Zhou Zhou said to Lu Chong as he bent down.
Pulling a handful of grasses, he spread them at the edges of his trousers and his feet.
"This should pass."
He muttered before walking towards the rear of the queue.
About 16 minutes later, he walked through the wooden gates of the city.
"Have a seat."
"A meal would be prepared for you in a bit."
A lady said to Zhou Zhou as she directed him to a seat already prepared for the refugees to refresh themselves after hours on the road.
"Thank you."
Zhou Zhou said to her.
"The lord is the one you should thank, not me."
The lady said as she began walking away.
"Would I get to see her today?"
"I've heard so much about her."
Zhou Zhou asked.
"She would be addressing you all after your meal."
The lady said before continuing her exit.
"I'm looking forward to that."
Zhou Zhou mumbled before relaxing on his seat.
After taking their meals, the refugees were given an hour to rest before being addressed by the lord of the city.
"Everyone, welcome the lord!"
The military commander of the Divine Medicine City shouted to announce Ling's' arrival.
Rising from their seats, the refugees all went down on their knees as they bowed in reverence towards the little girl.
"My lord!!"
Their voices echoed in the city as they greeted excitedly.
"I formally welcome you all to Divine Medicine City."
"You all have lost so much because of the wars back at your homes."
"I want to let you know that this city will give you a chance to recover all you've lost and even more."
"All it asks of you is to give it your best to make it prosperous enough for everyone."

Ling'er finished her speech before turning to leave.

Zhou Zhou shouted with excitement on his face as he gazed at Ling's back.

With someone taking the lead, the refugees began shouting over and over again until Ling'er left their view.
Taking advantage of the excited outburst, Zhou Zhou vanished.
Having him at the rear of the group made it easily to do so unnoticed.
Reappearing beside Lu Chong, he gestured towards the city.
"It's all yours."
Nodding his head, Lu Chong suddenly began levitating as he floated towards the city.

Zhou Zhou muttered as he followed along to see Lu Chong in action.

Experiencing both fear and respect, the soldiers at city's gate immediately fell on their faces as they kowtowed towards the floating Lu Chong.
Raising his Diamond-tier spear, Lu Chong hurled it into the ground in front of the guards.
"This!"
The soldiers became terrified as they looked up to a spear dangling in front of them.
But their terror was short-lived as huge rock spikes protruded out of the ground before tearing through them and more than half of the city.
"Impossible."
"He can actually destroy an area of 15 kilometers square in a single attack?!
Zhou Zhou couldn't believe his eyes at the scale of destruction caused by Lu Chong's attack.
"Pl... Please, it h... urts!"
"Why is m... curse!"
"End it. G... God just end it."
The subjects unfortunate enough to still be alive after having several spikes impaling them cried in sorrow as they pleaded for death.
"No! My lord!"

"We're under attack!"
The subjects outside the range of Lu Chong's attack were horrified at the gruesome sight in front of them.
Staring at their lord having rock spikes piercing through her body, most of them immediately vomited.
Some just stood in silence without a single thought in their minds while others tried to understand why the earth was attacking them.

Lu Chong was shocked at the power of his hero skill.

He sighed before opening his hand towards his spear.

Harkening to the call of its owner, the spear immediately pulled out of the earth before rushing towards Lu Chong's hand.
Catching hold of it, Lu Chong raised it once again before hurling it at the area unaffected by his previous attack.
A second later, the other 10 kilometers square of the city was brought to ruin.
Blood flowed through the streets as the lives of every subject in the city were brought to an end.
Except for one.
"It seems the Supreme Will doesn't want the territory token of a lord to be easily destroyed without the lord having a chance to fight for it."
Zhou Zhou said as he looked at the unharmed state of Ling'er's lord courtyard and the little girl sitting on the roof in horror.
'She must be close to Ling'er for her to be given access to play on the roof.'
He thought before turning towards Lu Chong.
Opening and closing his hand, Lu Chong struggled to make a decision.
Suddenly, the little girl slumped before rolling off the roof of the lord's courtyard.
Turning backwards, Lu Chong saw his lord looking at him.
"Letting her live with such images of her loved ones is the worst thing you can ever do to her."
"In this situation, death is an act of mercy."
Zhou Zhou said as he continued moving towards Ling'er's corpse.
Closing his eyes for a while, a tear drop slide down Lu Chong's left eyes as he mourned for the little child.
After 2 seconds, he wiped his eyes before opening them.
In them was nothing but indifference.
Pulling Ling'er's corpse and the corpses of her subjects into his spatial ring, Zhou Zhou looted them while making his way to her lord's courtyard.
"I've always wondered what would happen if a lord decides to hide in their lord's house without coming out."
"Would the attacking side retreat after failing to destroy the courtyard?
"Or would the Supreme Will give an ultimatum to the lord and force them to come out of hiding?
"Well, now I know."
Looking at the door of the lord's courtyard penetrated by a rock spike, he knew the door was the weak point in the impenetrable lord's house.
Pushing the door apart, he stepped into the lord's courtyard.
