For the women, 3 of them was assigned to the couple chef, 5 was assigned to Bao Xiu'er, and the final 3 was assigned to the medical clinic to serve as nurses.
As for the 3 combat professionals, he assigned the 2 sword shield soldiers to the scout team led by Man Nao and Wu Tu while the cavalryman would be placed as a reserve soldier until a placement in the army opens up, or he surpasses one of the soldiers in regards of their skills by 2 tiers.
