Chapter 193 - Kurenai's Gift

Kitazawa returned home. Of course, it was Kurenai's home. He hadn't been back to his own house for a while.

But to his surprise, Kurenai wasn't there. Kitazawa couldn't help but feel strange.

Kurenai hadn't been going out on missions lately; she had been studying Sealing Technique at home.

"Did she go out to eat?" Kitazawa didn't dwell on it when he couldn't figure it out.

He took out the gift boxes from Naruto and Sasuke and placed them on the coffee table. Sitting on the sofa, he casually picked up a cube-shaped gift box.

He glanced at the name written on it—Ino.

After opening the gift box, Kitazawa found a black kimono. He touched it; the fabric felt very nice.

Standing up, he held the black kimono against his body and found that it fit perfectly. Kitazawa let out a soft sound.

How did Ino know his body measurements?

Suddenly, he thought of the Byakugan. If Hinata used her Byakugan, she could indeed know his body data without him noticing. Plus, they occasionally had sparring matches, which provided even more opportunities.

"The Byakugan is really convenient." Kitazawa shook his head and picked up the second gift box.

This was a gift from Sasuke—very light, almost weightless. Opening it, he found a ninjutsu scroll.

He raised an eyebrow, a sense of anticipation stirring in his heart. Was it Fire Release?

However, he had already received quite a few Fire Release techniques from Uchiha Sasuke, including B-Rank Fire Release ninjutsu.

As for A-Rank Fire Release ninjutsu, they weren't mentioned in the original work. Even Uchiha Madara mostly used B-Rank Fire Release, such as Fire Release: Great Fire Annihilation and Fire Release: Dragon Flame Release Song.

Although these were classified as B-Rank, in his hands, they could unleash terrifying, world-destroying power.

It was still the same saying: the rank of a ninjutsu does not equal its power—it only represents the difficulty of learning it. Of course, generally, the harder it is to learn, the greater its power.

Kitazawa opened the scroll. After scanning it, he found that it wasn't Fire Release but an A-Rank Wind Release ninjutsu—Wind Release: Wind Blade.

Its effect was to emit a blade-like gust of wind from the fingertips, moving so fast that ordinary ninja couldn't dodge it.

In the original work, Sunagakure Jonin Maki used Wind Release: Wind Blade to instantly kill Konoha Special Jonin Gekkō Hayate. If a Special Jonin could be killed in an instant, let alone a Chunin or Genin.

Undoubtedly, the Uchiha Clan had shown great sincerity. After all, A-Rank ninjutsu were few and far between, extremely precious. And Wind Release: Wind Blade was also Kitazawa's first A-Rank Wind Release technique.

Just then, the sound of a door opening echoed. Kitazawa looked up and saw Kurenai walking into the house barefoot.

"Huh?" Kurenai met his gaze and asked in surprise, "Why are you home?"

"I wanted to ask you—why weren't you home?" Kitazawa shook the ninjutsu scroll in his hand and said, "I'm opening the birthday gifts my students gave me."

"A-Rank Wind Release ninjutsu?" Kurenai casually took the scroll, glanced at it, and immediately asked in surprise, "Who is so generous?"

"Sasuke gave it to me," Kitazawa said with a smile.

"As expected of the Uchiha." Kurenai couldn't help but exclaim, "An A-Rank ninjutsu, worth a fortune, just given away so casually."

Even a Jonin couldn't master many A-Rank techniques, let alone give them as gifts.

"What did you do?" Kurenai asked curiously.

"Nothing." Kitazawa blinked and said, "I just fulfilled my duty as a teacher."

"Do you think I'll believe that?" Kurenai rolled her beautiful eyes.

"The Uchiha Clan wants to get closer to Lady Tsunade." Kitazawa paused, then added, "But it's also true that I taught well."

An A-Rank Wind Release scroll, compared to Uchiha Sasuke—who awakened his Two-Tomoe Sharingan at seven years old—was simply not worth mentioning.

"So that's it." Kurenai sat down next to him and asked, "Do you mind if I help you open the gift boxes?"

"Of course not." Kitazawa reached out and pulled her into his arms.

"You're holding me like this, I can't reach the gift boxes." Kurenai looked at the coffee table not far away and said.

