred such a simple and honest life as he never wanted to worry about part time jobs nor did he want to worry about money. But he still wanted to get a job early as he did not have the idea of getting a Master's degree or get a doctorate degree. He never cared about getting a higher degree as in programming field, either you had to be a genius with your own program and algorithm to be valued for your techniques or you should have enough products made by gathering more programmers, having experience to lead a team or the experience of having worked in many programs, rising from a fresher.
So he, who just wanted to live a good and simple life by making enough money just to live a good life, never expected to become someone important or face anything harsh enough. The nation was not too weak nor was it too strong. It was among the top five nations in terms of land area, top 3 in terms of export, and top 4 in terms of military strength and was one of the few nations having nuclear weapons. Unlike some other nations, his motherland, had no nobility and had no underground groups. It is only very once in a while that some rich men is able to get hold over the system but they are always held back. No one is a fool and all bureaucrats have enemies and when they get a good enough reason to take action which will be supported by the law and the people, even if their superiors asks them to hold back, they will take action as after taking action,they had to be promoted. Since all of them were bureaucrats, they had to play by the rules as once someone who broke the rule is left unpunished, everyone will break the rules.
Since unlike some other nations that were fragmented government, as they were basically a coming-together federation or had enough nobles having autonomy in their regions, his nation was a single nation that had a common culture over a long period of 3000 years.
So he never had to worry about being abducted away nor he had to worry about being killed by a gun used by a psychopath. This nation was different as fools never last for long as when fools act in a harsh manner breaking laws, the wise act harsher within the rules. One should note that while the underground does appear to be strong, there is a group of people who are harsher than them, stronger than them and living a brighter life than them. They are the ones who make up the group named government and they who create laws, will ensure its working to a certain limit.
But he never cared about things such as it was beyond my sight and possible imagination. How can he know the pain of something he have never experience? As for wanting such things, how could he yearn for something he had never enjoyed? He never wanted to be a farmer dreaming of how he would become the king and farm his farmland using a golden hoe.
So he kept living his good and normal life as he never had anything to lose as even if he lost, he shall indeed rise back to his normal life as he had enough certificates, had enough experience as interns and had certificates to prove it, and had made applications personally, showing experience.
So he lived a good and happy life as he never had anything to hold himself up until he found it.
