A few minutes later, the door to Cain's dorm room shut again as Jayden, Mira and Zara left to go get the groceries that Cain had listed. Anna felt like it would be best to remain for now and speak to Cain. However, she hadn't expected that both Maris and Kiyomi would stay behind.
While she was surprised that Cain had taken the dragonkin girl as one of his lovers, she also couldn't help but feel a bit irritated. After all, someone who hadn't known him for as long now had an official relationship with him while she was still stuck with whatever this was.
