Ars then added.

Ars looked around and decided to give an example.

"Not just scars, I can change everything about someone's appearance, and increase people's potential, among other things."
Koral now understood what Elia meant in the past, so she questioned Ars.
"But you probably would need us to do something, in exchange for your help in changing something about ourselves."
Ars nodded, before explaining.
"I can create injections that can increase your potential, and as long as you work for me sooner or later you will get access to them. But to enter my ability in itself, anyone will need to sign a contract where you get forced to keep the confidentiality of my abilities, and I know all of you are loyal and wouldn't talk about my abilities lightly, but I decided on this rule for everyone who goes in."
She nodded, she saw no problem with it, and neither did the others.
Then Ars looked at Dawn and Solana, clarifying.
"Yes, one of the reasons your sister likes to wear a mask has to do with the fact that I would prefer if none of my people, especially females, would show their faces to world government members. It would be fine if they don't wear masks in our kingdom for now, but would need to use it, if any of those monsters would come here or if they were to accompany me on a sea trip. Because some of the members of the world government are well known for kidnapping women and forcing them to marry some inhuman existences, or capture them as slaves to use when they please. And the other reason is personal preference."
Everyone was shocked by the information. The females were especially terrified by that idea.
They all finally understood how evil and twisted the world government really was.
Solana thought about it and inquired a bit more information.
"Don't people defend themselves against the kidnappings? "
Ars smiled with a sad expression and replied.
"Because if they do and are not strong enough, an admiral would come and kill them, probably their entire families, and in some extreme cases the entire kingdom or city they are from. Not to mention they always have guards with them that won't hesitate to kill anyone who dares to offend those bubbleheaded monsters. "
Every single person here was now convinced that the world government was at least as bad as pirates, with a few people considering them the worst.
Rook looked at Ars and said.
"From the perspective of someone capable of defending themselves from most pirates in the area, the world government is undoubtedly the worst. They could defend themselves against the pirates but can't do anything versus the world government."
Ars looked back at him and explained.
"Not exactly… If you're strong enough, even the word government will think twice before picking a fight, but sadly I don't think that any force is currently strong enough to do that. Maybe if the 4 emperors would join forces, they would have a chance, there is also the giant race, if they grouped with a few others they also might stand a chance to force the world government back, but if it reached a point of all out war i think the word government would still win. Ars then looked at Rook and Fierzy who were now clenching their fists.

All of this information ignited a strong thirst for power, especially for Fierzy and Rook, they were soldiers, they needed to be strong enough to protect their loved ones. They both decided to ramp up their training from now on.

"You should start thinking about where to build a library. We will need one in the future. We can also expand the medical facilities, the daycare and create a school, where in the first years they teach basic stuff, like math and writing, and later, more profound knowledge in specific areas, for example how to build things properly or how to bandage someone's injuries, and etc."
Olivia's eyes shone with delight, impressed and commented.

Nene nodded and replied.

After that everyone went to their respective jobs, and Ars went to check on Elia, after confirming everything was normal, he went to study the martial arts manuals a little bit more trying to increase his understanding of them, so he could create a martial art that fitted him or improve the ones he had.
The next day, the first thing Ars did when he woke up was to check on Elia. It was still missing 30 minutes before the conclusion of the procedure. So he went to get Olivia to prepare her to improve her potential next, he also called for Tom so he could change his appearance straight away.
When Tom arrived he instantly teleported, and since Elia was still a few minutes away from completing her transformation, Ars made and delivered the contract to Tom straight away.
Tom, seeing it was just a confidentiality type contract, signed it off, and then Ars asked Tom how he would like to change his appearance. Tom chose to change the color of his skin to a darker red, and nothing else, And while Ars would have preferred a bit more changes, this was good enough, so Tom entered the machine.
A few minutes later Elia got out of the machine, looking at herself like she was amazed. Ars smiled and asked.
"How do you feel?"
She looked at him elated and described her current feeling and condition.
"I feel amazing, I feel that my body is stronger by quite a bit and my mind is sharper… I can't even begin to describe it completely."
Ars nodded and commented.
"I know what you are feeling, and I felt it before. You are not just feeling stronger. Every single thing about you is stronger, your genes got improved with you, so did your potential, and finally the things you said like strength and sharper minds are also true, it also increased the rate of you getting stronger and of absorbing knowledge."
Ars then looked at Olivia and said.
"You will feel the same, and have the same perks."
Olivia nodded and before entering the tube hugged Elia and kissed her forehead and said warmly.
"Regardless of what you went through in the past, you will always be loved here, and you can call me sister!"
Ars laughed at the confused face Elia was showing, but after Olivia was inside the tank, Ars explained Olivia's actions, and what she had been doing to her sisters these last 2 days.
Elia felt moved and warm inside, she smiled warmly at the tank before muttering in the same direction.
"I will also love you forever… From the bottom of my heart, thank you sister Olivia."
Ars smiled happily, seeing his 2 wives getting along.
After a few minutes Tom came out, and saw Elia resting on Ars lap with her face uncovered, he couldn't help but comment with a smile and a laugh.
"Aren't you a huge beauty, you need to show your face more."
Elia blushed furiously, and went to get her mask, Ars laughed and took Tom out of the laboratory, before coming back and asking Elia to help him test if he could change his own appearance.
She nodded and Ars started working on it. Elia wanted to ask so sit on his lap while he worked like Olivia did before but didn't want to distract him so she just stood there looking at his lap hopefully. Ars noticed it, smiled and pulled her into his lap, before kissing her, much to her delight.
After that he kept working on his appearance on the computer, when he was done he explained to Elia what she needed to do, and she agreed. He entered the second tube successfully and Elia activated the machine successfully.
Around half an hour later he came out with an improved body look. Before he was not exactly super attractive. He was just average but now he was a bit more attractive, he decided to improve his appearance slowly, starting this time with the body that normally was hidden by clothes.
When Ars came out, Elia was like the first time she came out of this very same tank, she directly jumped in Ars arms, and they had to leave the laboratory directly for the room.
