"It's done! It's done!"
Not long after Gin followed the black puppet out, a burst of excitement echoed from the inner chambers of the Ōtsutsuki estate.
Ōtsutsuki Hekira's face was glowing red, his plate-sized face brimming with smug satisfaction. His mung-bean-like eyes gleamed with a light called desire as he looked at the thick file in his hands and chuckled wickedly.
"Hehehe…"
Carefully placing the fruits of his overnight labor into a case, he didn't dare waste a moment. Boarding a flying ship, he shot straight toward the Clan Chief's castle at top speed.
Meanwhile, under the blue sky inside the moon, aboard a luxuriously decorated airship, Gin leaned against the railing with curiosity, peering down.
Below stretched a boundless blue ocean, with only sparse lands covered in lush, pristine forests.
Standing at the prow, the black puppet explained the internal layout of the moon in his mechanical voice, detailing everything to Gin.
"Gin-sama, next we'll be visiting the Ōtsutsuki Clan's natural ecological preserve."
As the airship arrived above a wide forest clearing, the puppet pointed down with a long mechanical arm, yellow eyes fixed on Gin.
"You guys even have a zoo?"
Gin raised an eyebrow. He hadn't expected the Ōtsutsuki to not only live in luxury but also enjoy such recreational venues. Truly a paradise. If he stayed long enough, he might not want to leave.
"ROAR~~~"
Just as Gin was lost in thought, an earth-shaking roar snapped him back. From the dense forest burst out a massive white tiger, its striking stripes and mountain-like muscles exuding raw power and dread.
"Your conservation work is top-notch—your tigers grow this big?"
Staring at the ten-meter-long beast, Gin couldn't help but marvel. He recalled the astonishing size of that unknown girl statue from before—clearly, this environment nurtured not just people but animals too.
"Indeed. But Gin-sama, you're mistaken. That tiger is merely feed."
The black puppet's head twisted 180 degrees as it replied flatly.
Whoosh~
Feed?
Gin was stunned. This level of beast wasn't a treasured specimen?
While still dumbfounded, a strange whooshing noise reached his ears. Near the tiger, the water's surface began to bubble violently. A pressurized column of foam shot straight at the now-terrified tiger.
"What's that?"
Gin activated his sensory perception and immediately detected a massive chakra signature beneath the bubbles.
"That is the true king of this ecological park."
The black puppet spoke as a gigantic crab claw emerged from the waters.
The mighty tiger, moments ago full of pride, now trembled in place. The moment the water pillar struck, instead of blood and gore, a massive yellow bubble encased the tiger and slowly drifted toward the crab.
"It's using Genjutsu?"
Gin frowned as he noticed traces of illusion in that attack. A ninja beast that knew Genjutsu? That was rare.
Still… those crab claws looked delicious.
"That creature is what your people call a 'ninja beast.'"
Noticing Gin's astonishment, the black puppet offered a calm explanation.
"Very nice, very nice. Those crab claws look juicy—I have to try them someday."
Gin's focus was already elsewhere, drooling slightly as the crab disappeared with its prize.
The puppet's CPU seemed to lag from shock, needing a moment to reboot. Finally glancing at the salivating Gin, he restarted the airship.
"Let us continue the tour."
…
In the Clan Chief's castle—
"Clan Chief-sama~"
Soaked in sweat, Ōtsutsuki Hekira knelt with her forehead to the ground, holding up the file with trembling, excited hands.
"The plan has been drafted. Please take a look."
Ōtsutsuki Tsukihime leaned lazily against the stargazing tower's window. Her hands supported her chin, and though her cold, beautiful face held no expression, her pure white eyes were filled with strange thoughts.
Her long legs were pressed tightly together, a lingering thrill tingling from missing undergarments. Her bare feet shifted restlessly against the floor. At the groaning sound from below, she finally glanced down.
Seeing the groveling Hekira, her lips parted.
"Elder Hekira, I trust you. Proceed with your plan."
She was far too busy right now—specifically, catching the little thief who'd stolen from her last night. She had no time for trivial matters.
"Clan Chief-sama, you truly won't take a look?"
Startled by her casual tone, Hekira also felt a hint of delight. Still, out of a sense of fairness, she asked again—after all, if anything went wrong, she'd need the Clan Chief's approval as cover.
"No need. I trust your work."
Tsukihime didn't even raise an eyelid. She calmly extended one fair hand, and a blue light emerged from her fingertips.
The plan floated from Hekira's pudgy hands and drifted into Tsukihime's grasp.
A brief glance at the title:
"Ōtsutsuki Revitalization Ultimate Operation Plan"
Perfect. Ōtsutsuki, revitalization, plan, and "ultimate" no less. All the keywords checked out. Clearly, an excellent proposal.
"Approved. Implement it immediately. I want results by tonight."
Lost in her own haze, Tsukihime waved a hand without reading any further.
The clan was on the brink, and this was her moment to prove herself a wise and mighty ruler.
"Uh… it might not work that fast…"
Raising her head slightly, Hekira's white bean-like eyes blinked in confusion. The Ōtsutsuki might be genetically gifted, but things still took time. She couldn't help but whisper a reminder.
Hearing this, a faint irritation crossed Tsukihime's flawless face. She pressed her hands against her impressive curves and slowly rose to her full height—an imposing 180 cm.
Her white eyes glinted coldly.
"Tch. Just move faster. I'm in a hurry. Got it?"
"Hehe, understood!"
