"I saw them, truly!" Is she in trouble now? She panics.
"Remember, the crime of lying to the King is losing your head!"
"But I'm t-telling the truth!" Tamilia stammers, startled when she is suddenly escorted toward the King.
From a short distance away, Kavor leans toward Imogen, who suddenly turns moonlight pale. "Are you okay?"
"B-beheaded for a lie?" Imogen clasps her own neck, horrified to her bones. Faelyn didn't inform her of this very important detail!
So right now, her life is currently at risk?
"Speak!" Amendiel's voice booms like thunder, causing Imogen to spin on her heel and run. Kavor immediately chases after her.
