The music around Santiaga seemed to die down as he stared into Isha's eyes. Confusion was written all over his face.
"You don't understand what I mean?" she asked, placing a finger thoughtfully on her chin.
"Well, I might not be able to give you an explanation… but just know that it'll be of great benefit to the both of us." She smiled, licking her lips slowly.
"I'm not interested."

Isha was speechless.
She blinked, looking at him with a deepening frown. Surely, he wasn't the average human.
Her smile twitched.
"This is getting frustrating. We'll see again later, Tiaga," she said with a tight voice, turning around and walking away with stiff, deliberate steps.
"She's strong?" Veyra commented, watching the blonde girl disappear into the crowd.
"That much is known. She's too dangerous. I don't know what she wants, but I don't think getting close to her would benefit me," Santiaga muttered, closing his eyes with a calm breath.
