Ficool

Chapter 3 - The Makb Galaxy

revealing the horrific scene inside.

Inside the cell, five individuals sat huddled together, their hands clasped in a desperate attempt to find warmth and safety.

Their bodies looked human, but they were slightly different, with pointed ears, small noses, thin eyebrows, and green skin that glowed softly in the dim light. They were the original inhabitants of Toram, who had not seen sunlight in days. "No...Don't be afraid, sister, I'll protect you!" a young boy said , no more than nine or ten years old, his voice trembling with fear as he tried to reassure his sister sitting next to him, holding her small hand tightly. His little heart was beating wildly, but he tried to appear brave.

"Don't... be afraid, Mayol. Those monsters will be punished for what they have done to us," said the sister, clutching her brother's hand, her green eyes shining with tears and anger. The girl looked to be about twenty-one or twenty-two, several years older than her brother, and her beauty was evident even in these miserable circumstances. Her soft green skin and large green eyes gave her a radiant appearance, despite her torn clothes and the traces of blood on her lips, which were the result of her earlier collision with the wall.

The three others behind her looked older, perhaps their uncles or something similar, but their tongues had been cut out. Perhaps they had done it themselves to prevent them from revealing secrets, or perhaps the ruling family had done it to them to ensure their eternal silence. All the three did was stare coldly at First Squad Commander and his team as they advanced toward them with their weapons raised, even after noticing the greedy look Zara was giving the girl holding her brother. They remained motionless, helpless, but their eyes screamed for help and anger.

"Hey, shouldn't I play a little before killing these biscuits?" First Squad Commander, Zara, laughed disgustingly as he slowly lowered his weapon and reached out his dirty hand to touch the green-skinned girl's cheek, his eyes devouring her with a predatory gaze.

"Get away from my sister!" shouted the little boy, Mayol, with sudden courage, as he hit the hand of the first squad leader, Zara, trying to push him away from his sister.

Boom!

The first squad leader, Zara, slapped the little boy's cheek hard, knocking him to the ground, and said coldly, "Who is this ugly thing? Kill him first!"

"No! No! My brother!" The sister tried to rush forward to save the little boy, her screams piercing the silence, but she was grabbed forcefully by the first squad leader, Zara, and thrown back harshly, her head hitting the wall behind her and bleeding.

Boom, boom!

The soldiers raised their weapons and immediately fired at the little boy. The bullets of mercy, or rather the bullets of death, pierced his thin body in response to their commander's orders without hesitation. Mayol fell to the ground, his small body convulsing for a few moments before coming to a complete stop.

"Now let's continue where we left off." First Squad Commander, Zara, licked his lips, his eyes gleaming with lust and evil, as he advanced toward the green-skinned girl, who was bleeding from her head, her eyes staring at her little brother's motionless body, her face frozen in shock and horror.

The sound of mechanical robots echoed in the dungeon, a hoarse metallic sound reverberating throughout the room as First Squad Commander Zara approached the girl and slowly reached out toward her.

"Tsk, what a pity." First Squad Commander Zara sighed in frustration as he quickly withdrew his hand and backed away after hearing the ship's mechanical voice.

After all, everything on the ship was monitored by these guard robots, which operated according to strict protocols. They had not given any warning when the young boy had been killed earlier, as killing prisoners was part of their orders, but they had sent him an alert when he had tried to attack the woman from the ruling class who they were targeting for rebellion. Even machines had their red lines.

Boom! Boom!

"No!!"

The squad members advanced, ignoring the machine's warning, and fired immediately, despite the woman's heart-rending screams and the silence of the three other people who were watching the scene with eyes wide with horror and anger. They did not hesitate to shoot the remaining four, carrying out the strict orders they had received.

Blood splattered beneath the feet of the squad members, splattering the cold floor of the cell. The blood looked sticky and green, not like normal human blood, but more like small shiny crystals, glistening in the dim light, as if they held a secret from another planet. It was a tragic end for the members of a royal family, who ended up in the dungeon of a warship.

The sound of robotic voices in the cell confirmed the situation and the successful completion of the mission.

"Now let's go get that spoiled little boy." First Squad Commander Zara slung his weapon over his shoulder and walked toward the cockpit, blood smeared across his face, a smile on his lips.

….

In a small room with walls decorated with glowing blue lines that illuminated it with a soft blue light, Nash Elliott stood. The room contained a chair attached to the wall and a small folding desk next to it, everything was designed for function and efficiency, not comfort.

"Sigh..." Nash Elliott sighed deeply, the sound echoing in the quiet room as he got dressed.

