Their carriage came to a stop in front of the Southern Gate. Fian quickly helped Gara out of the carriage.
Agus, who had just come down from the watchtower, witnessed the scene and gleefully remarked, "The spirit of youth truly burns brightly."
Before the two could reach him, Fian's crystal ring began to glow. Elowen was contacting him.
Elowen's cold voice came through the crystal ring. "Stop skipping your training. Return immediately!"
Both of them halted. Fian looked troubled.
"Go. There are plenty of people here who can help and protect me. We'll meet again in class." Gara gently pushed Fian's shoulder.
The elf looked at Gara with obvious longing, but Gara merely nodded, urging him to leave. Fian had responsibilities he needed to fulfill.
'No wonder he's been glued to my side these past few days. He's been skipping training.'
Reluctantly, Fian entered an empty room in the watchtower, and Gara sent him out of the Dimensional Home.
