Chapter 13 - Part 13 - Detective's Move

Unknown Jihad had disappeared from the hospital that night. Without wasting time, the doctors called Jihad.

Doctor – Hello? Detective Jihad? Sir, the person who looked like you is now gone. This could affect the hospital's reputation. Please, sir, help us.

Jihad – He's gone? Huh. Don't worry — he'll be back soon.

Jihad hung up the call.

Jay – How can you be so sure he'll come back to the hospital?

Jihad – That's easy. He'll come back to us, and we'll send him back to the hospital again.

Jay – (laughs) That's funny, man!

They both went to sleep.

That night, Unknown Jihad came to Jihad's house through the window. Jihad noticed but didn't make a sound. He just wanted to observe what Unknown Jihad was doing. He knew he wouldn't attack again because of his physical condition. Unknown Jihad placed a mini listening device under Jihad's table so he could hear their future plans. After setting it, he disappeared again.

But Jihad, with his detective brain, was already ten steps ahead.

The Next Morning...

Jihad and Jay woke up and started discussing their plan.

Jay – Let's start making the plan. What do you say?

Jihad – Let's wait until afternoon. How about breakfast at a restaurant?

Jay – There's too much food in your fridge.

Jihad – I know. But let's eat something rich. I'm hungry.

They both headed to the restaurant. Jihad took the device with him and told Jay not to say a word during the ride.

At the restaurant, Jihad sat at a table, placed the device underneath it, and instantly walked out.

Jay – I thought we came here for breakfast?

Jihad – There's too much food in my fridge, idiot.

Jay – But I said that first!

Jihad – Actually, I didn't come here for breakfast. Last night, Unknown Jihad came and planted a device under my table. So I brought it here and left it under this table. Now, he'll hear restaurant noise, not our actual plan.

Jay – Ohhh! Jihad! You're a genius, bro. That's why you're Top 1 and Top 2!

Jihad – Don't be too dramatic. Let's go fast. I'm starving.

---

Back at Jihad's house, they had breakfast and began building their strategy.

First, Jay would confront Unknown Jihad to draw him out and make him chase him. Then Jay would lure him to an abandoned house where Jihad would already be waiting with an AK-47 and the Time Travel Remote, now upgraded to a Time Loop Remote.

Jihad, who had studied science, space, and time, used his knowledge to upgrade the device. And this time, he wouldn't use a pistol. Unknown Jihad had previously blocked a pistol bullet with a coin. But an AK? That's a different story.

On the other side, Jay created multiple traps inside the abandoned house. They were ready to dominate, no matter what it took. Jihad also knew that Unknown Jihad wouldn't come unprepared. So, thinking like his enemy, Jihad anticipated many of his possible moves.

Meanwhile, Unknown Jihad was also preparing. Since he looked exactly like Jihad, he visited the headquarters pretending to be him and stole 2-3 guns. He created a magnetic gun designed to pull bullets from enemy weapons and made a custom metal suit to shield himself. But Jihad had already anticipated that too. He built a giant magnet — like the ones used in scrapyards to lift cars — to pull him in and disable his suit.

Both sides were planning on a master level.

Jay – Our plan is to let him think we're losing. But actually, we're winning.

Unknown Jihad (alone) – They must have forgotten Newton's third law. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. They are making me this way... I'll make them worse.

---

Six Hours Later...

Jay – We finally made a perfect plan. Now we just have to find him.

Jihad – We don't need to find him. He'll find us. I'm sure of it.

Jay – Yeah, maybe. Maybe he's also busy planning. (laughs)

Jihad – No matter what plan he makes, he'll lose against us.

Jay – But we can't be 100% sure.

Jihad – We have to be sure.

Jay – Why?

Jihad – Have you ever seen a bad person win? I know you haven't because, at the end of the day, good always wins.

Jay – Yeah, you're right, man. What kind of plan do you think he could make?

Jihad – You can't expect a strong plan from a coward.

Suddenly, Unknown Jihad called Jihad.

Unknown Jihad – Do you really think you won that war?

Jihad – Yes. You once said, "I might be you, but you are not me." You were wrong. I'd never be like you. I don't run from war. And you were right... because you are not me. I'm brave. You are not.

Unknown Jihad – I'm already planning to take you down when you're at your worst.

Jihad – (laughs coldly) How funny. Looks like dolphins are trying to climb trees.

Unknown Jihad hung up the call.

That evening, Jay was training in martial arts while Jihad read books on time loops and space.

Suddenly, Jihad heard distant screams. The house began to shake. Furniture fell. It looked like an earthquake...

But it wasn't.

It was Unknown Jihad.
