Chapter 2 - Angel Civilization Creation System, Immersion

As the glowing screen before him slowly faded away,

a man emerged. His back bore a pair of white wings, his face was as radiant as jade, his features divine and exquisite, his thin lips slightly parted, and his silver-white hair flowed gracefully. His physique was perfectly proportioned.

The glowing orb that had just dissipated transformed into scattered fluorescence, settling on Lucifer and becoming a stunning garment.

With eyes that seemed to hold an entire galaxy,

Lucifer glanced around.

There was a basin of fire, a floating orb in the air, and a box with swirling ice crystals nearby, among other things.

"The Eternal Flame, the Frost Box… So this is Asgard's treasure vault. I wondered where that massive dark energy was coming from."

With a slight movement of his lips, Lucifer instantly deduced his location.

Transported into the Marvel universe, his abilities required a new body to be reshaped for him.

However, due to insufficient energy, he needed vast dark energy channeled through that glowing orb to achieve it.

Asgard had conveniently provided this energy supply for Lucifer.

[Angel Civilization Creation System Activated~!]

[Angel: Lucifer (King of Angels)]

[Technology: First-Generation Angel Body, Angel Wings]

[First-Generation Angel Body: A limitless potential body akin to a steel frame, capable of withstanding heavy firepower unscathed.]

[Angel Wings: Wings of limitless potential that can be retracted at will, granting the angel the ability to soar through the skies.]

[King of Angels: As the King of Angels, you can create an angelic civilization from nothing, transform existence into nonexistence, and even manipulate rules and settings.]

This explanation meant Lucifer was the creator of all angels!

He could create anything, set any rule, or define any aspect—whether technological, spiritual, or physical.

However, this was not Yggdrasil's banished realm of Heaven, once exiled by Odin.

It might have intricate ties to the angelic civilization of another universe.

The Angel Wings and Angel Body were inherent technologies accompanying him.

The steel-like body was merely standard for the first-generation angels.

Next—

Pat-pat-pat!

With hurried footsteps echoing,

Bang!

The doors of Asgard's treasure vault were flung open.

Odin, accompanied by Thor, Loki, and a group of guards, arrived.

After all, this was Asgard's most crucial treasure vault, and urgency was inevitable.

Step!

A guard stepped forward, weapon in hand.

But Odin swiftly raised his hand to stop him.

Odin gazed at Lucifer and asked slowly, "Who are you? Why are you here?"

Meanwhile, Loki's brow furrowed as he pondered.

I haven't arranged for the Frost Giants to invade yet. What's going on?

Though this person doesn't seem to be one of mine.

Let's observe for now.

Facing Odin's question,

Lucifer placed his right hand on his left elbow, stretched lazily, and countered, "Isn't it you who brought me here?"

"You're that glowing orb?!"

Thor blurted out immediately.

That orb caused me so much trouble. How could I not care?

"You could say that." Lucifer nodded in acknowledgment. "Come to think of it, I should thank you. If you hadn't picked up this orb from the universe, I might still be drifting."

Thor's face stiffened, his mood instantly souring.

Before he could respond, Odin spoke, glancing around and suggesting,

"This doesn't seem like a suitable place for conversation. Perhaps we should move elsewhere."

As he spoke, Odin's gaze repeatedly fell on Lucifer's wings.

With my discernment, I can tell this one is extraordinary.

Taking Odin's words as an invitation,

Lucifer spread his palms in agreement.

Odin nodded, waiting for Lucifer to approach before turning and walking outside, the Eternal Spear in hand.

The guards and Thor hurriedly followed.

Only Loki glanced at Lucifer before trailing after the others.

Boom~

The vault doors closed automatically once more.

Lucifer and Odin walked ahead together.

Thor and Loki followed behind.

Loki nudged Thor with his left hand.

Thor turned, confusion in his eyes.

Loki's gaze was filled with questions, as if asking, What just happened?

Thor shrugged. Who knows if I'll be blamed for this?

As they walked through the corridors,

Odin remarked, gesturing to the expansive view, "It's been a long time since anyone has breached Asgard's defenses."

Hearing this,

Loki's heart skipped a beat.

But he managed to keep his heartbeat steady, lest Odin grow suspicious of his sudden nervousness.

Odin: Why are you tense after I said that?

Walking beside Odin, Lucifer shifted his gaze from the scenery to Odin and asked, "And now?"

Odin met Lucifer's eyes, then continued toward the resting area: "Not now, either."

Before Loki could relax,

Odin added, "But perhaps in the future."

Loki took a deep breath, nearly gasping for air.

Another remark like that, and he might collapse on the spot.

After the veiled exchange,

Odin's beard quivered as they reached a grand doorway.

Beyond the never-closed doors lay an oval banquet table surrounded by luxurious sofas.

The entire space exuded opulence.

Odin and Lucifer stepped inside.

"Come in," Odin said without turning.

He addressed his two sons.

Thor and Loki exchanged glances at the doorway before entering.

Since Odin allowed them to listen, they had no choice but to comply.

As they entered,

the guards stood outside, slowly closing the doors behind them.

Odin and Lucifer took their seats on the sofa.

Thor stood awkwardly behind Odin.

Loki, reading the room, placed a few fruit platters before them.

Though neither would eat, it was a gesture to avoid potential mishaps.

Now,

the real discussion was about to begin.
