"Nagato, all you've summoned are ordinary demonic beasts. I'm calling forth Tailed Beasts and legendary monsters, and they've all been enhanced by my amplification jutsu. Tell me, how are you supposed to compete with me?" Kazama taunted.
As Nagato witnessed Kazama's clone transforming into Tailed Beasts and Kazama himself unleashing the Kurei Chika and the mythical Yamata no Orochi, he felt like he was staring at a true deity.
Down below, Jiraiya couldn't handle the overwhelming spectacle. His poor heart gave out, and with a thud, he collapsed, unconscious.
"No way! How can you have this kind of power? You're just a mortal! What makes you think you can challenge me?" Nagato, despite recognizing Kazama's extraordinary nature, refused to yield.
He commanded his eight summoned beasts to charge at Kazama with a ferocious roar.
"Admirable courage! But courage alone won't defeat me!" Kazama declared.
As the summoned beasts launched their frenzied assault, Shukaku the One-Tail, Matatabi the Two-Tails, Isobu the Three-Tails, and Son Gokū the Four-Tails each unleashed their Tailed Beast Bombs. The Kurei Chika erupted with towering flames, while Kazama, transformed into the Yamata no Orochi, simultaneously unleashed attacks of wind, lightning, water, fire, earth, storm, ice, and lava—eight distinct elemental forces.
In an instant, the heavens shattered, and the earth wailed. Nagato's eight summoned beasts, along with Tendō and Chikushōdō, were obliterated into nothingness.
Kazama had held back, or the entire Amegakure would've been razed in moments.
"Pfft!" Nagato, drained of chakra, spat out several mouthfuls of blood.
If Konan hadn't rushed to support him, he might've collapsed on the spot.
"Nagato, we need to get out of here! This guy's strength is too terrifying. If we stay any longer, he'll find your real body!" Konan urged.
"Too late," Nagato said with a bitter smile, shaking his head. "He's already on his way here."
"What? How is that possible? My Kami no Shisha no Jutsu can't even be seen through by the Mangekyō Sharingan! How could he find us?" Konan exclaimed.
"Because of Nagato's black rods," Kazama answered, appearing before them, holding one of Pein's black rods.
"Your black rods transmit chakra to Pein, but they also let me sense your chakra's location."
"Impressive insight," Nagato said, unfazed by Kazama's sudden arrival.
"You think finding my real body means you can kill me? Did it ever occur to you that I lured you here on purpose? You've only seen the power of the Six Paths so far. Now, let me show you the ultimate dōjutsu that controls life and death—the Rinnegan!"
As Nagato claimed, his true body was far stronger than the Pein Rokudō. Even with his mobility impaired, no one could stand against his Rinnegan.
But he was facing Sanada Kazama, who could absorb any ability.
Ding! Rinnegan power absorbed successfully. Congratulations, host, for obtaining the foremost of the three great dōjutsu—the Rinnegan! You now possess all abilities of Tendō, Ningendō, Jigokudō, Chikushōdō, Shuradō, Gakidō, and Gedō!
"So this is the Rinnegan? Truly incredible!" Kazama marveled.
His Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan spun rapidly, transforming into the purple-hued Rinnegan.
