A soft gentle ringing humming voice echoed through the walls.

Lana looked behind her in fear.
However there is no way you could fear a voice like that.
As if it was sent to guide her. Her soul knew that.
So she closed her eyes feeling as if the floating voice entered through her throat
Until she started humming it herself.
Her own voice tuned to its vibration
She could feel it echo and ring through her ears and around her emitting energy
From the top of her head gently transmitting to her forehead then her throat then her chest to her guts.
Like a weighting breath has been lifted and released from her entire body
In her mind she though of what he said "set your intention to heal what's phycal"
With the voice leading her she started to swaying and waving her hands to its melody floating in the air.
She set her intention and desire towards healing what's physicall.
After that, the voice's pitch got even heigher more emotional and with greater energy emitting.
She could feel her essence getting balanced and igniting.
When she opened her eyes, she saw her hands Engulfed with tender green flickering flames.
She let her hand down and touched zai with it. In a second his body was fully inhabited and immersed by the green flames transmitted from her hands. Like it possessed his body.
The colour of his bleeding wound turned to mint and it started to glow faintly
He woke up with a sharp breath and a parched throat gasping for air.
He looked at his wound and quickly used his healing abilities that were being fueled by the wavering flames in his body.
The wound sealed in moments
As if it had never been there at all.
And the verdant flame dwindled down to a faint glow befor disappearing completely.
Zai released a sigh of relief his muscles resting in the ground. Then he jolted
And raised his gaze to look at Lana
Her eyes were wide open like a startled owl and her palms curled in her chest.
He rested his eyelids and chuckled
"So.. this is your true form"
He said referring to how different she looks compared to when she had the illusion feather's disguise.
Her cloths were like silk dyed with fiery hues of red, orange, and yellow like sunset glow in the sky.

" Ofcours I'm alive! I'm a swan" he said in a cocky way, flicking his hair, as if trying to lighten the mood.

They heard the loud footsteps of the glowfangs scattering in the nearby tunnels.
" ugh what are they up to now" zai groaned
Lana still silent with her eyes wide with shock.
He rose from the ground and dusted his cloths
"We should get back to the puddle cavren and think of a way to help them"
"And then we can talk about…what happened" he added with hesitation
" I'm sorry…" Lana said in a quick breathy hurt tone as she stood up from the ground
She clipped her nails anxiously, her fingers trembling slightly.
He noticed that, then he swiftly held her hands and stopped her
" calm down… it's alright" he said with a deep caring voice
" I'm sorry too… I shouldn't have been so entitled… i was only thinking of myself honestly, only of what I wanted to know
I didn't think how I'd feel if I were in your shoes.."
His gaze slowly drifting downward as he expressed himself.
Then he chuckled at himself slightly.
" you reminded me, back then when I collapsed in your embrace, when I got back to my senses I desperately wished I didn't blurt out anything that would make you ask me questions that I didn't want to answer even if you did, I would have brushed it off like your doing…
And you caught that in a glimpse and respected that and didn't force anything

" so I'm sorry" he let go of her hand gently
Her body language seemed more relaxed as the walls of communication has melted slowly
"Well… to be honest you have the right to ask, your just trying to protect yourself since your travelling with us…

She said with her tone more comfortable calm as she revealed how she felt
" I felt like it's unfair to you every time I brushed off the questions you asked that mattered… I was just turning a blind eye to what I should have done"
She said her eyes dropping guilty and shyly.
They both smiled at each other relaxed their gaze meeting and gentle in understanding.
"Anyways! … your not walking away befor answering this question" she said
Her expression completely shifted
Her eyes squinting
Her tone threatening sarcastically.
Zai flinched
"Okay…" he said his eyes wide open

" I mentioned Leon before… but I never mentioned sirene or Zoey"
She said referring to back then when he whispered :
"You have people who are there for you Leon,sirene,and zoey"
His mouth opened slightly and his eyes darted nervously
Then he turned around without saying anything jokingly like he wasn't going to answer her even though he will
She crossed her arms
"I'll answer one of your questions too" she said rolling her eyes
Then he turned back around facing her swiftly,
Crossed his arms and leaned on the tunnel wall.
"I'll make the question easy for you…I'll answer you first" he said mischievously
"Leon is a friend of mine" he said flicking his hair annoyingly
She raised an eyebrow and squinted her lips not believing him

He leaned toward her, fingers spread in a silent "let me stop you right there," .

Closing his eyes quite proud of what he said.
it almost felt like he made that up but he was also being genuinely truthful.
"Then Why the heck were you drowned in that river?" She asked her eyebrows raised and skeptical.
"Tch tch tch I said only one question" he interrupted with a teasing smile
Her eyes squinted in annoyance and her lips flat as if she's ready to punch him anytime soon.
"Now it's my turn to ask.."
with one arm crossed and the other resting on it , she lifted her hand slightly and said, "alright go ahead" her expression relaxed.

She tightened her first thinking
"this guys is probably trying to get on my nerves"
" do you like Leon" he said confidently with a smile, Yet he was nervous yet cocky?
She couldn't read his expression well
But clearly he lost his mind
She squinted her eyes judgingly and open her mouth in pure surprise
" out of everything you could have asked—" she gagged , her face twisting with disbelief.
Then he broke laughing at himself
As if he knew he just wanted to ask a dump question to lighten the mood
He was never going to ask something seriouse anyways.
She angrily pulled him from the ears and started walking towards the puddle cavren
"Ow! Ow ow!" He exclaimed, still laughing at himself
Then she started laughing too.
she let go off his ears and dusted her hands.
" Leon was like a brother to me" she said her eyes soft with memories flickering through her mind.
Zai's smile faded slightly
Then she turned to look at zai
Her smile bright like moon ray
"Thank you for everything" she nodded
He noded back
Zai : "Anyways! We should get going now.."
