Chapter 6 - Chapter 4: The Straight Path of Two Worlds

You must leave here, Lumin's voice came, surprisingly, from behind Rajat. He was in the room again, dispelling the darkness with his calm, shining presence. Nox knows your location now. They will not fail to defeat you.

But where will I go?" Aryan's voice trembled. "They wait outside!

You will come with me, Lumin replied. You must see my world. You must understand why we are fighting. Hold the stone and close your eyes.

Although doubtful, Rajat pressed the stone to his chest and closed his eyes. Lumin began to sing a beautiful, song-like tone. A melodious vibration of energy spread from the stone.

There was a sharp tingling sensation, as if someone were pulling at high speed. The sounds of traffic, birds, human conversation, all distorted into a high, eerie tone. Then... silence.

Silver opened his eyes.

This was vastly different from anything he had expected. He stood in a vast, open space, but this was not the sky. Above, below, and on all sides, stretched crystalline, gleaming tube-like formations, through which streams of brilliant light flowed continuously, as if they had cosmic veins. The air itself was shimmering, filled with a subtle golden haze. The ground (if it could be called ground) was covered with a white, soft grass-like material that shimmered softly under his steps.

And the animals... here they were fully visible. Creatures like the Lumin, but in various shapes and sizes: some like birds, some like dolphins, some like giant worms woven from white and silver thread. They were not "talking," but there was a beautiful, intelligent, musical hum in the air, a confluence of thoughts—conversations, songs, contemplations.

Welcome, Lumin spoke, now fully visible and physical. Welcome to the source of light, to 'Lumenasia.' This is our home. Here, we preserve the currents of our world—life, growth, hope. This is the energy of light.

He pointed to a nearby stream, where small, star-like creatures were swimming in the water. "It spreads into your world too. When you feel hopeful, when circumstances turn for the better, when unexpected help comes... that's our job."

A large, toothy, breathing-like shape flew over them, and Rajat felt a serious, protective feeling. He was amazed. It's... beautiful, he whispered.

Yes, Lumien agreed, but there was sadness in his beautiful eyes. "But every light has a shadow. And that's why, now you have to look at the other side too.
