Chapter 134 - Chapter 135: Ancestor, Save Me!

Chapter 135: Ancestor, Save Me!

The Palace Master of the Solar Eclipse felt an itch of curiosity he could barely suppress.

But he restrained himself—he didn't probe Jiang Zhe with his intangible divine power. After all, that could be sensed, which might disrupt Jiang Zhe's combat state. It wasn't right to do something so forceful and unlikable.

He wasn't like Chaos City Lord or those other Universe Lords, who could completely control their space-time territory and secretly learn everything within it without leaving a trace.

When it came to something as intangible as willpower, after Luo Feng's had improved, even Chaos City Lord—who mastered a portion of space-time—could see it at a glance.

So when Jiang Zhe met the Lord of Darkness, he directly revealed part of his own strength—because he simply couldn't hide it.

In his view, he'd have to show it eventually. Once he returned to Chaos City, if he didn't keep his Chaos Umbrella up to disrupt the local space-time, Chaos City Lord would see through most of his secrets.

Other than his willpower being unintentionally exposed, things like his gene multiplier, Orianna, and symbiotic secrets were all cards he chose to show.

Before leaving the Ancient God World, he'd already planned all this out with Orianna.

Thankfully, unlike Hong—who was relatively obscure—he was already a peerless genius, so an exceptional willpower was only natural.

Plus, his experiences in the Ancient God World, consuming Ancient God blood, and then gaining tremendous opportunities, all clearly pointed to reasons why his willpower could be tempered and elevated—avoiding too much suspicion.

Thus, Earth was safe for now.

It wasn't that Jiang Zhe and his people were playing tricks. Rather, Chaos City Lord was simply too fair. Earth's lineage was handed over to the Virtual Universe Company, and that rarely led to good outcomes.

Just look at another timeline: Luo Feng, despite being Chaos City Lord's personal disciple and secretly having Emperor-level strength, returned to Earth to reunite with his family—only for his son to be detained by the Giant Axe Dojo under false pretenses for an entire day.

Such humiliation of the Luo family was unimaginable—what would ordinary Earthlings suffer?

As for Earth in another universe, what did it matter to Jiang Zhe, a transmigrator? Why be overly sentimental?

But whoever said that must have forgotten about the Jiang family, which dominated the Americas from Earth.

Who cared if Jiang Zhe, behind the Jiang family, was the disciple of some high-level figure? Those stationed there were descendants of Universe Lords, so bullying a local from backward Earth seemed only natural.

Some arrogant scions even dared to plot Luo Feng's assassination.

They only abandoned the idea when detected and warned by a King-level immortal from the Virtual Universe Company—preventing internal clan strife from erupting.

Jiang Zhe had been born into this body, not taken over halfway. That was his real father, his real grandfather—how could he tolerate them being bullied?

Sure, Emperor Yan's temperament was bad—attacking his own people was unforgivable.

But for the entire Yan God Clan to decisively sever ties with the human race—it was hard not to suspect some fools within the human race had orchestrated it.

When Luo Feng bought the King Armor from the Hong Alliance, humanity's reaction made it clear they had long coveted the Yan God Clan's bodily secrets and their control over King-level armors.

Unfortunately, Earth's secrets could be shared with other humans, but the Yan God Clan's could only be passed down by marriage—impossible to replicate otherwise.

Had Luo Feng not been strong enough—achieving Universe Lord-level combat power in just over ten epochs—restoring Earth's dignity and becoming its unshakable leader…

Then no matter how good-hearted future Earthlings might be, once they recalled the humiliations of their weak past, who's to say they wouldn't become a second Yan God Clan?

Look at Luo Feng's own journey. He was always resentful—but due to Chaos City Lord's grace, he kept it buried deep.

Jiang Zhe was grateful by nature. His motto: "Earth's lineage will always be part of the human race."

But certain fools—don't come pointing fingers at Earth.

Back to the present.

The Solar Eclipse Palace Master now saw Jiang Zhe as someone destined to stand on the same level as himself one day. Thus, he treated Jiang Zhe with great respect.

Just like the Lord of Darkness, who also respected Jiang Zhe—he hadn't immediately controlled space-time to delve deeply into his disciple's secrets upon meeting.

Watching Jiang Zhe reveal his thousand-meter-tall form within the city lord's estate, the Palace Master was thoroughly pleased.

