In a world where 40% (3.26B ppl) of the world’s population have powers activated by an organ in the body located next to the heart called the quantum lever, Shoyo Akabane starts his 1st year in a prestigious high school for sorcerers in Tokyo Japan, called “11 international high school”. He has come to this school with a specific goal in mind, to find the living 5 of the original 11 great sorcerers of history to uncover the truth behind his father’s disappearance.
