After knocking a few more times, Calista opened the door to a grinning Thompson , "Hi Thompson ." She wiggled her eyebrows, but Thompson saw right through her.
He softened his look, "Are you okay?" He asked quietly to prevent Thalia from listening in. He wasn't sure if Calista wanted her to know.
She nodded, "I'm okay, thank you Thompson ."
He smiled, "You know he's trying his best right?" At Calista's confused look, he clarified, "Orion. His feelings are true if you give him a chance."
Calista wanted to roll her eyes, "What kind of man would tattle?" She thought before giving Thompson a curt nod.
"Alright, Thompson and congratulations." She pointed back at Thalia. "Now, I'm not gonna say don't hurt her, but I want you to always remember that I know exactly where to find you." He gulped.