"Is such a short distance going to stump you?" Kitazawa asked with a smile.

"You're always being mischievous!" Kurenai snorted lightly and simply lifted her leg.

She used her round, flexible toes to grip the gift box and tossed it over.

"That's really impressive." Kitazawa's gaze fell on her beautiful feet as he praised.

"This is Yakumo's gift box." Kurenai leaned against him and opened the box.

"Is it a painting?" Kitazawa looked at the scroll inside and asked, unsure.

"It should be a painting." Kurenai unrolled the scroll—and was immediately stunned.

The painting depicted her and Kitazawa, nestled together, looking infinitely beautiful under the bright sunlight.

"Yakumo has a good heart. It's a very nice painting." A smile appeared on Kurenai's face. Clearly, she was very pleased.

"This is an ordinary painting." Kitazawa held the scroll and said, "There's no chakra inside, so don't worry about us popping out."

If Yakumo Kurama had used Genjutsu Creation in conjunction with this painting, they could practically bring it out on the spot.

"Mm." Kurenai nodded.

"If you like it, I'll give it to you." Seeing her reluctance to part with it, Kitazawa said with a smile.

"This is Yakumo's birthday gift to you. Is it appropriate for you to give it to me?" Kurenai shook her head and asked.

"Why wouldn't it be appropriate?" Kitazawa held her tighter, lowered his head, and inhaled at her fair neck. "What's mine is yours."

Kurenai felt his warm breath, and her body involuntarily trembled. Upon hearing the latter half of his words, she was suddenly both amused and touched.

"Then I'll keep it for you for now." Kurenai hesitated for two seconds before speaking.

"Mm." Kitazawa sniffed the faint fragrance on her, responding with a sound.

"You're taking advantage of me again." Kurenai's eyes darted, and she saw Kitazawa kiss her on the shoulder.

"Given our current relationship, is this called taking advantage?" Kitazawa asked seriously.

"Forget it, I can't argue with you." Kurenai suddenly sat up straight and said, "Come into my arms."

"Kurenai, you're so good." Kitazawa's eyes lit up, and he unceremoniously buried his face in her arms.

The next second, he felt the soft touch and subtle elasticity on his face. Too bad there were clothes in the way.

Kurenai's face was slightly red, but she didn't push him away. Although her original intention was just to hug him, she hadn't expected Kitazawa to be so excessive.

Fortunately, he didn't go further like he did at night, directly regressing twenty-one years.

Kurenai stroked his head and continued to open the gift boxes.

"Whose is it?" Kitazawa's vision was completely white now; he couldn't see the gift boxes.

"It's Naruto's." Kurenai endured the tickling sensation in her chest and said, "He sent limited edition instant ramen."

"That's certainly his style." Kitazawa couldn't help but smile.

Although it was instant ramen, the limited edition instant ramen wasn't cheap. Plus, it was Naruto's favorite, so he really went all out.

Half an hour later, Kurenai had opened all the gift boxes. Aside from Hinata's ninja sword, most of the gifts were more about sentiment than value.

But that was normal; they were all just children and couldn't afford overly precious gifts.

"Speaking of which, where's your birthday gift?" Kitazawa reluctantly left her warm embrace.

"I'll give it to you tonight." Kurenai tugged at her collar, her face flushed, and said, "And you already collected half an hour of interest in advance."

"Interest?" Kitazawa paused, then realized. He blinked, cupped her face with both hands, and then kissed her.

After kissing for a while, he said with a smile, "This is the interest."

"It's your birthday today, so I'll allow you to be unruly this once." Kurenai rolled her eyes at him and said, "I'm going to organize the things I need to take tomorrow, and I'll pack for you too."

"Thank you." Kitazawa released her and said, "You'll definitely be a good wife and loving mother in the future."

"Of course." Kurenai stood up with a smile, her bare feet on the carpet, and said, "You're lucky to marry me."

Her personality was straightforward; once she recognized Kitazawa, she spoke about marriage very openly and generously.

Kurenai turned and went to Kitazawa's room. They were going out for a week or two, so they needed to prepare a lot of things.

Kitazawa was rarely free. After a little thought, he decided to practice the Sealing Technique.

