Chapter 12 - Important Info About Darksync World

Hunter Era Timeline

2051 – The Great Emergence

The first Abyssal Rift opens in Eurasia, unleashing monstrous entities.

Mass awakenings occur worldwide; humans exposed to Abyssal resonance develop powers later known as Hunter Synchronization.

Governments fail to contain the chaos, and cities fall under repeated Abyssal attacks.

---

2052 – Formation of the Global Hunter Association (GHA)

Within a year of the Awakening, the GHA is created as an international body to regulate awakened humans and fight Abyssal threats.

Initial hunter classification (E to S rank) is implemented.

First large-scale Abyssal Suppression Campaigns begin under GHA oversight.

---

Late 2052 – National Hunter's Associations Established

Following GHA's success, every country establishes its own National Hunter's Association under GHA supervision.

China National Hunter's Association (CNHA) becomes one of the largest due to Rift density near the Eurasian Riftline.

---

2053-2055 – The Rift Wars

Coordinated campaigns are launched to reclaim lost territories from Abyssal infestations.

Hunter ranks stabilize, and S-Rank hunters emerge as frontline legends.

Abyssal incursions decrease but remain constant enough to sustain Hunter demand.

GHA (Global Hunter Association): Oversees international regulations and inter-country coordination.

National Hunter's Associations (e.g., CNHA): Each country's governing hunter body under the GHA umbrella.

Independent Guilds:

Registered under their respective National Hunter's Association.

Operate independently in management but must follow national and GHA laws.

Handle Abyssal suppression contracts, Rift clearing, and emergencies, but answer to national authorities in crises.

Thus:

Guilds like The Epitaph Order, Jade Sky Pavilion, Thunder Fang Alliance, and Crimson Vanguard are independent but officially recognized and must coordinate with CNHA during major Abyssal incidents.

They focus on competition and prestige, not rebellion.

Hunter Rank System Overview

Hunter ranks range from the highest SSS-Rank down to the lowest E-Rank, reflecting a hunter's overall combat prowess, skill, and ability to handle Abyssal threats:

SSS-Rank — The pinnacle of hunter power. Extremely rare and overwhelmingly powerful hunters capable of facing the most catastrophic Abyssal invasions.

SS-Rank — Elite hunters who handle high-risk missions and lead major operations.

S-Rank — Skilled hunters trusted with important combat and reconnaissance roles.

A-Rank to E-Rank — Lower tiers representing progressively less combat power and experience.

Currently, China has no SSS-Rank hunters.

International SSS-Rank Hunter Distribution:

United States: 3 SSS-Rank Hunters (Most powerful worldwide)

United Kingdom: 2 SSS-Rank Hunters

South Korea: 2 SSS-Rank Hunters

Japan: 1 SSS-Rank Hunter