"Good! Excellent! Truly perfect!" he couldn't help but exclaim, wholeheartedly rejoicing for the benefit of the human race.

One of humanity's biggest regrets had always been its small divine bodies—weak against burning, even weaker against being beaten.

This kid's thousand-meter height—surely he'd grow even more in the future?

Please, let him keep developing!

If he could reach 9 km at Domain Lord peak, 90 km at Sector Lord peak, and nearly a thousand kilometers as an immortal—he'd be fully developed.

Though still not on par with peak starry sky beasts at the immortal level, such a body was already a luxurious dream for humans—a "great god body," more than enough.

The Palace Master hoped fervently.

Though he respected Jiang Zhe, he still wanted to learn some superficial things—just to satisfy his curiosity.

Beside him, the winged tiger Kukulin had already used advanced tech to scan the city lord's estate, checking on Jiang Zhe's battle state.

Before advancing to Domain Lord, there was no life core yet—so they couldn't block tech scans.

Tech easily detected the energy reactions in the sea of consciousness and dantian.

A primal core?

It had some functions of a life core, but it was different.

Inside the primal core was only a soul core. Without reaching Domain Lord, the vortex galaxy in the dantian still existed—undetectable by tech.

When the scanner's data came back, Kukulin cried out repeatedly:

"Boss, look—1,810 times baseline energy reaction!"

"That's equivalent to 1.81 times a Domain Lord ninth stage's baseline. And then he used some technique similar to burning divine power, skyrocketing a thousandfold—matching a Sector Lord ninth stage!"

"Boss, I've never seen such an outrageous power spike!"

The Palace Master was much calmer. As top-tier Universe Overlords with multiple clones, they knew better than anyone what kind of power a thousandfold life gene multiplier could unleash.

What truly intrigued him was that burning-like secret technique.

"Is that a clone? A clone's innate talent?"

"Huh? Boss, look!"

Kukulin's claw drew a virtual projection—a kind of X-ray overlay of the thousand-meter giant below.

The energy-type body, the life crystal core, and the familiar figure sealed inside that crystal core.

The Palace Master's eyes widened.

"This isn't a clone? This is his main body?"

"That giant form is created by an innate technique? But I can clearly sense his life force—it's no temporary construct from floating energy. That's a real energy lifeform!"

He was so curious.

But remembering Chaos City Lord's instructions, the Palace Master suppressed all his impulses.

Meanwhile...

"Six left. A bunch of weaklings—just scratching an itch for me?"

The giant rumbled. It was unmistakably Jiang Zhe's voice.

Bearing down under overlapping world projections, he smashed his fists down—instantly killing two Sector Lords.

A black energy armor appeared over him—a feature of the fourth refinement of the "Obsidian Crystal Nine Refinements Body", with F9 hardness, helping him withstand the attacks of the six Sector Lords.

Still, much of the impact couldn't be mitigated. It struck his divine body directly.

His near-immortal life traits meant his injuries showed by shrinking his divine body.

Between burning his divine body to explode a thousandfold in power, and taking hits, his thousand-meter body fell to just over 800 meters.

The instant kills terrified the remaining six Sector Lords.

They soared up, surrounding the giant Jiang Zhe, eyes full of dread, hearts wavering.

Even the eighth-stage Sector Lord warrior, Feidi, wore a bitter expression—forced into this, quickly regaining a forceful demeanor no one else noticed.

The giant's expression shifted slightly as Orianna warned him:

"Master, be careful. Someone just scanned this place with high-tech tools—focusing mainly on your condition."

Jiang Zhe's heart tightened.

"Native tech?"

"No, very high-level—likely Virtual Universe Company."

"I couldn't sense them directly, only traced the probing light back to about 20,000 meters overhead."

Orianna wasn't one to passively take losses.

"Master, want me to hack that nosy AI? See who they are?"

Jiang Zhe was shocked.

"You can hack that? How?"

"The scanning light all around us is like a 'network cable' they gave me—I can follow it right back and kill them."

"You know I'm a Machine Pioneer. When it comes to tech, I reign supreme."

"Forget simple AIs like Babata—even if they evolved into machine race intelligent life, as long as it's tech-based, I suppress them all."

