Chapter 38 - Chapter 38: Auction (3)

Inside the Wei Family private booth, the chaos of the auction seemed like a distant memory. Outside, voices shouted, placards slammed, and the scent of wealth and competition hung thick in the air but here, it was quiet, almost intimate.

The only sound was a small, wet, rhythmic noise, faint but unmistakable, like someone savoring a massive ice cream, slow and deliberate. The soft squelch echoed against the walls of the booth, an oddly hypnotic contrast to the shouting and clamor just beyond the veil formation.

*glup* glup* glup

Wei Meilin, sitting beside Li Feng, is currently bent forward, bringing her face directly against his groin.

"Ahh… Madam, you've improved," Li Feng murmured, eyes half-lidded in satisfaction as his free hand roamed across her curves. Then he started unbuttoning her qipao, eager to feel that softness directly with his bare hands. One button after another came undone, and just as he was about to pop the last one open and let those huge breasts spill free-

Knock!Knock!

A loud knock rattled the booth door. Wei Meilin froze, her mouth still full of Li Feng's little brother, just shy of her throat. She tried to rise, but a firm hand pressed her head back down. She let out a soft whimper, glancing up at Li Feng with pleading eyes, yet didn't dare to stop the subtle movement of her head.

Li Feng's lips curved into a sly grin. "Keep going," he murmured, voice low and teasing, the calm authority in his tone leaving no room for protest.

The knocking grew louder, sharp against the door. A familiar voice rang out, filled with urgency and anger: "Wei Meilin! I know you're in there! Open the door!"

It was Wei Zhong, Wei Meilin's brother-in-law.

At the sound of the voice at the door, Wei Meilin's body trembled, caught between panic and the instinct to obey.

Li Feng, sensing that only her brother-in-law was outside, gave a subtle nod to Goldie. The giant moved effortlessly toward the door and opened it.

Wei Meilin's eyes widened in shock, but she kept her body bent low, obedient under Li Feng's control, praying she wouldn't be exposed. She dared not resist, remaining perfectly still, allowing only the slightest movements of her tongue and mouth as Li Feng's little brother remained deep in her throat.

Wei Zhong stepped inside, glancing around the room, not seeing Wei Meilin. From his angle, her form remained hidden by the sofa, bent and obscured, invisible to him.

"Where is my sister-in-law?" Wei Zhong asked arrogantly, his eyes sweeping the booth.

"Oh, she's… currently busy," Li Feng replied smoothly, amusement threading his words. " And what brings you here?"

"This is my family booth! I can come whenever I want. And I clearly saw you both heading in here…" Wei Zhong's voice dripped with arrogance and doubt.

Wei Meilin's body trembled at the situation, but sensing Li Feng had no intention of stopping, she closed her eyes, a faint trace of resignation on her face. Then with careful precision, she began to move her head up and down, diligently following the rhythm, silently hoping Li Feng would finish quickly.

Li Feng's grin deepened. "I told you…ahh ...Madam Wei is busy," he said, voice laced with amusement and pleasure.

Wei Zhong's eyes narrowed as he noticed the wet sounds and Li Feng's low moans coming from the sofa.

"Y-You…!" he stammered, realization dawning.

Li Feng glanced back and saw that the man was finally starting to understand what was happening. With a rough tug, he grabbed Wei Meilin by the hair, lifting her head just enough to expose her upper form to Wei Zhong.

"A-Ah!" Wei Meilin gasped in surprise, her mouth still wet, saliva dripping as if something big had just been dislodged. Her eyes met Wei Zhong's, and her face flushed deeply, a mix of shock and embarrassment clearly written in her gaze.

Seeing Wei Meilin, her qipao half unbuttoned, revealing the creamy cleavage he had always dreamed of, her face flushed with shame and saliva dripping from her mouth onto her pale neck, while her head roughly pulled by the hair and tilted back as if Li Feng were showing off a prized treasure to him.

Li Feng didn't break his amused smile, letting the tension linger, while Wei Zhong froze, unsure how to react to the sudden reveal. Then suddenly, the hand gripping behind Wei Meilin head pushed her back into Li Feng groan.

"Well, as you see, Madam Wei is busy at the moment, so you can come back later," Li Feng said, his tone teasing, almost taunting.