Kitazawa currently has two missions related to learning Ninjutsu. One was to learn four Water Release Ninjutsu within the third semester. The other was to learn three Sealing Techniques during the winter break.

From the current situation, the latter's time was more pressing, as there were only three weeks left. As for the former, he had almost mastered three Water Release Ninjutsu, with only one left.

Kitazawa took out the Sealing Technique scroll that Lady Tsunade had given him. It contained three basic Sealing Techniques. He glanced at them, intending to learn the Finger Carving Seal first, as it seemed the simplest.

The Finger Engraving Seal's effect was to engrave characters. In the original work, Jiraiya used it. After his death match with Pain, he used his fingers to leave words on Fukasaku's back.

In summary, it served to transmit information. Of course, besides being able to engrave on living skin, it could also be engraved on iron plates, stones, and other surfaces.

Kitazawa took out a blank scroll. Before learning the Sealing Technique, one must first learn how to draw the seals or curses.

Time slowly passed.

The rhythmic sound of high-heeled sandals echoed. Kitazawa looked up and saw Tsunade, looking displeased, and Shizune, with a helpless expression.

He didn't even need to think to guess the reason; she must have lost money at the casino again. Besides them, Rina Uzumaki and Karin, mother and daughter, were also there.

"No money for a gift, so here's this for you." Tsunade walked up to him and directly tossed him a scroll.

"Lady Tsunade is really… straightforward." Kitazawa couldn't help but laugh.

"Do you have a problem with that?" Tsunade sat opposite him, crossing her legs, and asked in a threatening tone.

"Of course not." Kitazawa glanced at her fair, tender soles, then opened the scroll and found it was a Taijutsu called Disorderly Dance Technique. More precisely, it was a combination of Taijutsu and Medical Ninjutsu.

Its effect was to interfere with the target's brain using Chakra, causing their motor nerves to become disoriented. For example, if you wanted to raise your hand, you would end up raising your foot; if you wanted to make a fist, you would end up kicking.

It was a very practical Taijutsu, and typically, only Medical Ninja could learn it. After all, it involved the brain and nerves, requiring a thorough understanding of the human body and extremely high Chakra control.

"Thank you, Lady Tsunade." Kitazawa put away the Disorderly Dance Technique and said.

"It's nothing." Tsunade yawned and said, "I was going to teach it to you sooner or later anyway."

"Kitazawa." Shizune put down Tonton, took out a gift box, and said, "This is my birthday present for you."

"Thank you, Senior Shizune." Kitazawa opened the gift box.

It was the type of weapon Shizune commonly used, strapped to the arm, capable of firing poison needles or senbon. It was quite useful for surprise attacks or self-defense.

However, Kitazawa had no use for it; he planned to give it to Kurenai.

"Kitazawa, come help." Kurenai poked her head out from the kitchen doorway and said.

"I'll go." Shizune said with a smile, "It's your birthday today; how can we let you work?"

"It's not proper hospitality to make guests help." Kitazawa shook his head and walked towards the kitchen.

Shizune hesitated for a moment and didn't follow him.

She and Tsunade lived next door, so they naturally easily noticed the romantic relationship between Kitazawa and Kurenai.

There was no need to go and be a third wheel at this point.

Half an hour later, everyone sat around the dining table and began their dinner for the evening.

Halfway through the meal, Tsunade was already swaying drunkenly, and eventually, Shizune took her home.

Not long after, Rina Uzumaki and Karin also finished eating and voluntarily said their goodbyes.

"I'll do the dishes." Kurenai stood up and said calmly, "You go run a hot bath in the bathroom; we'll bathe together later."

She was already used to bathing together, so she seemed unfazed.

"I'll wait for you," Kitazawa said obediently.

He was more curious about what birthday present Kurenai would give him. It probably wasn't their usual nightly routine.

Kitazawa went to the bathroom, and after waiting a few minutes, he turned on the hot water. The hot water quickly filled the bathtub, and steam rose from it.

Kitazawa stroked his chin. He always felt like something was missing in the bathroom.

Oh, the glass. Leaving marks on the glass amidst the steam was also a wonderful thing.

Kitazawa sat in the bathtub, quietly waiting.

Soon, the door opened.

Kurenai walked in.

Kitazawa subconsciously glanced at her, and his eyes lit up. Kurenai had changed into a swimsuit.

