Chapter 91 - Chapter 91: Conquer Ah Fei!

"A Fei, right? I'm giving you two choices now," Kakashi said coldly.

"Either you change your ways and follow Obito obediently from now on—"

"Or, you continue to be Madara's lackey, and I'll send you to hell right here, right now."

After calming Obito down, Kakashi addressed the masked man—Ah Fei—who was lying on the ground, still slightly dazed.

"Ah? But..."

Ah Fei blinked, visibly confused. He had been following Madara since the moment of his creation. Although the old man was a pain to deal with—strict, bossy, and incredibly dull—betraying him now still felt... wrong.

He might be called a "vegetable" by others, but even vegetables had their dignity and principles!

Kakashi looked at him calmly. "I'll give you three minutes to think it over."

He paused, then added with a hint of amusement, "Oh, and if you choose to follow Obito, you'll be allowed to study the meaning of defecation with him in the future."

"Wait—what?"

Before Obito could protest, Kakashi gave him a sharp look that immediately silenced him.

"I mean, if it were Madara, he wouldn't even give you the chance to decide. He would've just yanked your life-support tube and been done with it."

"...Deal!"

The moment he heard that, Ah Fei surrendered decisively. There wasn't even a second of hesitation.

"But!" he added quickly, "You have to promise that from now on, Obito won't hide from me when he goes to the bathroom!"

A flash of horror crossed Obito's face. Ah Fei's obsession with his toilet habits was infamous.

"I agree," Kakashi nodded without hesitation.

"Kakashi!!" Obito's face turned green. His expression twisted in frustration and disbelief.

He remembered the psychological trauma—every bathroom trip had been like a stealth mission, making sure Ah Fei wasn't lurking nearby. Every shadow was suspicious. Every creak made his heart race.

He had finally escaped that nightmare. After returning to Minato's team, he thought he was free.

And now, Kakashi had sold him out just to recruit this walking nightmare!?

Was this really worth it?!

Obito gritted his teeth. "I can't live like this! I'll create a world where there is no Ah Fei!"

He was about to protest when Kakashi pulled him aside and whispered.

"Trust me, Obito. Ah Fei's possession ability drastically boosts the host's power. He'll be a major asset."

Obito frowned.

Kakashi continued, "Look at it this way—if he wants to see you poop, just let him. Think of him as a Pokémon you're training. It's not a big deal. You're not losing anything."

Obito stared at him in disbelief.

Pokémon?! This perverted vegetable was being compared to a pet Pokémon?!

And watching someone poop was not something people did casually!

He rolled his eyes so hard it felt like they might fall out. But still, after a moment's hesitation, he nodded reluctantly.

After all, Kakashi was rarely wrong.

If he said Ah Fei was useful… then he probably was.

Kakashi smiled subtly when he saw Obito give in and patted him on the shoulder.

Poor kid. You may be resisting now, but one day, you'll understand.

In his past life, Kakashi had looked into Ah Fei out of curiosity about his oddball personality. He knew very well that Ah Fei wasn't just some random White Zetsu clone.

He was the "Son of Chakra," born from the sacred tree.

Unlike the standard White Zetsu, Ah Fei had exceptional abilities. Most importantly, when he possessed someone, their physical and chakra abilities were amplified tremendously.

It was like installing a permanent BUFF—one that could be attached and removed at will!

Without Ah Fei's support, someone like Yamato could never have performed Wood Golem Jutsu, which was far beyond his natural capability.

Among all the White Zetsu, Ah Fei stood alone as the strongest—he was the only one who had a name of his own.

And there was more.

Ah Fei had been nourished by both the sacred tree's power and Hashirama's cells. If his cells could be extracted and researched, it might solve the long-standing issue with Hashirama's original cells being too violent and Yamato's being too diluted.

Wouldn't it be incredible if Shisui's Mangekyō Sharingan could be made as easily usable as Obito's?

That was the main reason Kakashi wanted Obito to tame this eccentric vegetable.

And if he remembered correctly, Obito and Ah Fei had a pretty good relationship in the original timeline. So the potential for synergy was high.

Kakashi took a deep breath, cleared his thoughts, and returned to his cold and commanding demeanor.

He turned to Ah Fei.

"Obito has agreed. So, what's your final answer?"

"I do!" Ah Fei shouted gleefully, leaping up like a child and dancing around Obito.

Obito's eyes twitched. Veins bulged across his forehead. But he gritted his teeth and endured.

Fine. Let him be happy—for now. I'll take him back to the village... and then, we'll see who laughs last.

"In that case, Obito, put Ah Fei into your Kamui space for now," Kakashi ordered.

"His Earth Style abilities are top-tier. If my clone hadn't reacted fast enough and sealed him earlier, you might have been teleported right out of the Land of Water by now."

Better safe than sorry—especially when it came to anything related to the sacred tree. One can never be too cautious.

"Huh?!" Obito's eyes widened. "Wait—Kakashi, how do you know I have a Kamui dimension?"

"More importantly, how do you even know the name and ability of my Mangekyō Sharingan?!"

That wasn't something anyone should know—especially since he had just awakened it himself.

Even he hadn't fully figured it out yet.

Kakashi just shrugged casually.

"It's not that hard to deduce."

"Mangekyō reflects the heart. Your eye's ability must relate to your strongest desire at the time."

"You were desperate to escape, weren't you? You wanted to cry in a place where no one could see you."

"Combine that with the intangibility ability you just used... and it's obvious. You've created your own pocket dimension."

Obito, Lin, and Shisui, who had just entered, were stunned.

What incredible reasoning!

He had deduced all that just from observing Obito's behavior?

This… This was Kakashi's true strength!

"Ahem, alright. That's not important now," Kakashi said, clearing his throat as he noticed the three pairs of eyes staring at him in admiration.

"Obito, hurry up and seal Ah Fei so we can leave this place as soon as possible."

To avoid further attention, Kakashi quickly changed the subject, feeling a little self-conscious.

"Senior Silver Fox," Shisui said, taking advantage of the pause, "Can you guess what my Mangekyō ability is?"

Kakashi turned to him thoughtfully.

"If I had to guess… One of your eyes likely has the power to alter another person's will, right?"

He wasn't certain because Shisui's awakening condition had changed. It was no longer tied to preventing the Uchiha coup.

So there was a possibility that his technique had changed too.

Shisui's eyes widened.

Correct!

Kakashi had guessed the exact nature of his technique—Distinguished Heavenly Gods, a powerful genjutsu that could rewrite the target's will.

However, what Kakashi and Shisui didn't know was that his Mangekyō abilities had indeed changed due to Kakashi's influence.

One of his eyes still retained the same powerful ability: Distinguished Heavenly Gods: Eternity, which could only be used once every ten years. It had formed from his deep desire to make Obito abandon evil and return to the light.

But the other eye's ability had changed.

Previously, it was also a will-altering genjutsu.

But after seeing Kakashi risk his life to protect him, Shisui's emotions shifted.

His desire to gain more combat power and not be a burden gave birth to a new technique:

Distinguished Heavenly Gods: Light—an illusion-type offensive technique.

It wasn't just about controlling minds anymore. Now, it was about controlling the battlefield.
