Four days had passed since Owen left for the central region. Although he was formally a butler, he used to disappear for a few days at a time whenever he had to clean up after Rexid, so his absence wasn’t that noticeable.
The only ones who were worried about whether he’d finish the job and return safely were the original members of the castle who knew the truth.
Aside from that, it had almost become a daily routine for me to go to Senna’s room and talk with her. It was the same today.
“When is the baby due?”
“Masha says that we’ll meet the baby in around a week.”
Senna smiled as she slowly caressed her baby bump. It was easy to feel the love she had for her baby even though she hadn’t even seen it yet.
‘Does everyone act like that with their babies?’
I was curious about Senna’s feelings since I’d never experienced motherhood before. How would it feel to wait for the birth of a baby that you conceived with your lover?
