The city hums with life all around him—cars rushing by, distant chatter, flickering streetlights casting long shadows. Darsh walks slowly through the crowded streets, the weight of the world heavy on his shoulders. Today, on his 22nd birthday, he discovered that he has glioblastoma and 1 year left to live. It is a rare and aggressive brain tumor, it starts in the brain grows fast and most people live upto 12 от 18 months even with surgery.
He is walking through the streets deeply thinking and feeling his surrounding however he doesn't feel sad about it instead he feels relief.It was his wish that he had been wishing since his 13th birthday and today his cruel wish becomes reality.
He goes to his apartment and his cat greeted him by pressing its tail against him, he pets him and says "Rory Your dad'swish has become true".He went to take a cold shower then fed his cat who doesn't know he is leaving soon. And suddenly his phone started ringing, it was his mom he just stare at it for few sec then picked it up.
"mom: hey honey happy birthday congrats you're now 22 year old. My baby is all grown up now. how are u doing ?and when are u coming home honey?
Darsh: I'm doing fine and thank you. how are you mom?
mom: I'm great honey now tell me when are you coming back home?
Darsh: In next week mom. OK mom I've got some work to do talk to you later.
Mom: ok bye love you honey.
Darsh: hmm love you take care. "Call ended.
Darsh went to his balcony and stares at the view of busy city then he looks at his near opposite building from his apartment where a party or celebration is going on. He looks and wonder why, how, for what they celebrating for what's so great about their life when everyone gonna die one day and he whispers "Its good that my wish has come true. I'm leaving this hell soon".
