Leon came back and overheard their conversation, so he decided to stay back. He trusted Amber enough and knew she wouldn't be so reckless as to play with another person's life.
She was only reckless with her own life.
And his mother also seemed to trust Amber's master for some reason. Since he didn't look inside the room, he didn't read through her hand signs. He only guessed that they had some connection from Amber's words.
He sat down right outside the room with his back resting against the wall. His fists were clenched as he awaited the results of Amber's probing.
Every second felt like an eternity for him.
Just then, the little bunny came towards him and sat beside him to accompany him. Leon could only chuckle at his cute antics.
