Chapter 153: The Donquixote's Final Chapter
In the midst of the blizzard, Yelena, in her hybrid-beast form, opened her mouth, and a hoarse voice came through her special gas mask.
"A last-ditch struggle—is there any meaning to it?"
Yelena flicked the crimson ice shards from her war hammer and, with a casual posture, strode toward the heavily breathing Doflamingo, who was half-kneeling on the ground.
In front of her, Doflamingo, covered in blood, feeling as if his soul had been torn to shreds, raised a hand to wipe the blood from the corner of his eye. He opened his blood-reddened eyes and stared fiercely at the heavily armored figure before him. Then, a crazed, neurotic smile appeared on his face.
"Fuffuffuffuffu!"
"Although I don't know what you want from me, I won't leave anything for you! Just watch! The Birdcage will slice everyone on the island, the buildings, and everything in the royal palace into pieces! You won't get anything!"
In their brief exchange, Doflamingo had used almost every trick up his sleeve, but none had any significant effect. The person before him was like a monster; her physique, Haki, and Devil Fruit ability were all far superior to his own. This person had just swung a flanged mace, shattered his pride and self-esteem, and then stepped on them with her ice-wreathed deer hooves.
This had driven Doflamingo completely mad. He had resolutely activated the Birdcage, intending to take everything in Dressrosa down with him.
Yelena, hearing Doflamingo's last words, silently approached, her war hammer wreathed in Haki lightning and a gray stream of light.
Facing the crazed Doflamingo, Yelena raised the World-Breaker, which was coated in both Armament Haki and her curse, with both hands.
Just then, Doflamingo abruptly stood up and manipulated the frozen strings beneath his feet to pierce through the ice. Countless strings intertwined and wove together, forming sixteen ultra-high-density white threads, which were then dyed purple with Armament Haki.
Facing the high and mighty, detached and merciless armored figure, Doflamingo let out a crazed laugh. "Fuffuffuffuffu! Don't get turned over in a cornered beast's struggle, Nation-Destroyer!"
The next second, the sixteen strings, imbued with Armament Haki, pierced through the atmosphere. They shot out at an extremely high speed, piercing and cutting through countless ice shards along the way, and pounced straight at Yelena, who stood with her war hammer.
"Sixteen Holy Bullets: God's Execution!"
Facing Doflamingo's dying counter-attack, Yelena leaped lightly, meeting the sixteen purple strings head-on. In an instant, her figure, accompanied by a piercing whistle, crossed an extreme distance. The Haki lightning on the war hammer, held tightly at her side, spread and crackled, and a strange light rose, directly suppressing the sunlight.
The next moment, the war hammer, wreathed in Armament Haki and curse power, was swung violently, colliding with the sixteen purple strings.
BOOM! A giant roar suddenly erupted. A powerful shockwave and Haki lightning burst forth. From a distance, it shattered the snow-covered frozen ground, sending countless plate-like fragments scattering into the sky, flying for thousands of meters.
In the distance, Doflamingo, who was doing his utmost to maintain his "God's Execution," had his eyes wide with fury, and blood flowed from his gritted teeth. The veins on his forehead bulged, and his face was filled with unwillingness and anger.
CRACK—
The oncoming impact shattered the sunglasses on his face, revealing eyes filled with endless rage. Under this infinite anger, Doflamingo erupted again. The strings, imbued with Haki, actually managed to slowly push the war hammer back. Seeing this, a flash of joy appeared on Doflamingo's face, as if he had seen the dawn of victory.
However, the next moment, the strings that had been dyed purple with Haki were instantly shattered, disintegrating inch by inch and turning into a rain of purple light that slowly drifted down.
The pale figure tore through the rain of light and was instantly reflected in Doflamingo's eyes. The war hammer, radiating a fatal killing intent, was swung in a visible arc.
BOOM—
A giant roar suddenly erupted, shattering the ice shards in a radius of several thousand meters from a distance. A tyrannical shockwave dissipated, directly shattering a huge section of the city wall. The surface layer of the earth was torn open, forming a giant abyss.
"..."
The huge commotion made the entire island tremble, and everyone shuddered. A series of ominous thoughts spread in the hearts of the Donquixote Family members.
"The Young Master... he couldn't have failed, could he?"
At this moment, everyone belonging to the Donquixote Family subconsciously looked up at the sky, trying to judge the condition of their Young Master from the Birdcage. However, with just one glance, many of their eyes were filled with despair.
The Birdcage, which had been high in the sky, enclosing the entire island, was now dissolving at a rate visible to the naked eye. In just a moment, it had completely vanished, leaving only the countless rocks and buildings that had been cut apart by the strings.
This scene made many of the lower-ranking members of the Donquixote Family instantly and decisively throw down their weapons and surrender with their hands up. For these low-level pirates, this was not a shameful act, but their way of survival.
