A monstrous wave of fire, mixed with scorching oil and a hurricane-force wind, crashed directly into Obito's face.
From below, the Konoha ninja watched in a daze. It was as if someone had scooped a basin of lava from a volcano and used it to wash the Susanoo's face!
That's right! A face wash!
Jiraiya had been waiting for the right moment. When he struck, it was with world-shaking force. This was his most destructive and wide-ranging ninjutsu, requiring a massive amount of chakra and a long preparation time.

It was hard to say just how immense the natural energy within his body was, but if he wished, he could easily absorb all the natural energy within a thousand-kilometer radius. Perhaps even more. That's what he had done when he visited Mount Myoboku.
"Did it work?"
"As expected of Lord Jiraiya! A single strike is a fatal blow. Even a Susanoo can't survive a direct hit from a jutsu like that, right?" an Anbu squad leader asked, his voice filled with both hope and apprehension.
No one had ever witnessed the true power of a Susanoo, so whether it could be shattered by a direct attack was a serious question. Lord Kusuo's power was immeasurable; his sword slashes couldn't be used as a standard.
"Hahahaha, how naive and foolish. A petty trick like that is not enough to stop me!"
However, a wild laugh echoed from the sky.
As the flames of Goemon dissipated, Obito's light blue Susanoo reappeared in everyone's sight, completely unscathed!
"How is that possible?"
"Completely unharmed? Is this a joke?"
"Damn it! Why is the power gap so huge?"
The Konoha ninja gritted their teeth in frustration. The jonin responsible for maintaining the Six Purple Yang Formation were especially tense and aggrieved.

Obito's expression finally turned grim. The face hidden beneath his mask darkened to the point where it looked like it could drip water. His gaze swept over the people below, filled with irritation.
His original plan was to infiltrate secretly, find Naruto, and take him away. Or, find his target, use Kamui's element of surprise to pull them into the Kamui dimension, and then interrogate them at his leisure.
Unfortunately, he ran into Hatake Kusuo right from the start.
His senses were so sharp, it wasn't normal!
