The next morning was a really busy and exotic hour of my working days ,I had been receiving several calls from client all over the world nonstop,and I had also just finished attending the meeting among the staffs. I decided to take a break ,before the cause of my death will be termed "Exhaustion",and besides i dont plan on going to heaven soon ,I still have to tour around the world ,have lots of money ,beautiful family ,in short i haven't accomplished half of my dreams .
The boss wasn't around is been long since I saw him,probably over a week.The last time I saw him was the day we both went for the client meet-up ,which I went in place of his personal assistant.He didn't even bother to mail me about his absence ,the way he treats me ,makes me feel like I was only view as a thrash to him.
Plus, our last meeting didn't end up on a good note ,we departed in an akward state ,he just dropped me to the company's entrance and he drove off to wherever he was going to that day .I even messaged him so many times about the product launch and also the number of visitors ,that had left feeling dejected for not meeting him.
"Dum,"Dum".My phone buzzed .
Stretching out my right hand ,I picked my phone that was on the desk edge .unlocking my phone ,I scrolled through my messages to check out the message.Reading through the message it was none other than Blake,my almost to be ex-boss".
Hey beautiful treasure ,I read .I hope I am not disturbing your precious time…I just thought about checking on you since you haven't been picking my calls and replying half of my messages,he texted which I sensed an hint of sadness in his tone .
It nothing like that …i quickly typed ,I have just been really busy ,I hope you are not angry and how have you been ..?I texted back ,showing concern.
Tell me.. have I done something to offend you ,…he beckoned",even if I had done something bad you should have told me or asked about it and then I would have tried explaining,he typed adding a crying emoji.
I am really sorry for making you feel like this ,but sincerely I have been busy ,bear with me ,I added with a pleading emoji ,since he liked making me feel bad with the emojis he usually send .

Thank you for your sincere concern ,but I already got a job that pays well enough and here ,I am really enjoying.I think I already told you that ,I typed with a smirk on my face ,knowing fully well where he was driving the conversation at .
Blake was officially introduced to me by Hollis .I met him on Laura's surprised birthday party that was initiated by Hollis .The birthday was one of the sweetest party I ever attended ,it was attended by the creams of the society .Hollis was well known and had lots of connections with the higher society.
On the day of the party at exactly evening I was standing by the pool side as I motionless sipped the drink that was in my hand .looking all around ,I met with a pair of brown eyes across the pool .The person was standing not so far from where I stood ,which I knew he had been looking at me for quite some time I wasn't even aware ,becaused of his unsurprised expression when our eyes locked .suddenly he waved at me sweetly ,making me blushed as I also waved back .
He mouthed something I couldn't grasped as I shooked my head to let him know I didn't understand what he was trying to pass .I don't understand I signed language him" but I was surprised as I couldn't see him anymore ,I mean he was at my front .

Jewel cosmos ,I introduced.what a lovely name, he complimented .several hours passed by and I couldn't deny ,it felt like my heart was tied with his ,as we kept on chatting ignoring time and the others.

After Laura's birthday I met him again ,he proposed a date which I honored him in appearing not ghosting him .we talked again about lot of things ,some of which I mentioned my job hunt ,which made him proposed the job offer to me .Truly he was fun and a lot more but I didn't want to work with him ,I wanted a stress free relationship where I don't have to worry about office romance and just be myself .
Thinking about it,I think is one of the reason, I am suffering from my psycho boss ,if I had known I would have just accepted his kind offer.Blake spirit has been really dealing with me, by teaching me a bitter lesson .