Jiang Zhe could only give her a mental thumbs-up.

"No, leave it. Most likely an immortal steward from the Solar Eclipse Palace. I've been too high-profile; local traitors probably reported upward."

That whole exchange happened in less than a millionth of a second.

Jiang Zhe thought grimly: With someone watching, some of my cards are off the table.

His focus snapped back to the fight.

"Still 80% left. More than enough," he said arrogantly.

The giant Jiang Zhe suddenly exploded in speed, his massive form eerily unpredictable.

All six Sector Lords felt like a giant was punching each of them simultaneously—none could tell which was real.

Feidi drew his blade and roared:

"Pour more world power into this! Snuff out his phantoms!"

The other five used their strongest techniques, faces bitter.

But this was already their maximum world projection. Jiang Zhe's comprehension of space laws was simply too monstrous—it completely overpowered them.

Just like Luo Feng's Mosha clone overwhelming Sir Yong with endless phantoms, Jiang Zhe's space law comprehension had already reached the fourth tablet.

Above, experts were watching.

"The Nine Refinements Fist distorts space to create illusions. Even Sector Lords can't see through it—this is easily fourth or even fifth-level mastery."

"Tsk tsk, if he reaches sixth-level, every move becomes a top-tier secret technique."

"To burst to Sector Lord ninth stage for a short time, comprehend laws at the twelfth or thirteenth bridge level—among all Sector Lords in the original universe, 99% would lose to this universe-level kid."

"Incredible! Truly incredible!"

The Palace Master was deeply gratified.

"Kukulin, among my collection, anything he can use now to strengthen body or soul defenses?"

Top treasures, heavy treasures—he had plenty.

But something for a universe-level or Domain Lord-level? Almost impossible to find in the entire original universe.

On the battlefield...

"No! Why me?"

A Sector Lord shouted in despair.

Only now did he realize—the giant coming for him had a noticeably thicker, darker energy layer on its fist.

That was the real body!

This was Moro, a spirit master. When his giant flying sword was shattered by Jiang Zhe's punch, he tried fleeing on a wooden sword.

But the giant's black right fist unleashed terrifying suction, like a black hole, forcibly dragging him in.

One punch turned him to pulp, his life core shattering.

"Moro? Damn you, outer world demon!"

A nearby Sector Lord, who'd just smashed an illusion, cursed—yet his body betrayed him.

He bolted at full speed, running for his life.

Just three punches to kill three Sector Lords—it terrified Limo Ke out of his wits.

Surround and kill?

My ass! That kind of power would only lead to their massacre.

"Where do you think you're going? Come back—DIE!"

Jiang Zhe's right fist crushed Moro, then his left fist swept across, pulling Limo Ke back through space's gravitational currents—turning him into paste too.

The last four Sector Lords were stunned.

One smashed an illusion, then immediately fled.

"Zhe Kun, damn you!"

"Zhe Kun, I misjudged you!"

"Zhe Kun, come back or you'll regret it!"

Feidi and the other two roared in fury.

Their weapons—a saber, a staff, a flying axe—slammed into Jiang Zhe's back, infused with world power.

His black energy armor trembled, but held firm—no cracks, no marks.

This armor, after all, was honed through over a million points, reaching the fourth refinement's peak—tough as F9 metal. Even ordinary immortals couldn't break it.

Of course, while it didn't break, the impact still made Jiang Zhe suffer.

Combined with burning his divine body, his 800-meter form shrank again—down to just 400 meters.

"Forty percent left. Not good—time to finish this fast!"

With that, the 400-meter giant blurred—and the entire sky filled with tens of thousands of his copies.

Each one under triple world projections, each 400 meters tall—a sight so shocking it was beyond imagining.

Even the Palace Master gasped.

"Whoa, the fifth layer of Nine Refinements Fist, to the extreme! This kid's comprehension of space laws, his secret technique talent—it's absurdly high."

"I have more and more faith in him. After he becomes immortal, he might not even need dozens of epochs—just ten or so—to comprehend an upper-tier origin law!"

Kukulin added slyly:

"Boss, itching to bet again? Like you did on Luo Feng, Rong Jun, and Bolan?"

The Palace Master chuckled and shook his head.

"I promised Chaos City Lord to keep this under wraps. How could I wager on Jiang Zhe?"
