Lucas's gaze returned to Elena. She was still enjoying the food, completely unbothered by the surroundings. There was no discomfort in her expression. Her face was filled with genuine enjoyment. Seeing her, Lucas felt a quiet sense of ease.
After eating, the couple held hands and continued shopping while snacking.
At this time, Elena caught sight of a pair of couple T-shirts on sale in a clothing store, on which there was a cartoon couple puckering up for a kiss and a pink heart-shaped bubble in between their lips.
She fancied it a lot and immediately pulled Lucas into the store. "Boss, how much does this set of T-shirts cost?"
The owner of the store was a middle-aged woman. She stared at the two of them and could tell from the way that Lucas was keeping his eyes fixed onto Elena, that they were a couple. "120 yuan. No bargaining," she answered.
The store owner was obviously not willing to give them a discount. She could tell from their auras that they were not ordinary people.
