Goku and the Trunks of this timeline were currently training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.
The two Gamma Androids were still undergoing repairs.
Levos swept his gaze across the Lookout. The number of reliable fighters on his side was pitifully few.
Only Supreme Kai Shin, Kibito, Future Trunks, and Android 16 could be trusted as true allies.
As for Majin Buu and Dabura, they were still under observation.
And the Cooler Mecha Corps and the Ginyu Force? Levos had already deemed them potential threats and had them relocated off Earth. There was no way he'd rely on them.
Time was of the essence. In that instant, Levos made his decision.
"We won't regroup for now. Kibito, let's go intercept those Mecha-Cooler units regrouping in the field!"
"Understood!"
Kibito recognized the gravity of the situation and immediately grabbed Levos as they vanished in a flash.
Whoosh
In the blink of an eye, the scenery shifted. Levos and Kibito appeared in a vast, rolling grassland.
A sea of green spread out in all directions.
Suddenly, a streak of light tore across the sky and headed straight toward them!
"It's you!"
The mechanical Cooler clone locked eyes with Levos, its pupils narrowing sharply. In the same instant, dark crimson flames of destruction engulfed its body like a burning sun.
Its mechanical shell began to melt and collapse it had chosen to self-destruct without hesitation!
Without missing a beat, Levos swung his tail, hurling the fused Zamasu straight toward the enemy.
At the same time, he activated the Kaio-ken at its highest multiplier and charged directly at the blazing Mecha-Cooler!
But even at his peak speed, he wasn't fast enough to stop the self-detonation.
BOOM!
A massive explosion erupted, unleashing a shockwave that tore through earth and sky.
The inferno consumed the grassland, reducing everything in its path to scorched wasteland.
Fused Zamasu's purple flesh was instantly incinerated to ash!
Levos forced his way through the blinding light at the epicenter, his tail absorbing the remaining scraps of the Mecha-Cooler's body.
Just then
"AGH!!"
Kibito screamed, his body hurled backward by the blazing explosion. His form trembled, on the verge of collapse.
Levos' expression turned dark. With the power of two-hundredfold Kaio-ken, he arrived at Kibito's side in an instant.
He generated a dark purple energy shield, surrounding them both and cutting off the devastating shockwaves from outside.
But Kibito had already taken heavy damage in the blast.
"I'm fine, Levos! Let's head to the next location before it's too late!" Kibito growled, forcing himself to stand.
He immediately activated Instant Transmission.
Fwoosh!
Buzz
Their figures had just vanished when a massive energy blast plummeted from the sky, slamming into the scorched ground and unleashing cataclysmic destruction.
Where once was grassland, there now remained a bottomless crater.
"…They escaped?"
A figure slowly descended from the sky.
Long, rose-colored hair flowed to his waist, and he wore a dark gray outfit. A silver Time Ring sparkled faintly on his finger.
It was Rose Vegito!
"This body's potential is impressive indeed… Levos, I'll soon deal with you myself."
Then, his gaze sharpened as he looked down into the pit.
"As I thought… you're still alive."
With a slight twitch of his finger, he summoned wriggling clumps of dark purple flesh from the shadows. They gathered slowly in his palm.
Moments later, Fused Zamasu reformed completely.
Once he saw who was standing before him, all fear vanished from his eyes replaced by pure hatred.
"Levos! That damned mortal! How dare he defile a god's body?! I'll kill him!!" roared Zamasu.
Behind him, a glowing divine ring slowly formed and grew more dazzling by the second.
The sheer pressure it gave off caused the ground to tremble.
Rose Vegito smirked.
"Your body's growth potential is far too limited. Even with your regeneration, you're nothing compared to me. Hold your power back our next move will be on my command."
Zamasu gritted his teeth but complied, suppressing his energy.
In an instant, the world stilled. No wind, no sound. Just ominous silence.
Meanwhile…
Levos sensed a familiar energy signature in the distance.
Kibito's new Instant Transmission location had placed them a bit farther from their next target.
"Urgh…" Kibito coughed up blood, dropping to one knee.
"Kibito, are you alright?" Levos asked urgently.
Kibito wiped the blood from his mouth and forced a bitter smile. "I'm completely out of my league in this kind of fight… I'm just slowing you down."
But then, his stern expression hardened with determination. Gritting his teeth, he stood up straight.
"Forget about me. Do what you must. Even if it kills me, I'll help you see this plan through!"
Levos frowned briefly, but then nodded resolutely.
Now wasn't the time for hesitation.
This location sat along the path of an incoming Mecha-Cooler unit it would be arriving any moment now.
And this time, Levos would not allow another self-detonation.
In the sky, a flash of white light approached slowly and cautiously.
Levos understood. These mechanical bodies had sensors unlike any living beings they couldn't be snuck up on easily.
So, he had only one option: strike with overwhelming speed and force.
Swoosh!
In the blink of an eye, Levos vanished!
At that moment, the Mecha-Cooler clone instantly veered away and ignited in flames it was preparing to self-destruct the moment it sensed danger.
"Not this time," Levos muttered. "Three-hundredfold Kaio-ken!"
He reappeared beside the clone in a flash.
CRACK!
His tail coiled tightly around the robot's body and constricted with brutal force.
CRUNCH
The sound of metal shattering echoed. Before the clone could detonate, its body was crushed inside Levos' tail.
"Whew…"
Levos let out a deep breath and returned to Kibito's side immediately.
Without a word, Kibito still bleeding grabbed him again and teleported away.
The two reappeared in a dense forest.
Kibito stumbled to a tree and vomited blood but didn't complain. He simply slumped against the trunk to rest.
Meanwhile, Levos ignited his full strength once more.
Three-hundredfold Kaio-ken!
He shot into the sky like a blazing crimson comet, aiming straight for a distant glimmer on the horizon.
BOOM
A red flash streaked across the sky and collided with the white speck, triggering a violent explosion that lit up the heavens!
The shockwave obliterated everything in a wide radius trees fell like matchsticks, earth and stone thrown skyward.
RUMBLE
As the raining debris surged toward Kibito's hiding spot, a figure landed firmly in front of him.
"It's done," Levos said calmly.
"The target has been neutralized."
