According to Nostradamus' prophecy, the end of humanity will occur in July.

A new devil appears: The Sense Devil.
He calls himself Indri.
He embodies the fear of overwhelming emotion, unbearable perception, and the collapse of mental balance—the kind of fear that breaks a person not with violence, but with feeling.
Indri finds a dying 14-year-old boy named Ayusmana, a factory worker thrown into a meat shredder by his coworkers.
The boy was still conscious for a few seconds before death.
In those seconds, Indri made a contract.
Not to save him.
To use his body.
Now, Indri walks in Ayusmana's body.
The human soul is still inside—but paralyzed, voiceless, powerless.
Indri is in full control.
To everyone else, he appears as a "devil-possessed boy."
But the truth is: there's nothing human left in charge.
Indri made a deal with the Japanese government:
"I will delay the prophecy. From 1999 to 2001.
In exchange, I want to live in Japan, attend school, and be left alone."
Public Safety agreed.
They've assigned Reze—a reprogrammed Weapon Hybrid—to act as his personal bodyguard, disguised as a fellow student.
Indri is now attending the same school as Denji and Nayuta.
He claims he can:
Resurrect devils
Recreate devils
And delay the apocalypse
Nobody knows what his end goal is.
Nobody knows if the prophecy will really be stopped.
All they know is:
A devil now lives in a child's body.
He has delayed the end of humanity.
And he is waiting.
