“I-I’m not sure what you mean…”
“I asked if it’s fun to trick me?”
She turned to face Rexid. He spoke indifferently with his arms crossed.
Gulp-
Rosica’s eyes trembled anxiously.
‘He’s asking this question because he recognized me, right? But since when?’
It was definitely not from the start. The way he pushed ‘Ash’ in disgust back then… That couldn’t have been a simple act.
Just as she was about to ask him when exactly he figured it out, Rexid spoke first. “From the start.”
‘Oh my lord. He knew what I was going to ask before I even asked?’
Catching her in surprise, Rexid reached out his hands. He rubbed around beneath her chin and slowly tore her mask off. After her real face was revealed, Rosica averted her gaze and shook her hair, coughing wryly.
“Take out those contacts, too.”
“Oh, right…” Rosica took out her lenses in embarrassment. “B-but, I didn’t think it was from the start…”
“It was from the start.”
