The moment Hui Shi's powerful punch touched the shield made out of a thin layer of water however, the watery shield quickly transformed and curled around his entire body like tiny water ropes, before lifting him up a couple inches from the ground and moving him a few feet away. It then dropped him on the ground, and disappeared from sight.
Afterwards, the two ladies calmly walked by Lain, Annette, and Hui Shi, towards the entrance of the building as if nothing had just happened.
Hui Shi, who was just dropped on the ground, easily landed on his feet, before looking at the two ladies who walked by with anger. But strangely as he was about to rush towards them again for another round, he, Annette, and Lain strangely started to feel the world around them spin quickly as if they were at the bottom of an endless, turbulent ocean.
Sounds of ocean currents moving around them startled the three of them to stop what they were doing and look around in rapt attention and caution. They even had a slight feeling that if they made any sudden movements, an endless ocean of water could come crashing down at them at any moment to crush them to smithereens, then wash their remains away.