Wei Zhong's eyes went bloodshot with anger, as if someone had just stolen something precious from him. "You bastard!!" he roared, launching forward in a fit of rage.

Before he could get close, a massive pair of hands gripped his neck, halting him mid-charge.

Goldie, calm and unbothered, lifted him off the ground by the neck with ease. Wei Zhong's arms and legs flailed helplessly, his anger turning into panic as he dangled in the air.

With a smooth, almost casual motion, Goldie tossed him out of the booth. The door clicked shut behind him, leaving Li Feng and Wei Meilin alone once more.

Hearing the door closed, Wei Meilin exhaled softly, body still tense, a mixture of embarrassment, and relief flickering across her face. Li Feng's smirk lingered, eyes glinting with amusement and satisfaction.

"Now," he murmured, voice low, teasing, and full of quiet authority, "where were we?"

Outside, after Wei Zhong was thrown out of the room, he limply staggered toward a nearby private booth. With a knock, the door opened.

Inside was a layout much like the Wei Family's booth, where a middle-aged man sat upright, eyes fixed on the ongoing bidding. Another figure stood silently behind him.

"How is it?" the man asked without looking back.

Wei Zhong's expression was twisted with humiliation. "As expected, that slut is offering her body," he said through gritted teeth.

The middle-aged man frowned. "I was asking about the alchemist."

Wei Zhong froze, shame flashing across his face. He clenched his fists and forced his tone steady. "I… didn't manage to see the Alchemist badge. He was sitting, and I couldn't get close."

"Hmph, useless." The man's tone was flat, already somewhat expecting such incompetence from Wei Zhong.

"Never mind, I have already uncovered his identity."

His fingers tapped rhythmically against the armrest, as if in deep thought. "His name is Li Feng, an outer disciple of the Azure Moon Sect… and recently admitted into the Alchemist Guild."

Hearing this, Wei Zhong's eyes widened. He knew well what it meant to hold the Guild's recognition. At first, he had only been asked to confirm whether the newly join Alchemist was the same one he'd seen at Wei Alchemy Hall. Now that it was certain, his face turned even darker.

'That bastard dares to steal what's mine…'

He couldn't remember when it started, but from the very first time he laid eyes on Wei Meilin, a gnawing obsession had taken root. He wanted nothing more than to defile that flawless, sinful body and wanted to watch her proud, untouchable face twist with tears. More than that, he longed to trample her beneath him as a way to spite his oh-so-talented brother, the one who had overshadowed him in everything since childhood.

And now… someone else had dared to snatch her away before he could.

Sensing his mood, the middle-aged man's voice turned cold and sharp. "Do not act rashly. Wait for my command before doing anything."

Wei Zhong bowed his head, his nails digging into his palms, but he dared not speak further. The humiliation in his chest burned like fire, yet under that man's cold gaze, it could only smolder silently.

The middle-aged man waved his hand dismissively. "Go cool your head. Rage without strength is worthless. Remember, in this game, patience is sharper than any blade."

Wei Zhong gritted his teeth, then cupped his fists and backed away. His departing steps echoed faintly against the wooden floor, heavy with resentment.

Seeing Wei Zhong leave, the figure standing behind the middle-aged man leaned closer and whispered, "Master, the City Lord has called for a meeting after this."

The man's eyes flashed with a glint of calculation. "Hmm. I see. And keep an eye on Wei Zhong, don't let him do anything stupid. He is still… useful."

"I understand, Master."

The middle-aged man produced a sealed letter from his sleeve and handed it over.

"Deliver this ....to the 'Wolf'. And I probably won't be able to leave for a while.... after attending the City Lord's meeting."

The attendant accepted it with both hands, his expression shifting as if he understood something. "Master, you mean…"

"That's right," the man chuckled softly, though the sound carried a hint of amusement. "The City Lord began to grow suspicious that there might be a spy among the four families. But suspicion alone is meaningless. She still lacks proof. And without proof, even the so-powerful City Lord cannot act recklessly. Every move she makes represents the Azure Moon Sect, a righteous sect and the symbol of law and order here."

His fingers tapped the armrest again, deliberate and steady. "Until then, the board remains ours to play."
