Malekith was hurled toward some rocks in the distance, creating a huge explosion. Thor protected Jane from the shockwave, and Goku remained suspended in the air.

The sky became a boiling sea, the ground liquefied into tentacles of dark matter, and sounds were inverted. For an instant, the logic of the universe was supplanted by a chaotic collage of possibilities: visions of consumed worlds, cries of extinct civilizations, and the very primal darkness that Malekith craved, all manifesting at once.
Instinctively, the Aether attacked the cause of its release. Tendrils of red and black energy shot toward Goku Black, not to hurt him in a conventional way, but to rewrite him.
It attempted to turn his Saiyan body to stone, but Goku Black's energy, a ki corrupted by hatred but fundamentally stable with the power of its own reality energy, actively resisted the alteration, creating a great clash of energy and a war of concepts: the will of a god against the very nature of reality.
