The next day, bright and early, the six of them and Tari were ready to leave for Batu Raden. They were busy loading their stuff into the car for a long trip. After that, Indra and Alex got in and sat in the very back seats. Nara, Amanda, and Tari sat in the middle, while Fani sat upfront next to Diaz, who was driving.
"Bro, if you get tired, I'm ready to take over driving," Indra called from the back.
"Yeah, for real, bro. You just pick who replaces you, me or Indra," Alex added.
"Seriously? We haven't even started driving yet, and you guys already want to switch?" Diaz retorted, adjusting his rearview mirror.
"Hehe, typical. Looks like our trip's gonna be fun," Fani said.
"Hey, this isn't camping, okay? We have a destination, don't forget," Nara chimed in.
"Since when were you so serious, Nara?" Indra teased.
"Shut up, turtle," Nara shot back.
"Thud!" Suddenly, the car shook. Everyone immediately looked up, then back to the front.
"W-what was that?" Tari asked.
"Oh, that's Shin. He's sitting on top," Amanda said casually.
"Oh, I see," Tari replied, sitting between Amanda and Nara.
"Amanda, has Mr. Fadli replied to your message yet?" Alex asked.
"Yeah, he said 'okay' and 'drive safe'," Amanda answered.
"Huh... 'drive safe,' funny. Alright, is everyone ready? Nothing left behind, right?" Diaz asked.
"All good, bro," Nara replied, checking their belongings.
"Sweet, let's go. Don't want to get stuck in midday traffic," Diaz said.
Diaz started the car, and they immediately set off for Batu Raden. After getting onto the highway, they drove straight onto the city toll road. As soon as they got on the toll road,
"Alright, let's go online instead of being bored," Fani suggested.
"Huh... no way! You're in the front, Fani, you're the navigator, don't play games," Diaz said.
"Oh, just look behind you," Fani retorted.
Diaz looked in the rearview mirror. "Snoooore... snoooore!" He just realized there was incredibly loud snoring coming from the very back seats. Tari looked awkward, while Nara and Amanda covered their ears, pretending to look out the window and dozing off. It turned out Indra and Alex, who hadn't slept all night, had immediately fallen asleep and were snoring loudly.
"Huh... what's this about taking turns driving? They hit the AC and instantly passed out. Seriously," Diaz grumbled.
"That's why I suggested playing games. Too bad you're driving, so you can't play. I'll ask Amanda and Nara, who look like they're suffering in the middle, oh, and Tari too, hehe," Fani said.
"Good thing I'm a night owl, I don't really need sleep that much," Diaz mumbled.
The car continued along the toll road, which was still quiet since it was early morning. After entering the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road, Amanda and Nara were silent, and so was Tari, who had her head resting on Nara's shoulder.
"Yaaaaawn!" Fani, sitting in the front, started to yawn.
"Sleepy?" Diaz asked.
"A little. Can I go online?" Fani asked.
"Go ahead and get online then, just keep me company and don't fall asleep," Diaz replied.
"Awesome, thanks!" Fani said, immediately pulling out her smartphone.
Diaz kept driving without stopping. He only pulled over at a rest stop to refuel and buy snacks at the convenience store. After that, Indra, who had woken up, took over driving with Amanda in the passenger seat. Diaz sat in the very back to sleep with Alex, and Fani sat in the middle to sleep with Tari and Nara. They took turns resting to recharge before reaching their destination. "Snoooore... snoooore!" Snoring could be heard from the back again.
"Everyone's sleepy, huh?" Indra said.
"Of course! We've been up late and haven't had enough sleep for a few nights," Amanda replied.
"Well, it's understandable. A lot has happened these past few days," Indra said.
"That's it, a lot has happened," Amanda agreed.
"Any new visions, Amanda?" Indra asked.
"Not yet, but I'm curious why there are two Shins," Amanda said, thinking.
Suddenly, Shin, who was supposed to be sitting on top, poked his head through the car roof and looked at Amanda. He looked worried and seemed to be telling Amanda something.
"Yeah, Shin, you're right. What you're holding in my drawing, that's my smartphone," Amanda said.
"Hmm, I think there's something important on your smartphone," Indra said.
"Definitely. Once we get there, we'll know everything," Amanda said.
"I'm still curious about this Harris Rahman guy. Should we interrogate him?" Indra asked.
"Don't be silly. Look, let's figure out what's in my drawing first. For some reason, I feel like that's more important than dealing with Harris," Amanda replied.
"Okay, okay, whatever you say," Indra responded.
Amanda looked back to see all her friends sleeping. She also saw Tari, who was now asleep on Fani's lap. Then she turned back to Indra.
"Do you think, Indra, they're only targeting Tari because of the smartphone and notebook, like Mr. Fadli said, or is there something else?" Amanda asked.
"Hmm, logically, if they were just after the smartphone and notebook, they'd clearly target Mr. Fadli, or at least they'd come to your boarding house to mess up Tari's stuff. But they're specifically targeting Tari, even at school. If you ask me, they need Tari, or maybe there's something they need from Tari. I don't know for sure, but there's definitely more to it than just the smartphone and notebook," Indra replied.
"So, your thoughts are the same as mine. Our decision to take Tari with us was correct because, of course, she's safer with the six of us," Amanda said.
"You're right. If she were with Mr. Fadli, they probably would have gotten Tari yesterday," Indra said.
"Bang!" Suddenly, Shin stood on the car hood, startling Indra and Amanda in the front seats. Indra almost swerved but managed to control the car again and slowed down. After taking a breath,
"Hey, tin can ghost, why did you jump onto the front? What if we hit something?" Indra yelled.
"Indra, pull over, quick!" Amanda shouted.
Indra immediately pulled the car over, putting on the hazard lights. After stopping by the side, Indra and Amanda got out of the car. They looked up at the sky and saw a massive black hole distortion, swirling like a vortex of dark clouds. "Click!" Nara, Fani, Alex, and Diaz, who had woken up, also immediately got out of the car.
"Tari, don't get out!" Nara said.
"Y-yes, big sister," Tari replied, trembling.
"What now?" Alex asked.
"I don't know, it looks like yesterday at school," Diaz said, looking up.
"Oh, for goodness sake, I just managed to fall asleep," Fani muttered.
"Keep an eye on Tari in the car, don't let your guard down!" Amanda shouted.
Shin, standing upright on the car hood with his arms crossed, looked up. Indra, Alex, Diaz, Nara, Fani, and Amanda also looked up, waiting to see what would emerge from the black hole in the sky. They immediately transformed into their respective forms and got ready. Tari, seeing the six of them from inside the car, immediately lay down on the middle seat and covered her ears with both hands. "Crackle... crackle!" Lightning began to strike.
"Get ready, everyone!" Indra shouted with a terrifying voice.
