The writing is old-fashioned and it was written in human blood, perhaps the author's blood. James starts to read " Day 1: I don't know what kind of place this is, but I'm alone here. Day 3: I'm not alone here. Demons are with me, but it seems that I'm safe in the temple. Day 10: I should be thirsty and hungry, but I don't feel anything. It seems like the laws are different here. I know it's going to come, it wants to tear me apart. I have to get away before it's too late. Day 300: I tried to escape, but then I discovered the labyrinth. I wanted to make it out, so I set off, the walls were made of flesh. Day 400: Every time I'm close to the end, the labyrinth gets bigger, it seems endless. James leaves the room and notices a staircase at the end of the temple. A few steps further he reaches the stairs. They go down, it looks like they lead to nowhere. James gathers all his courage and goes.
