Levos furrowed his brows, his gaze locked on Cooler.
"Let him go!"
"Heh heh heh…" Cooler grinned wickedly. "As you wish."
Crack
With a twist of his right hand, Cooler snapped Android 17's neck, then hurled his lifeless body toward Levos.
Just as Levos prepared to catch him, a blinding energy blast enveloped 17 midair.
Boom!
With a violent explosion, Android 17 was obliterated into fragments by Cooler's energy wave.
Levos' expression darkened. Without a word, he launched himself at Cooler.
Cooler's golden skin dimmed slightly, the glow across his body appearing denser, tinged with faint traces of dark violet light.
He crossed his arms in front of him, directly receiving Levos' heavy punch.
Both fighters possessed overwhelming strength. The impact created shockwaves that erupted in all directions.
Rumble
The heavens trembled, and massive cracks tore through the earth.
The two combatants were forced apart.
"You've noticed it too, haven't you? This body of mine is something else," Cooler said, a sinister smirk on his face.
Levos narrowed his eyes. "Indeed. If you had shown this strength back on Earth, Zamasu and his crew wouldn't have stood a chance."
So Cooler really had been hiding his full power from the beginning.
"This body," Cooler declared, "was forged using all the energy from a massive star devoured by the planet Bixda. What you're seeing now… is merely one percent of my true strength."
"How does it feel? Are you trembling yet? Hahaha!"
"You're awfully cocky for a mechanical clone…"
With that, Levos charged again.
He unleashed a sweeping kick toward Cooler's waist.
Cooler's laughter abruptly cut off as he was knocked back several meters.
But his waist, seemingly forged from metal, showed no sign of damage.
Levos' pupils shrank. Whatever Cooler's body was made from, it was absurdly tough.
Cooler quickly regained balance and retaliated with a high kick aimed at Levos' head.
Levos spun his left arm in a feint, grabbed Cooler's ankle midair, then threw him across the battlefield with brute force.
Boom!
Cooler crashed hard into the ground, kicking up a storm of dust and debris.
Levos burst through the smoke, diving straight toward his opponent.
The two clashed again, and the sky darkened ominously.
Their battlefields shifted constantly sky, land, lakes each new location barely able to contain the chaos.
The power they released began tearing apart the very fabric of the Supreme Kai's planet.
Forests shattered, lakes surged into towering waves, rocks split apart, and mountains crumbled into rubble.
Their speed escalated rapidly, exchanging hundreds of blows each second.
It was the kind of fight only two evenly matched monsters could have.
Cooler's other clones couldn't even think about interfering.
Crash!
Cooler was sent flying again, his back slamming through a mountainside.
Levos, too, was blasted away, carving a deep trench into the ground.
"Your body really is something else," Cooler said, hovering midair, looking down on Levos. "I'll give you one more chance join me."
"I refuse," Levos answered without hesitation.
"Hmph! Stubborn fool!" Cooler's eyes flashed with murderous light. "Then I'll destroy you with my own hands!"
Without another word, he lunged forward.
Levos' eyes gleamed coldly as he met him head-on.
Bam! Bam! Bam!
Neither used energy blasts this was pure close-quarters combat.
Their blows sounded like meteor impacts, shaking the heavens with each strike.
The lake they fought over churned into a swirling maelstrom over a hundred miles wide.
The land beneath them was left in utter ruins, cratered and scorched from the clash of titans.
Amid the fierce exchange, Levos was gradually syncing with the powers of his mechanical form.
"This form is unique… It's not just enhancing me it's actively assisting, imprinting combat instincts directly into my brain and body."
He could feel his techniques growing sharper, his reactions more instinctive.
The mechanical form wasn't just a boost it was guiding him toward an entirely new realm of power.
Though he couldn't yet fully suppress Cooler, it was only a matter of time.
And more importantly, he began to anticipate just how much stronger he'd become after absorbing Cooler…
Suddenly
A flash of purple light shot in from the distance.
Levos tensed, instantly dodging and striking back with a palm thrust.
Boom!
The purple beam shattered midair in a brilliant explosion.
Both Levos and Cooler halted and turned toward the direction of the attack.
"Ohohohoho…"
A sinister, cackling voice echoed from afar.
A short figure appeared at the edge of the battlefield.
Moments later, Frieza flew onto the scene.
"Levos, what happened to you? And why are you fighting my dear brother?" Frieza asked in mock surprise.
Levos frowned at the tyrant. "Let's just say… we're quite interested in each other's bodies."
Cooler cast a cold glance at Frieza. "Don't be naive, Frieza. That man is no loyal servant of yours."
"Ohoho…" Frieza chuckled darkly. "Regardless, I'm sure Levos had something to do with my resurrection."
He then sneered. "Still, brother… You had such strength all along, yet you hid in the shadows while Father and I were killed?"
Cooler shook his head with disdain. "Fool. I have my own way of bringing you and Father back."
"Oh?" Frieza raised an eyebrow, genuinely intrigued.
"There's another planet," Cooler said flatly. "One called Cereal. It has its own set of Dragon Balls."
"I see," Frieza muttered, finally understanding.
Levos' heart skipped a beat.
Cooler knew about the Dragon Balls on Planet Cereal?
In the Granolah the Survivor arc, a Namekian named Monaito had created a special set of Dragon Balls after fleeing to Planet Cereal.
That set only required two Dragon Balls, and had no cooldown period.
Once a wish was granted, all one needed to do was gather the two again to summon the dragon.
The dragon, named Toronbo, had limited power, but was capable of fulfilling almost any wish so long as the summoner paid a sufficient price.
It was through this that two individuals in that arc had made wishes to become the strongest warriors in the universe.
Even Goku and Vegeta, with their Ultra Instinct and Ultra Ego, had struggled.
Of course, not just anyone could become "the strongest." The summoner had to possess vast potential and be willing to trade nearly all their remaining lifespan in exchange for that power.
Even so, those Dragon Balls were far too valuable to ignore.
Levos had long been planning to ask Galactic Patrol agent Jaco to help locate Planet Cereal…
