The group returned to Wren's training room after a long day with all of them looking physically and mentally tired they all fell on the ground breathing heavily
"Why are you guys tired" Riven asked Nico Luka Kira and Leo noting the fact that they had the most easiest task out of all of them
"It was Damien he wouldn't let me rest he just kept pushing me 24 seven and wouldn't leave me alone" Luka replied back
"Same every time I tried to rest he just appeared and would keep me going I couldn't rest for a second" Leo agreed
"Same" most of them joined but they all realized what they all were saying Damien was somehow watching all of them pretty much at the same time
"Wait how" but before Riven could question it a knock was heard on the training room door
Wren used the camera to see who it was there two people one was carry another it was a boy and a girl both who showed zero confidence at all it was Emmett and Ysara they remember that they said Nico could invite the girl and Emmett over be now they started to regret it
"Hey everyone" Ysara said nervous Emmett then fell out of the girl's shoulders hitting the ground chin first
"Hey you alright" Harkel asked nervously
"Water" the boy said gasping for air Harkel then to get a water bottle handing it to him with former chugging it down his throat
"Thank you"
"So now what" Wren asked looking at Ysara "it's not like we're experts ourselves at using our abilities so how are we supposed to help her"
"Let's see what she working with then we can see if we can help her out"
Meanwhile the storm seems to be making there own plans but it wasn't the Storm Guild members with Phineas
"We've been here for far too long what do you people want"
"It wasn't us who called this meeting you overgrown pig"
In a meeting room it was rowdy the room was big enough to fit thousands of people in it and that's how many people was in the room as well these were different guilds who are apart of other families as well it was clear to see none of them liked and they were constantly at each other throats then when it seemed like a fight was about to happen but the meeting door was slammed open before any punches could be thrown everyone looked at the person walked it was Phineas with something that seems to be like a cloak around his body
He's calmly walked over to his seat and sat down
"Now I've called this meeting" Phineas said wanting to get to the point "because today is the day"
Everyone in the room went silent they knew what this means this meant the man found a way for them to get up to the big leagues to make them the new power
"So what's the new idea now" a big man said with a face that showed he didn't believe the formers words and with good reason as well there secret group tried many times to become one of the families but there attempts have always been foiled they were lucky the families haven't figured them out yet
"Now yes I can admit the plan isn't full proof but it can help us ton and save a lot of money" Phineas responded to the man
"That's funny you show a lot of confidence yet rumor has it you lost a lot of your major member of your guild" a woman said smiling cheekily
"Yes sadly that is true a lot of my strong members were lost in one of our outings but now I found a new ally"
"A new ally you say now I'm curious this ally has put confidence in you when you lost a lot of of your strongest guild members yet you think this person can help you gain all that strength back"
"Not gain it back but make it stronger now I'm not going to go in too much details about my associate but all I do know is this I have level five armor equipment that no guild or maybe even family have seen yet and after me and my guild members tested it out I am confident to tell you that this armor is no joke I can give each to you a piece of the armor with this armor you should be able to handle level four to level six beast with almost ease I will be giving each of you two in numbers all I ask for is a piece of the gemstones that you made from the outing that you went on using my armor set and weapons"
This had everyone in the room curious or what this new armor could do and how powerful is it to make someone like Phineas so interested and who exactly is this person
"Do we have an agreement"
Nobody nodded or said that they did have an agreement but instead they raised questions
"What exactly can this armor and weapons do we're not going to give you percentage of our outings when we don't know what this army could do for all we know it could be a scam" a man yelled out with everyone in the room agreeing with him
"Fine fine I'll show you what his armor can do" Phineas then took off his cloak showing a deep red armor almost crimson in color
An impressive whistle then came out a person mouth
"I'm liking the design" the woman said looking impressed
"That's not all you'll like from this armor after running a few test gives the basic boost that a level five armor should give a person but it's not the increase in power which give me so much confidence in this armor it's the passive ability when you put this thing on you instantly feel like your body is lighter even though you have a huge armor on your torso and do you feel your body being more flexible than normal and faster then after getting hit with an ability or an attack the armor glows and the said attack will do less damage to your body then before but now time for the active abilities" when Phineas said those words his hand glowed up with lightning surrounding it "it's nothing too crazy but still an armor set and weapons having elemental abilities are still rare but it doesn't just have one element but whatever this is" a dark irony surrounded Phineas's hand but something that everyone in the room could see was the lightning surrounding Phineas's hand grew weaker "I don't know what this is but what my team found out was that this diminishes other evolved abilities now you can see it doesn't completely make it vanished but instead of weaken it but this lightning itself wasn't strong in the first place so it's most likely not going to weaken a person evolved ability too much"
Even so everyone in the room knew how this could still be helpful even though it's only by a little
"And then there one more activable ability but I can't use it here since it might hurt or even kill some of you"
This scared some of the people in the room they knew by the man's face that he was not lying
"Now this armor is interesting and all and maybe there's more to the armor that you and your team have not figured out yet but still that doesn't change the fact how it's level five equipment how the families treat us will barely get enough units to pay them and get level five equipment so how exactly is this going to help us save money" the woman asked
"Well my new ally remember truthfully I don't know that much about them but they are able to make level five equipment and below with seemingly ease but level six and above are harder for them to craft and level seven in above are most likely impossible to make"
Something that the man and the two females noted with the fact that Phineas said "them" and "they" meaning it was more than one
"So what exactly is they're price to make this equipment" the other female finally spoke
"When it comes down to level 5 and below it's around 1000 to probably 10,000 units at least by my math"
"That low" the man with a look of unbelief on his face
"Level 6 and up most they need more units correct" one of female with Phineas shaking his head
"Before you all make you verdic I have one more thing to say they're also alchemist and powerful ones at that"
"Oh really how powerful are we talking"
Phineas then clapped his hands when he did that a young woman walked into the room the yellowed haired man then gave the awakening potion and she drunk it and then a aura came off of her an aura that everyone in the room was familiar
"That's impossible" the fat man yelled out
"Are you trying to play us"
"Do you have anymore" the woman who was quiet for most of the meeting then asked with the man replying with a thumbs up "interesting Kaden" when she said that name a man walked out of the group of people behind her
Phineas knew something like this would happen so he had more prepared he then gave Kaden and the man drunk it knowing that if Phineas poisoned him his guildmaster would avenge him but instead of pain he felt something more with the lines of pleasure
"Now that that's over with I want all of our guild mates to leave so we can I private meeting and discuss the details further if that's OK with you guys"
All of them sent the people that they brought outside the room but kept one person by their side their in command with Rowan coming into the room to be by Phineas's side
"Now let's discuss how this will and how will be the new power to rise up"
