In the morning, Leon woke up refreshed. Even though he could still feel the lingering effects of that terrible pain, he had already gotten the hang of ignoring it.
The pain would only make his mood worse, so he didn't even bother thinking about it. What he focused on was the fact that he had actually injured the Mosspounder.
Leon knew that if he were slightly stronger, he might have a high chance of killing the monster. As a Level 12, the fact that he had managed to push a Level 19 monster like the Mosspounder into a berserker state showed just how much he had improved.
He was incredibly proud of that, but it also made him a little depressed since he still couldn't take his revenge. He would have to wait and hunt more monsters before he could fight the Mosspounder again.
The outcome would remain the same until then.
As he was mulling over his thoughts, just like he usually did after waking up, he didn't realise that he was actually sleeping while holding a hand.
