in the library, right after Seed saw Amaya bowing her head, apologizing to him.
Seed tried to think of words to sound as polite as possible, to her and everyone else in the military school, Seed is there superior, so he must sound wise.
Seed opened his mouth "There is no need for formality, I am a student here just like you, Please raise your head."
"I hope that works." Seed thought
Amaya raised her head, locking her gaze on Seed's eyes, waiting for him to say something
Seed sighed " look I'm not good with this type of situation, and it's been a hard day on me."
Feeling the awkwardness, Amaya said " oh, ok then, can I help by any chance."
Seed thought about the offer, and then he said the next words.
"Actually, there is. I am looking through all the aisles about topics for vampires and werewolves and stuff about necromancy that if I can find "
"Oh, so you're looking for the fantasy stuff." Amaya replied
then Seed said "yeah, I'm not really that good with books and topics and where to look first, but yeah, it's probably fantasy."
Amaya looked at what Seed was holding and, in the name of the aisles that they were in, then asked him a deadly question.
"If you're looking for fantasy, then why are you holding a romance book in the romance aisle? You're looking at a really different topic, you know."
"Book. What book?" Seed thought, then looked at his hands, and saw that he was holding a book named "Love Is My Last Wish."
He must have panicked when Amaya approached him and so that's why he held the book
"crap, what should I do? Now I look really bad." Seed was thinking.
"So if you really want my help, first thing we must do is you put that book down, and we look for the fantasy aisle. " Amaya said in enthusiasm
"crap, isn't fantasy where Jay is at? " Seed remembered.
"Oh, okay, let's head for the fantasy aisle. " Seed said calmly.
As they were leaving the fantasy aisle, Amaya asked Seed another question.
"So if you're not good with people apologizing to you and you're not good with books and clearly you're not good with direction, then what are you good at "
Seed looked at her, tried to think of words, stuttering, then
"don't worry about it. I'm just joking with you. You should have seen the look on your face." Amaya said jokingly,
"what is up with everybody having that sense of humor?" Seed thought
now they were in front of the aisle, and the sign said "Fantasy".
"Finally, we found it! " Amaya said. "Let's head inside and look for what you desire."
"You said vampires, werewolves, and a bunch of other stuff, necromancy, is it?" She asked,
"yeah, I just newly learned about them and I just want to learn more. " Seed said, hoping the lie would kick in.
"Okay, fine, I'll buy it, although I know there is not a human on this earth that hasn't known anything about vampires or supernatural. " Amaya said
looking through the long aisle that was full of books, Seed could see Jay.
"Hey, is that the Top two student? your friend." Amaya asked
"yeah, what's up with him?" Seed asked.
" Hmmm noting much. Let's go say hi." Amaya said as she was heading her way to Jay.
Seed felt reluctant to follow, because of the awkwardness that he will feel as soon as Jay sees Him, but it's like Seed has any other choice. She was clearly heading towards Jay's way.
"Okay, here we go. Ready yourself why does this feel harder than fighting the shadow intermediate night Creature " Seed said in his mind
Jay was starstrucked from all of the books around him. Hugging a lot of books And laughing internally, because he was in a library and he must respect that.
"Night saga, Killing memento, the Hollow Mountains , so many fantasies" To Jay, fantasy books were like drugs, so he said all of that in happiness.
But Jay noticed someone from the hallway jumping waving at him, opening his mouth but no words coming out. He realized that that was Seed,
Seed tried to call for help in silence, because he didn't know what to do. Luckily for him, Amaya was in front of him. so, she didn't see him.
Jay saw that there was a girl that had the mutant weapon fighting against the dummy, Jay didn't see the fight because he was in the infirmary, but a lot of people talked about her, and she was walking towards him. He didn't understand anything, but he only just waited in his place.
"Hello, are you James? The top two students of the school" Amaya introduced herself. "I'm Amaya Miriam, a 3 star student "
"Oh hey, pleasure to meet you, Amaya. I'm James Parker, a 5 star student." Jay said in a welcoming tone.
"I know by now. Everybody in the school knows by now. Your formidable feats against the dummy, you're quite famous, you know in the school, I mean. " Amaya stated
"I see you guys got together fast. " Seed said
"hey Seed, have you met Amaya? "James asked.
" Actually, yeah, I have. We are looking together for topics about vampires and werewolves and, by any chance, necromancy." Seed said
"oh wow, then why didn't you come with me when I told you I was going to the fantasy aisle? " Jay asked,
"well, about that," Seed said, but he was interrupted by Amaya's voice.
"He does not know what fantasy means. " Amaya said,
Jay couldn't hold it inside him. He broke into involuntary laughter.
"You really don't know what fantasy means? You're looking for vampires and werewolves, and You don't know the topic? "Jay said Giggling .
"Well, yeah, don't giggle about it. Don't be a girl. " Seed said angrily.
"Sorry, man, I just thought the people living under a rock like you were extinct. " Jay continued. "Oh well, anyways, here's some recommendations if you want to learn more about them."
Then Jay started to hand Seed a bunch of books, one by one, with different topics. He had a mountain of books. After Jay was done, he took all the books and then went to borrow them.
As soon as he reached the counter, the lady behind looked at Seed and told him, " Oh my! That's a lot of books for you to read, kid. You can only borrow three books at a time. The three books would cost you ten credits a week."
"What?" Seed said
"it's fine, Seed." Jay said as he took from the pile that Seed was holding three books and then gave his watch to library head master so he can pay the credits
"here, Seed, here's the book. Oh, and take this. Shh! Don't tell anybody." Jay said as he handed to Seed the three books and the key that had the number 505.
"Thank you for the books. I would repay you for it later, but what are the keys for?" Seed asked,
Jay showed the key from his pocket that had the same number." We're going to be roommates," Jay said.
"And don't worry about paying for the books. I'm gonna read it with you. " Jay said,
"oh, I'm sorry guys, it's almost curfew time. I must leave." Amaya said
as the three students left the library, they said their goodbyes to Amaya and then headed to their room.
Jay opened his room of the key and went in. Soon Seed followed
the room had three beds, three closets, and an air conditioner. It housed a TV inside as well.
"well, Roommate, I'm gonna head to sleep, and I'm gonna leave you to the books for now," Jay said as he lay down on the bed, closed his eyes, and started to snore.
"Well, he was fast asleep." Seed thought
"OK, now let's see what these books are talking about."
Sitting down on his bed, opening the lamp light that was beside him, and opening a book named "Vampiric History"
The book content it's about how vampires are weakened by the sun and their diet. and how that There are different types of vampires, like ghouls and succubus.
After he was done reading the book a system message pop-up.

He looked at his watch and saw that the time was late. He put the other two books in his closet and went to sleep. As he was sleeping, his mind started to stretch, transporting him in the same dark hallway, back to the nightmare.
"You're back. Good. I don't have enough time. I'm gonna leave you with the other ancestors to teach you their ways. " Leo said,
"this again?" Seed said as his body was shivering.
