Atlas slowly opened his eyes. Before him stretched a flower garden filled with blossoms in a vivid array of colors, from soft pinks to bright yellows, purples, and blues. Beyond it, the island's scenery unfolded beneath a layer of clouds, with another tall cliff rising in the distance.
He glanced to the side. Morganna was still standing beside him, holding his hand, her expression as flat as ever.
"See? We managed to teleport here together," he said.
"This is just another place on the island," Morganna replied. "I could have gotten here faster on my own with my ability."
Atlas let out a quiet laugh, then started walking again, still holding her hand. They followed the path through the flower garden.
"Mira really did put a lot of thought into designing this island," he said. "I mean, you'd expect a place like this to have some kind of defense against air attacks. But instead, she put in a flower garden. Who's supposed to come all the way out here just to look at flowers?"