Her flawless, jade-like legs were straight, and her bare feet stood on the floor. At her waist, two straps secured the crucial areas.

Moving up from her flat stomach, there were fat cushions also supported by two straps.

"Why are you wearing a swimsuit?" Kitazawa asked, puzzled.

Although Kurenai's swimsuit was very sexy, wearing a swimsuit in the bathroom seemed very strange.

"Naturally, it's for you to see." Kurenai walked up to him and said, "I bought a lot of clothes today; I'll change into them for you to see later."

"Is this your gift?" Kitazawa understood.

How to put it? A beautiful woman like Kurenai putting on a fashion show for him would certainly be excellent.

And judging by the sexiness of the swimsuit, the other clothes probably wouldn't be bad either; they would all make him hot-blooded.

"Mm." Kurenai paused, then smiled mysteriously and said, "But this is just the first gift."

"There are more gifts?" Kitazawa was a little surprised and subconsciously asked, "What is it?"

"You'll know soon." Kurenai walked into the bathroom and said, "I'll bathe you first."

"Thank you." Kitazawa turned around as usual.

Kurenai reached out and gently stroked his back, a hint of infatuation on her face. A moment later, she gently tugged, and the swimsuit fell into the water.

Kurenai squeezed out shower gel, rubbed her hands together, and covered Kitazawa's back with a layer of foam.

Just then, she stopped using her hands and leaned forward, pressing against him.

Kitazawa's pupils involuntarily constricted. He felt the unique sensation of something smooth rolling across his back, and he only felt his whole body relax—just kidding.

It was uncomfortable. But Kurenai was working so diligently that he didn't want to interrupt her.

Time slowly passed.

"Turn around." Kurenai let out a breath and said.

But as soon as Kitazawa turned around, her face instantly flushed.

"You can't blame me." Kitazawa looked at the foam on Kurenai's body, blinked, and said very innocently.

"Mm." Kurenai didn't say anything; she just leaned forward and continued to scrub him.

A moment later, she bent down.

Kitazawa's calm expression suddenly froze. He subconsciously looked at Kurenai.

Her black hair floated on the water, and with the water and light mixed together, he couldn't see clearly. But he could vaguely see her puffed-up cheeks.

Kitazawa didn't expect Kurenai to go to such lengths. He relaxed and leaned his body against the bathtub.

Bubbles continuously rose from the water's surface.

Only one out of three connections remained. But Kitazawa was a gentleman and wouldn't pull strings, which is commonly known as going through the back door.

He didn't know how much time had passed.

Kurenai straightened up, her black hair clinging to her fair, tender skin, and combined with her just-bathed appearance, she was truly as beautiful as a painting.

But Kitazawa's gaze fell on her bobbing throat.

"You—you don't have to—" Kitazawa had just opened his mouth when Kurenai's index finger pressed against his lips.

"This is my birthday present for you." Kurenai stuck out her tongue, licked her lips, and said with a smile.

"Thank you." Kitazawa reached out and hugged her soft, voluptuous body.

"Give me two minutes." Kurenai said with a smile, "And I'll give you two minutes to rest."

"Do I need to rest?" Kitazawa raised an eyebrow and asked.

Kurenai's face flushed even more at his words. She did know Kitazawa's strength.

Kurenai stood up and went to the adjacent restroom. After brushing her teeth, she returned to the bathroom.

"We—we're going back to the room." Kurenai sat in his lap, wrapped her arms around his neck, and said.

Kitazawa paused for two seconds, then stood up and walked towards the room. After walking for more than ten minutes, the two finally returned to the room.

Kitazawa saw the clothes Kurenai had prepared on the bed. Maid outfits, cheongsams, kimonos, and various clothes with minimal fabric.

Kitazawa took a deep breath, glanced at Kurenai hanging on him, and thought to himself, 'Another night of passion.'

---

A new day.

The second week of winter break officially began.

Kitazawa woke up from his sleep. He yawned and looked at the clock on the wall; it was already past eight.

Kitazawa looked at the sleeping Kurenai, whose face was full of fatigue, and couldn't help but shake his head.

She had, after all, paid a heavy price for her stubbornness. However, that special experience last night was quite interesting.
