CP0, No Name.
A terrifying assassin whose identity was erased from the world itself.
He was an invisible man who possessed a rare Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that granted complete invisibility.
This ability allowed its user to vanish into the unseen corners of the world, escaping all detection.
Because of its unique nature, the fruit had long been controlled by the World Government, reserved only for the most loyal and capable agents of CP0. It was a tool for espionage, assassination, and information gathering, responsible for countless silent deaths.
As long as No Name willed it, no one would remember him. His presence could not be sensed, nor could his intentions be perceived.
Even abilities that probed the mind were rendered useless against those he concealed.
Combined with his flawless disguise techniques, he could become anyone. No one knew how many targets had already fallen to him.
Perhaps hundreds. Perhaps thousands.
Revolutionaries who dared oppose the World Government disappeared without a trace. Their deaths masked as accidents, pirate attacks, shipwrecks, or sudden illness.
Anyone marked by the Celestial Dragons would die.
Now, carrying secret orders from the Gorosei, No Name waited silently.
He was here for one purpose.
To watch Shirogai fall.
"Since you ignored the Marines' power, just as the elders predicted…"
His expression remained emotionless as he observed the overwhelming figure in the distance.
"…then you have already stepped into the trap prepared for you."
He turned toward the strange figures behind him.
"Once the trap is confirmed effective, begin the capture mission. Seize all of Shirogai's companions. Keep them alive."
"…" "Yes, sir." "Hehe, let's begin…"
Their responses varied, but their intent was clear.
---
Above Elbaf, the sky roared.
An overwhelming wave of Haki spread outward, shaking both sea and sky.
The clouds split apart, leaving a massive gap overhead.
Waves slammed violently against the cliffs, sending spray into the air.
The force of it all caused clothes to whip and bodies to tense across the island.
"Ridiculous… this is completely ridiculous!"
Hongo of the Red Hair Pirates crossed his arms, eyes wide.
"This Haki feels even stronger than the captain's. It's terrifying."
His gaze lingered on the figure above before shifting toward his captain.
"Conqueror's Haki really is unfair. You either have it or you don't. It's something you're born with."
"Hahaha! Sorry for being so gifted, Hongo!"
Shanks laughed, scratching his head.
That carefree grin reminded the Straw Hats of someone.
Luffy.
The resemblance was impossible to ignore.
"Still…" Shanks' expression slowly grew serious as he looked upward.
"Even among those born with it, there are levels. Shirogai's is on another level entirely."
He exhaled quietly.
"This might be the peak of Conqueror's Haki."
The crew fell silent.
Meanwhile, the Straw Hats stood proudly.
Of course it was.
That was Shirogai.
---
The sky trembled again.
This time, blazing heat surged upward.
Magma erupted violently, infused with powerful Armament Haki.
"WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING TO THESE MARINES?!"
The voice of Sakazuki thundered across the sea.
The sky turned into a burning inferno.
Molten magma churned and spread, swallowing the air with suffocating heat.
At its center stood the Fleet Admiral himself.
"You should not have acted…"
His gaze locked onto the figure above.
"Shirogai."
Around him, the Admirals gathered.
Kizaru,
Issho,
Aramaki,
and Verglas.
All of them focused on a single target.
"Oh?"
Shirogai tilted his head slightly, a faint smile forming.
"I'm curious…"
His gaze swept across them calmly.
"You're putting on quite a show pretending to target Kizaru."
Silence fell.
Akainu's magma grew heavier.
Aramaki's vines spread across the island.
Issho tightened his grip as gravity gathered.
Verglas remained seated, eyes closed, yet fully alert.
"…You saw through it."
"But your real focus…"
Shirogai continued, voice steady and composed.
"…is me."
The air grew tense.
"So your target was never Kizaru."
"It's me, isn't it?"
"ATTACK!"
Akainu roared instantly.
No hesitation.
No delay.
At that very moment, one Admiral moved without a sound.
And struck.