He chose looser-fitting clothes, long pants with a button-down shirt with narrow sleeves and a blue-collar. These clothes highlighted his natural elegance. Nash Elliott had inherited his beauty from his mother, with clear white skin, deep blue eyes like the ocean, and jet-black hair that fell over his forehead. In short, he looked extremely handsome, even in these difficult moments.

Beep!

[Einar: Seventh Squad Commander Nash Elliott, please proceed to the shipyard accompanied by security.]

Beep!

[Einar: Seventh Squad Commander Nash Elliott, you have been sentenced to five years of exile in the Makb Galaxy. Please follow the instructions of security.]

The sound of robotic voices filled the room, their mechanical tones interrupting Nash's thoughts as he adjusted his clothes.

"No need to remind me, Einar. I'm going," Nash said, straightening his back and heading for the door. His tone was a mixture of exhaustion and defiance.

Beep!

[Einar: ... ]

[Einar: Transmission complete. ]

Beep...

Nash opened the door to find two security guards waiting for him, weapons at their sides, their faces expressionless. Their mission was clear: escort him.

"Let's go," Nash said calmly, then walked toward the shipyard, his steps steady despite the weight of the fate that awaited him.

The hangar, the beating heart of the ship, was one of the most important places on the entire vessel. It was the main entrance and exit for combat ships and the launch point for reinforcements and external missions into the depths of space. It was vast, with enough space for hundreds of vehicles, and was always bustling with activity.

Among the more than 900 ships parked in the hangar, each one an engineering masterpiece in its own right, Nash Elliott's gaze fell on a single white ship with a wide blue stripe running across it, its flags fluttering slowly in the artificial air, extending to the stern. It was the guard ship. Nash Elliottt stood in front of it, with two security guards behind him.

"Guard ship, the commander really loves you," First Squad Commander Zara said, his voice full of sarcasm, after arriving with his squad, which seemed to grow in number every time Nash saw it. Zara's face was stained with bright green blood, which aroused a subtle revulsion in Nash.

The guard ship was not just a transport ship; it was a complete war machine. It had weapons mounted under its wings that fired missiles and powerful laser beams that could penetrate any defense, in addition to its unique ability to cloak itself and evade enemy surveillance radar. Its high speed and superior maneuverability made it a ghost in space, and its ability to withstand attacks thanks to its armor reinforced with modern nanotechnology made it an impenetrable fortress. This ship would take Nash to his future refuge.

"Zara," Nash said coldly when he noticed her approaching, changing his tone to hide any sign of annoyance. "How are you?"

"Nash, I've hated you since the academy. There's no need for this charade. I won't let you get away from me!" Zara slams his shoulder against Nash's, a wicked grin spreading across his face, while his men move to board the ship, as if rushing to secure their place on this ill-fated voyage.

"As you wish." Nash smiled slightly. He waved his hands dismissively as he walked forward to board the ship, ignoring Zara's provocation.

All the men boarded the ship and took their seats. The ship seemed a little spacious inside, perhaps enough for about 20 people, but now it looked almost empty, filled only with soldiers and Nash.

"Einar." After a few minutes, Nash asked, the sound of waiting clear in his tone:

"Aren't we leaving?"

The ship did not move even after Nash, the first squad leader and ten members of his squad boarded. Something was delaying their departure.

Beep!

[Einar: Waiting for the researcher and her team to arrive.]

"Why?" asked Nash, looking at the ship's door, curiosity mixed with annoyance.

Beep!

[Einar: The researcher and her team are tasked with examining the planet Sandjriben...]

Beep!

[Einar: Classified information...]

Beep!

[Einar: Classified information...]

"That's enough," said Nash when he noticed shadows approaching the ship's door, cutting Einar off before he could finish his sentence.

A woman in her thirties stepped forward, her black hair falling over her shoulders, her eyes red as embers shining behind her wide lenses. Her nose was a little large, her ears were pointed, her skin was slightly dark, and she had scattered marks on her hands, perhaps from laboratory experiments or previous adventures. Behind the woman walked three men and two women, her five assistants, all dressed in researcher uniforms.

Beep!

[Einar: We're starting the launch to the Makb galaxy.]

Beep!

[Einar: There are 18 passengers. ]

The ship began to move slowly at first, then gradually increased its speed, leaving the huge shipyard and rushing into the vast, dark space.

The ship emitted a powerful light, thousands of times brighter than the sun, as it sped away at tremendous speed, covering astronomical distances in moments, moving away from the mother ship and heading toward the chaotic and unknown galaxy, the Makb Galaxy, which would be Nash Elliott's prison for the next five years.