The various executives, however, became even more crazed. After realizing Doflamingo had been defeated, most of them wanted to take their attackers down with them.
In the cracked royal palace, two figures crisscrossed and collided. Wherever they passed, almost everything was cut to pieces by sharp slashes. Daz Bonez had transformed both his hands into extremely sharp blades. After coating them in Armament Haki, he launched a torrential assault on the tall man in front of him, who was dressed like a primitive tribal chief.
Not far away, a pair of green-haired sisters watched this scene in terror, their eyes filled with fear. The young woman with long green hair, after a brief hesitation, grabbed her sister, wanting to leave from another direction. However, Daz Bonez, while suppressing his opponent, gave the two a cool glance. Then, with a casual wave, he sent out a sharp slash that cut down the corridor along with the entire room.
"!!"
The young woman named Monet saw this, and the fear in her eyes deepened. She had no choice but to pull her sister back.
Not long after, Daz Bonez, his two arms transformed into spiraling blades crossed in front of his chest, instantly swept past the top executive, Diamante.
"Spiral Hollow!"
A sharp, spiraling slash rose, instantly filling the eyes of the unprepared Diamante and scattering throughout the hall.
"What—?!"
The next moment, the steel clothes on Diamante's body shattered. Crimson blood splattered, dyeing a corner of the hall red. His blood-stained body, with its eyes rolled back, knelt on the ground and then slowly fell onto the cold floor. Immediately after, the entire hall was covered in spiral cuts, turning into countless fragments that fell to the next level.
After doing all this, Daz Bonez changed one of his hands back to its original form, tidied his slightly dirty suit, and slowly walked toward Monet and her sister.
Under Monet's vigilant and her sister's terrified gazes, Daz Bonez reached behind his back and took out a pair of Seastone cuffs wrapped in a special material, tossing them to the two. "If you don't want to die, then put these on."
At these words, the two green-haired sisters exchanged glances. "Th-there's only one pair—" the little girl named Sugar replied weakly.
To this, Daz Bonez said with a blank expression, "My order was to bring back only you." As he spoke, Daz Bonez raised the hand that was still in the form of a blade.
In the swirling mist high above, a pink-scaled, immeasurably large dragon shadow coiled around a stone giant forged from massive rocks, tightly restricting its movements.
Hajrudin, in his dragon form, opened his cavernous mouth, which was filled with sickle-like fangs, and bit down on the stone giant's head. And, his two muscular foreclaws suddenly shot out from the mist, grabbing the stone giant's remaining arm, his sharp nails digging deep into it. The next moment, Hajrudin's two dragon claws erupted with extremely tyrannical strength, directly tearing the last arm from the stone giant's body, flinging it from the high sky into the wilderness, creating an earthquake-like tremor and raising a sky-blotting cloud of dust.
"You ugly pink dragon!" Pica's sharp voice once again sounded from within the stone giant.
This sharp-tongued remark made Hajrudin's dragon face twitch slightly. Then, he extended a huge dragon claw, tore through the thick rock, and reached into the stone giant's body, searching for Pica's figure. After their recent close-quarters brawl, Hajrudin already knew that Pica's real body could move freely within the stone giant, making him difficult to find.
Just then, the rock at the stone giant's chest converged, increasing its density and clamping down on the huge dragon claw inside. At the same time, the stone giant's neck rapidly expanded, forcing Hajrudin to give up his bite. Immediately after, two new arms grew from the stone giant's shoulders. They opened their huge hands and grabbed at Hajrudin's massive pink dragon body.
Hajrudin looked at the giant hands grabbing at him, and his gaze became increasingly cold. A dangerous firelight brewed in his cavernous mouth. The next moment, Hajrudin thrust his other claw straight into the stone giant's chest.
Pica saw this and screamed crazily, "It's useless! It's all useless!"
To this, Hajrudin's dragon face revealed a mocking sneer. He extended his lower dragon tail and wrapped it around the stone giant, which had Pica's appearance.
CRACK—
With a loud crash, countless cracks appeared on the stone giant from the chest position, spreading to its entire upper body.
"How is that possible?!" Pica's face changed drastically.
BOOM!
A loud roar exploded in mid-air. Hajrudin, in his dragon form, spread his claws and tore the upper body of the sky-high stone giant apart, tossing it into the air and sending countless giant rocks flying. From the torn right chest, a shocked Pica was thrown out, tumbling in the wind, looking at all this in disbelief.
After tearing the stone giant's upper body apart, Hajrudin's lower dragon tail coiled around the remaining half and flung it out, sending it across the atmosphere to land directly on the sea.
After doing all this, Hajrudin's huge dragon eyes locked onto Pica in mid-air. He opened his cavernous mouth and spewed out a searing flame, directly swallowing him.
THUD...
With a loud crash, Yelena, in her hybrid-beast form, shouldered her war hammer, cut through the air, and landed directly at the edge of the giant abyss, quietly looking at the lifeless body below.
