"Rock Eagle!"
A massive shadow spread across the land as a giant bird made of stone dove toward Elliot with overwhelming force.
Yet Elliot looked utterly at ease in the face of its ferocious charge.
After several exchanges, he had already figured out Morax's fighting style.
This guy clearly had strong combat ability, yet he always relied on flashy but ultimately useless tricks.
In short—he liked showy displays.
"I thought my Geo was already terrible, but you're even worse..." Elliot couldn't help but complain.
"Don't be so sure of yourself!" The proud Morax would never allow Elliot to look down on him.
Besides, this battle was bound by contract—if he lost, he'd have to call Elliot his elder brother.
Three giant eagles swooped at him from different angles, but Elliot's mastery over Electro was flawless. His lightning-fast speed made dodging their attacks effortless.
When even three stone eagles couldn't bring him down, Morax's expression hardened.
His eyes sharpened, he stowed his spear, and raised his right hand. The ground trembled in response.
"Finally getting serious?" Elliot narrowed his eyes, ready at any moment to unleash the power of corruption against him.
"It's too late to regret now!" Morax's lips curled into a confident smile.
The tremors grew more violent, and darkness nearly swallowed him whole.
Just as the last traces of light above were about to vanish, a streak of purple lightning shot upward, tearing through the darkness and soaring into the sky.
Elliot's eyes narrowed slightly when he saw the colossal form below.
It was a gigantic whale that blotted out the heavens, and he had only just escaped from its massive maw.
Before he could even catch his breath, countless rock sharks swam rapidly through the void, snapping their bloodthirsty jaws at him.
At the center stood Elliot, surrounded on all sides by three enormous whales, over a dozen sharks, and seven or eight stone eagles.
If this weren't a battle, it might have been a breathtaking sight.
Unfortunately, every one of them was aiming to tear him apart.
"...Sigh."
Seeing this scene, Elliot let out a heavy sigh.
He had hoped to witness the world-shaking "Heavenly Movement of Ten Thousand Phenomena."
But clearly, Morax wasn't there yet. His attacks still stopped at flashy moves that looked impressive but lacked true substance.
He needed guidance.
Morax was indeed strong now, but still far from the might of the strongest gods. If the Archon War were to break out at this point, Elliot was certain Morax would fall in Liyue.
Not just a possibility—a certainty.
There were still nearly a thousand years until the Archon War.
And within that time, Elliot would push him onto the highest throne.
"It's time I showed you how Geo should really be used..."
Elliot shot higher into the sky like a god ascending, the warm sunlight bathing the land as he stood against the blazing sun, looking down upon all.
Even Morax, slow as he could sometimes be, realized what was coming. Elliot was preparing to unleash his ultimate move.
Morax immediately sent every creature he controlled charging toward him.
Seeing them rush in, Elliot's lips curved slightly.
Too late.
He slowly spread his hands. The stones on the ground shattered into crystal-like rhombuses—countless in number, densely packed, each no larger than an adult's palm.
"Storm of Thunder Rock!"
In an instant, the diamond-shaped stones surged with thunder. Theyshot upward like brilliant fireworks, trailing streaks of violet lightning as they pierced through the bodies of the rock sharks and giant whales at incredible speed.
Individually, they weren't large. But their sheer numbers and astonishing speed were enough to shatter Morax's creations by impact alone.
In less than a moment, all of his summoned beasts were annihilated.
Morax's eyes widened in disbelief as he looked at Elliot, behind whom countless stone fragments floated in the void, glimmering like stars, ready to strike again.
"It's over."
Elliot lowered his hands, and the stones rained down like a torrential storm.
Each carried crackling purple lightning.
This was a technique born of two elements: Electro granting speed, Geo delivering damage and sheer mass.
Together, they created crushing, suffocating pressure.
BOOM!!!!
Centered on Morax,a thunderous explosion erupted, sending sand and dust surging into the sky as the storm of attacks rained down endlessly.
For more than ten minutes, Elliot's overwhelming assault continued before he finally withdrew his power.
When the dust slowly settled, the land revealed a massive shattered crater, broken and chaotic.
At its very center stood Morax, completely unscathed, a golden shield shimmering around him.
"Now that's more like it."
Seeing Morax finally raise his shield, Elliot allowed himself a satisfied smile.
